Very good customer service. Very nice and made sure we knew everything about the storage units.

The only issue ever experienced was realizing you need to punch in and OUT of the entrance & exit gate after hours. A simple discussion with Denise helped with that problem, and have not had any other issues in the three years of being a customer here. Denise is super helpful and thorough in the details involving payments, expectations in the beginning and ending of storage room. Would definitely trust using them again if the need were to arise.

Lets start with Shawn the property district manager. Angela the local manager had to beg him to talk with me. And you said to her you will not talk to me a customer since 2003 and you refused. I had to call Corp. to get your contact info. When we finally talked you said SSS raise prices once a year. However, that was why I was calling. I had a 25 dollars increase too each unit (2) in less than 6 months. You were rude and cared nothing about the problem. I now lease at another location in the same town, bigger for a lot less. You were very insensitive and I am not sure why - I am a minority. Well I just want to say bye Shawn (Felicia ). And also the only reason I gave this place a good rating is because you have a great new local Manager Ashia Farr. I will never lease a storage unit again with this company. ..

Shady. When I had a unit there, the gate didnt work and neither did the iut doors to the building. I told them I didnt want it after the first one and they demanded money for months that I wouldnt use it.***Notice how everybody mentions how great the employee is??? Its because they con you into leaving a review the day you get the unit. They push it on you super hard while youre there signing papers. So all those reviews you see like that are from people who didnt actually have experience with them yet.Im sure quite a few of those people would change those 5 stars to much lessOnce they dont get their way, they get ugly and mean. Theyre shady, desperate people.If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Dont even bother responding either storage people. I dont care and will never read it. Probably the kind of company who will erase this anyways.

Awesome place! Ashia is so nice and helpful! When we called she was getting ready to take lunch. She called back within a few minutes to let us know that there had been a change in plans and that we could arrive anytime! It’s the small things that make such a difference!

Denise was very friendly and helped get my first month free and even worked with me byasking a few questions get the right size unit that I needed. They even have climate controlled rooms as well as a (very cheap) insurance policy so you never have to worry about your things getting ruined or stolen! If I could give 6 stars I would. Highly recommend this place.

Great people to rent from and maintenance is excellent! I rented a unit for a couple of years while I moved around the country: couldnt be happier. There were no bugs, no leaks, no weird smells. Horrendous experience.Only went there with a friend and he couldnt even get in the gate as 2 vehicles were stuck inside the gate(you need a pinpad code to get both in and out).A panicked frenzy ensued for almost 45 minutes until a 3rd party showed up with a THIRD pinpad entry code that the gate accepted.Would never get a storage unit here.Would never reccomend someone else get a storage unit here.I only put one star because it will not allow you to put no stars2 thumbs down.

They are not too expensive and the place is clean and well monitored. However, on a month to month unit, I called to let them know I had emptied my unit before the end of the month and wouldnt need them the following month and they still tried to charge me for the following month anywag and informed me they would auction off the unit if I didnt pay for the following month (that I had informed them was already literally empty).

I currently have a unit with this place and have for a while now. I had reviewed it with 5 stars previously, but current events have recently made me change my opinion. I just received a call saying I owe more now than I did before. Was told that I was notified about this increase by mail when I never was. They said because it didnt show on their end that I wasnt notified that I was. I will be paying this month off and taking my stuff and storing it elsewhere. They never tell you when youre doing the paperwork that your rate can go up. So I will recommend that if you have item you need to store, take them elsewhere. I know Im going to in the future.

I can never get I to the storage unit to get my stuff. The gate says sorry we are closed. Yet it is a 24 hour access storage unit. It Is ridiculous. This has happened numerous ti.es and i have had this storage unit for less than a month.
