I have used IDevice Pro three times now, all for the same phone. I have broken my screen several times and never think about going anywhere other than IDevice Pro. Terry is so fast with repairs and is very honest about the problem. The last time my screen needed repair, Terry replaced it for free. Very honest business. After many attempts to re-set up an IPad I had disabled from the Original set-up, through ITunes and every other way I could try Via tutorials online, I was about to completely give up. So I let it sit and used my old cracked up Mini pad for over a year. One call and one short trip into Terry and the next day he had it up and running. He’s polite, professional and isn’t condescending when you’ve done something stupid that you can’t fix. Very reasonably priced and I really appreciated how very kind and fast he did this for me. Today of all days I open my laptop and white screen. White screen? What the heck is that? So immediately I pop on messenger and reach out to Terry and send him a video clip of the file folder that is randomly blinking on my screen! I had a cracked iPhone screen that needed replacing. Hes a friendly, honest guy and most importantly it was convenient! I walked in at 10am and was out the door, good as new, in less than 15 minutes!! I was the only customer in the store at that time so Im not promising the exact same for you but he is definitely an expert at replacing screens. He did the work in front of me at the counter while we talked and I could tell he had done it hundreds of times. I was so satisfied by his professionalism actually, that Im bringing my broken MacBook Pro for him to look at the next time Im in town.Originally I planned on going to the Apple Store in Baton Rouge where I live. They do it for $149 (if you dont have AppleCare insurance) but its extremely hard to get an appointment there and if they find anything else wrong with your phone (body damage for example) they will refuse to repair it and make you buy a new iPhone or take it somewhere else. So since I was in Daphne visiting my parents today, I decided to stop by and have him replace it instead. Im happy with my choice.The cost was more than Apple ($240 for my iPhone 6s Plus) but he is a small business owner and the cost to buy the replacement screens is much higher for him than it is for Apple (and obviously Apple tries to keep it this way) so I understand. The convenience factor and satisfaction of giving my money to a small, honest local business instead of a huge corporation, is totally worth it!

Stopped in to see if my iphone which was dropped in some water was repairable and how much it would cost. The man took my phone checked it out and said it was a total loss. He offered to buy it from me but I declined, took it to a shop not far from his and they said it was fixable, spent 45 minutes working on phone and had it back to me working like new. Dont know the honesty level here after this but I wont be back and wont be telling anyone to go either.

Terry is like a wizard. Ive lost count of how many screens hes put on my iPhone. Hes also replaced batteries, a home button, and now a lightning port for the power. Best part, every time, I just walk in unannounced and he fixes it while I stand there. Try that with any other repair shop. Thats like gold to me. Was staying in Daphne doing work for Allstate and had my iphone 6s plus stop working, as it was close to where I was I took it to idevice, Terry checked it out for a while and told me it was dead and he was unable to say what the issue was. offered to buy it but I turned it down. I was in town visiting some friends with my daughter she broke her phone. Was told to go up the street to idevice so i called and got a price and sent her with the money. 10 minutes later she came back and said the man was really rude and told her it would be a couple hours before he could get to it. We ended up sending her to another place close by and was aback in 40 minutes with the screen repaired.
