This has always been a very good Baskin Robbins. My favorite is Rocky Road or Jamoca Almond Fudge scoops on a sugar cone. I love ice cream that actually melts in the heat of July. I normally have it dripping down the front if my shirt. Yummy! 😋

I accidentally dropped my ice cream and a very nice worker gave me another one didn’t make me pay twice

So. It’s hard to mess up ice cream. So I won’t complain about the food. But…the manager and staff were pretty awful. I didn’t get names as it was hard to get their attention. Blonde manager. Short girl with brown hair. I understand it was the end of night…but damn. They were super rude.

The girl who waited on my family and me on Saturday July 10th at 9:45pm was absolutely rude. I guess it was close to closing but she rolled her eyes and everything. Will never be back there.

First time ever eating there... pretty good..

Pulled up to drive thru fifteen minutes before closing time. Drive thru window was locked and took employees a few minutes to open. Asked for two milkshakes and was told at first that they could not make them because the milk was frozen. Then proceeded to tell me that they could make them and I asked for them to be extra thick. The chocolate milkshake when I received it had chocolate ice cream, milk and chunks of ice as the extra thick. The peanut butter milkshake tasted like chalk and was very runny. The employee then went out of her way to say that I wad lucky even though it was before closing time.

Double scoop sundae didn’t even come up to halfway full in the cup. Robbery, this BR has made me a DQ fan.

Received a strawberry cheesecake milk. Suppose to of been a milkshake but it was a cup of milk. Would not recommend

Well it was good But got a ice cream cone, one dip, they put NO ice cream in the cone, just the one scoop on top, ...surely thats not the norm.

Took to long

Its been at least ten years since Ive visited a Baskin Robbins and its every bit as good as I remember. They even had my favorite Jamocha Almond Fudge. Sampled a couple others, but finally chose the classic. The Danville shop is spotless and the staff is super friendly. Im surprised it wasnt busier on a hot Sunday afternoon. Will definitely return for a treat and the next special occasion cake I need.

It would be nice if the cones were properly filled to secure the treat, instead of a scoop being precariously perched on top, without a proper anchoring foundation, so it falls off. (Yeah, I used to work in an ice cream shopping, and I was taught how to properly scoop and serve ice cream.)

The ice cream was great, but the teenagers working there were not friendly.

Stayed open a little later and while cleaning the floors so my small group of friends and I could still get ice cream. Very cordial people.

Baskin Robbins is consistently good almost everywhere I go. Same can be said for this location. The only thing that was disappointing is there was no pralines n cream!

We are from Lexington and although we have always had good visits at our local B & R but the two ladies helping us tonight here in Danville were fantastic!

The ice cream is always delicious. The people were also really nice.

Lots of varieties of ice cream to choose from, so there should be something for everyone. Friendly service, and convenient for a busy person wanting to have a quick snack.

A 2 scoop sundae with whip cream and a cherry didnt even make it to the top of the small cup it was in.... Pathetic.... Will never spend money there again...

I will not return to the Danville store! Milkshakes are runny as is the freeze drinks. I’ve ask on multiple occasions for either drink to be made thicker .. and all I get is a bad attitude from the workers and a overpriced runny drink.. I’ll spend my money elsewhere!
