They are awesome! Each employee I passed asked if they could help me or if I had found what I needed.

Asked the employee if he could help me find an air admittance valve. He kinda laughed and said he had never heard of it and started walking. I assumed he was going to look for it so I followed him and he walked right out the front door and went into the mattress store next door.

Local owners. Usually have everything you need, if not they can get it. So much more personable than the bigger stores.

Ace Hardware in Danville is independently owned and a local business. They have great prices that challenge Lowe’s, and the people are fantastic. They even have appliances and water heaters, and recommended a great plumber for installation as well. Great store!
