The lady that registered us was super kind and helpful! The only complaint I have is that this place is super expensive compared to other similar places. Unfortunately, it was the only place available at the time though.

I only got rid of my unit because I moved out of state, but I loved the lot in Danville! Shelley is the BEST! She helped me out more than she will ever know & I appreciate that! I will always look for Storage rentals of America where ever I go to see if they are 1/2 as good as Danville & Shelley!

I’d give the on site staff a 5 star, but corporate a 1 star. I’ve had a 10x10 for approximately 2 and a half years. Just got a notice that my unit was going up to $99 a month. This is the third or fourth or fifth increase, I’ve lost count! I called corporate to cancel and had to leave a message. I never got a return call as of 24 hours later. So I had to go tell the nice on-site staff that I was leaving and fill out my notice. On their website my sized unit is still advertised for $59 per month, $40 less than what I’d be paying if I stayed. I found a unit elsewhere in town in a nice facility for $55. Ridiculous!!!

Super nice staff and helpful in finding the right size storage building and location. The storage area was clean as well and had plenty of room to park and unload/load.

Bait and switch pricing. Deceptive marketing. Reserved a unit online for $44 a month and second month for $1. When I went to actually purchase the unit. There was a $25 administrative service charge, a $14 a month mandatory insurance on top of the monthly rental charges. I did not appreciate not knowing that up front. I do not do business with anyone who resorts to deception.

Representative Laurie was very friendly and helpful, and made the rental process easy and painless.

They are a good place to store your things.

Cant believe during this pandemic if you are 2 days late one of the only companies still charging late fees. I am an essential worker taking care of my mom and her finances and again only 2 days late due to having to work they charge a late fee to an elderly lady on a fixed income. That cant get out on her own. Never been late before and they say they cant do anything. Shame on you Storage rentals of America.

Nice people but to damn high

The local folks in the Danville Facility are awesome and would often try to help when situations with billing would come up. I stored at this facility for nearly 15 years. I started out at $89 for one of the larger units.After about 5 years I think, it rose to $95. At that point they were a little more than some others in town, but I just really didnt want to move the stuff. So I stayed.About 3 years ago they started raising prices nearly every few months it would seem and I was told I had to PROVE I had a rider on my home owners insurance to cover my stuff or they would be billing me an additional $15 a month or so.Most homeowners insurance always has this, so once I showed them the proof of insurance it wasnt but 60 days later they raise it $15 a month anyway.Yes the place is clean and protected and the local people are awesome and friendly. The organization needs to allow those people to handle their clients and their issues to keep them happy, and they need to get their prices down to a reasonable level.Same size unit at another storage place in town, $89. When I moved my unit of the same size and not as tall, was $124.

The people at the storage unit in Danville could not have been nicer. The units were clean and half the price of their competitors here locally.I gave them a 4 star because the gentleman who I talked to at their main number could not have been ruder. I almost did not rent from them because of him.Very poor customer service skills on his part.If you plan on renting there go to the office. The ones who work their are great people to work with.

Kind of expensive but clean and pest free.

I love Storage Rentals of America.... I have rented from them several times at several locations. Their customer service people are very knowledgeable and also very calm and understanding. The manager showed me exactly where my unit was and offered some suggestions on getting the most into my unit. She even suggested using plain charcoal to keep the humidity down in my unit. Every time I came in to pay my rent she was friendly, and even remembered my name! I would recommend Storage Rentals of America.

Decent enough place, friendly and helpful staff, even if the rent on units has increased each month for the last 4 months. Started out paying $96 a month. Now were at $132 PER UNIT! Will definitely be finding somewhere else to store our items.

Nice storage buildings and kept clean and Deonna is wonderful to deal with, but price wise they are very expensive for the market. I have a 10x10 unit for $89 a month. After checking locally, comparable units are going for $50 a month. Probably going to move.

Place is dirty and its hard to find an employee when you need one. Could use improvements in security cameras and lighting.

What can I say the lady in the office is awesome buildings are fenced in which I see as a bonus and just overall great service I went in and I was very thirsty one day and she brought me a drink of water bottled water

I rented a unit on 7-11 the day my andmitger passed away and cancelled in 7-15 unit untouched, paid $99, they could have refunded the $66 for the unit itself but nothing!

They were good people when we were loading out they came back and just to see our dog we had with us and said it was okay for him to run around while we loaded the trucks

Wish would have hours listed .. either on website or on answering machine .. wish was 24 hr access as lead to be

Price is a little high and the policy sucks too cause if you only need something stored for a few days passed the your pay date then your stuck paying a whole months rent on it for no reason even if you’re getting your things out to me this is ridicules
