Cheap but great tools that get the job done.

Went to get a tool box for the truck since we didnt have one. I ended up getting a rope solar light for the other side of the walkway. It is my go to supply store. Every woman should shop there.

I dont like not being able to pay on the harbor freight credit card in store.

Superb service. I bought two generators today, with multiple coupons including a 10% discount for setting up a HF credit card. Purchase done efficiently. Kudos to the store manager and the others than helped.

Great place to buy budget tools. Most tools I get are high quality, sometimes tools only last for one job, but most will last if they are taken care of properly. A lot of people dismiss HF has having low quality tools, Id suggest giving them a try, especially if youre only needing one tool for a possible one time job.

I always love going to to this store. I have never been to this location and have a bad experience. If Im in a hurry, they get me in and out quick. Today, The manager Julie Egan was on her way out, but stopped just to be sure i didnt need any help. She was very helpful. I also injoyed the cashier, Cody. He was very polite and have very good manners. All of the employees there make it an enjoyable visit.

Great place if your strapped for cash and need tools or equipment some of the best prices in town.

They have a large selection of useful stuff at low prices though not as low at they used to be. If you have 2 or 3 brands to chose from, get the higher prices one. It will last longer.

The worst customer service when shopping online. I place an order for a small engine, the transaction was in pending status on there website for 7 days. Finally after that day I called which was a Sunday the customer rep said that it hadnt shipped because I had different addresses in the shipping and billing places which wasnt true because everything was correct on my conformation email. Then 2 days later I receive an email saying they were out of stock and the order was hereby canceled but the charge for the item was still pending and should be returned within 14 business days so now after 3 weeks I will be right back were I started. And the website still lists the item as available. This is the first and last online purchase from HF...if its not in a store around I will do without.

Worst service Ive ever seen in my life, especially from female manager with glasses! I ended up just leaving entire basket full at the front of the store. Four registers, only two running, but three people standing up front. Manager directing traffic (carelessly) and leaving some just standing in line. Wasted 30 min standing there! Amazon will put them out of business next!

I got a set of 1/2 drive shallow impact sockets and the lady who was working the register let me know that they have a lifetime warranty. I have several sets of their impact sockets and no complaints about them. I bought a 120 volt dirty water pump and it has held up good also. Just watch what you buy

Wouldnt accept a part that I tried to return with receipt after 90 days because I didnt get the extend warranty but part was bad from the get go put part on 3 months later after bought new because didnt need it at the time bought because they had one in stock it is a 12000 lb winch bought me a new car trailer later on to put it on was BAD when I put it on I have spent lots of money with them but that will do it for me I am so done with Habour freight and tools!!!!

One of the nicest harbor freights Ive been intoas far as inventory and especially with the temperature in the store being cool thanks to them actually running the air conditioning unlike some of the older stores are remembering the past where it was more like a sweatshop. Well worth the drive and would shop here again.

Went to buy a concrete mixer and had a 20% coupon after my wife paid it didnt take it off. Went back in store they told me that the coupon was not good for it. I just returned it.

Love Harbor Freight but Danville store is the only one Ive been to that doesnt even try to help you with a coupon. Other stores ask if you have coupons and try to help you find them. Danville store doesnt ask and dont even want to help you find any

We went to get a air compressor. After taking the paper from the compressor we wanted to the checkout, we were told it was not in stock and no rain checks. Also the 20 percent additional coupons would not work. Not very happy since we made a special trip!

A large and very well laid out store with the usual tools that is found there. Of course with my usual luck theyre out of the one item I wanted.

Stopped by the Danville location a few days ago and was pleased with what is to be found there. At my previous location, I was accustomed to a wider variety of selections. This location really lived up to and beyond my expectations. You can be sure I will be returning there time and time again for necessary needs and purchases.

One of the better stocked and laid out harbor freight Ive been to. The only issue is Google maps does not take you to it. Google maps directs you to a post office near.

*update* I have changed my rating since the district store manager called and reimbursed me of the $150 restock fee and apologized for the way the employees acted and the deception. I will give credit where credit is due. I respect a person willing to correct a situation.This store is absolutely awful! The majority of the staff acts like you are inconveniencing them just to ring you up. Its pathetic. And if you have a return well be prepared to be out of a good portion of your money. 90 day warranty but $150 to restock. I will never recommend this place nor will I ever do business with them again. Tractor supply, Lowes, home Depot, anything is better than this place.

Be careful what you buy. They have great prices but some low quality items and its not easy shopping there because I couldnt find anyone to assist me. I had to wait in line to ask a cashier and she seemed confused about where to find a sale item. I left without it.
