Very few parking spaces. About 90% of the lot is reserved spaces. Avoid this place especially if youre coming in late.

Very clean and very helpful staff. I stay here once or twice a week and I havent had any issues yet.

7-5,545am. I had a very pleasing visit. Girls working in store very pleasant and knew about surrounding area. Coffee selections are good and stocked items priced well. Fuel priced comparable to others in area. No star for trash in lot and around building.

Great store. Lots of stuff inside. From snack to maps to clothing to stuff for your car or truck. Friendly staff. Always very clean.

The gas is very watered down and cheap! It almost tore my truck up. It wouldnt start for over 30 minutes. Dont get gas here!!!

6 pm. 12/05/20. Went inside to pay for a reserved parking spot. Lady behind the left side register wouldnt put her personal cell phone down until I asked again. She advised me I had to have a registered pilot card to pay for a spot. I took the card, walked to my truck, and attempted to register. Cell service is poor here and I couldnt load a webpage. The back of the registration instruction clearly states it can be registered by a cashier. So I went back in and asked for assistance. Once again she wouldnt put her own cell phone down, and was quite rude. Finally she said she didnt know how to do it because she is new. I asked her if she could ask for help and she rudely stated the gentleman on the right side register was also new. So two new employees without a manager! Finally the guy at the other register suggested I could connect to the pilot wifi and try it that way. The girl said do you know how to use wifi?. Unbelievably rude. Finally I was able to register my card and purchase a 24 hr spot for $15. My husband went inside after we parked and made a purchase and once again she couldnt be bothered to put her personal cell phone down, making him wait until she put her phone down to assist him. This is the last kind of treatment one wants or expects after a long day driving. Wont ever be back. Please keep someone experienced on duty until your employees are competent. And please require respect from them to your customers.

I love this travel center. Very clean. Nice and helpful staff. Fully stocked with more than you knew you needed. Highly recommend.

My husband is a truck driver and we stopped here last night for a shower. The cashier Renae was so nice and gave us a large shower and we really appreciate it. The restrooms were so clean as was the whole store. Everything was organized and in order. A lot of places we stop at are not near this clean so we really appreciate it. Thanks so much!!!Also we got breakfast at the Arby’s in the store this morning and the guy who waited on us was very nice too. It was very clean too. Thanks so much!!!

We stop here taking our son back to school and on the way home. The ladies room is always clean. The staff are always friendly. The gas is always the least expensive. The parking lot is almost always a nightmare! We will continue to stop, going and coming, for 3.5 more years. Thanks, Pilot!

I visit this place alot .. Very friendly staff . Always greeted and helped in any way possible . The other day a very nice young lady went out of her way to help me and was polite and thoughtful . Her name was Courtney . Thank you .

Luckily i use the app so i saw there were 6 spaces available, get here and parking lot full. Im the only truck paying. So disrespectful to other drivers.

Stopped in to grab some gas and a bite to eat while I was passing through this area of Danville on my way to Virginia international Raceway. I’m writing this review because I very much appreciated the hospitality of the staff for providing recommendations for the local area. Very helpful and very courteous and very much appreciated.

Nice place to stop and get gas. Easy to get in and out of. Nice store. There is a small Arbys restaurant attached to eat. Very convenient.

Small truck stop but quiet nights sleep. Only 3 showers but they gave us the largest one. The water was hot, pressure was good, and ventilation actually worked. The shower nozzle; however, sprayed water all over the ceiling. The staff was amazing and super accommodating. Arbys microwave was broken so they could only prepare fried food. I cant believe a broken microwave can bring a fast food restaurant to a standstill and here I thought my food was bring made fresh to order but the staff had great attitudes considering they were being yelled at all day.

Nice Pilot Travel Center they always seem to have good prices on fuel. And the place is always cleaning toddy especially the bathrooms. Beyond that is pretty much what youd expect from any Pilot Travel Center.

Great truck stop/gas station right outside of Danville. I usually stop here for competitive gas prices on the way home. They have an Arbys attached.

Pilot was great as always... Arbys on the other hand not so much, I had to clean the table I wanted off before I could sit down(not that big of a deal, I understand ppl get busy) but the whole restaurant was dirty!! Managers not Washing their hands when they come back from somewhere..., standing around talking all loud or on their phone when they could clearly be getting the place cleared up!! I only seen 1 person cleaning up and talking to the the customers..1 lady walked out from being grossed out by the look of the restaurant

We always stop here on our way to the grandparents house. The gas prices are always working 1¢ to 2¢ of the surrounding had stations but the Pilot Station has better access. The Arbys is a nice break if thats what your looking for. The store has a ton of coffee choices but they DO NOT have a kitchen where they make specialty sandwiches like some other had stations. My family favorite in the area.

Good gas prices arbys attached while I ordered food from arbys the managers boyfriends friend told me he was hungry wanted me to buy him something to eat. I willingly will feed anyone that is hungry I love all because JESUS tells me to but I think this was a bully type situation the manager said Im sorry but took my money anyway to feed this guy. Im just glad JESUS is in my life. The sinner I was still a long long way to go, after saying that the old man I was would probably be in trouble or hurt something like that praise GOD he was with me. Otherwise great place to get what you need for travel.

This Pilot gas station / truckstop has an Arbys attached to it. Gas is not the cheapest in town but is consistently close to it. Easy access from road. Lots of pumps and they are newish so run fast. They have pay-at-pump. Good exterior lighting. Store and restroom kept clean. Good variety of food / drink / products / stuff.

Was running low on DEF fluid, those pumps were extremely fast and efficient. The long pole squeegee was great to use and not have to climb up on the hood of my truck to clean the window.

Bathrooms are pretty clean. The travel center is smaller than the typical Pilot but all of the employees are nice and helpful.

Almost all Pilots are pretty decent places to stop usually have quite a bit of parking variety inside not too bad

Was out of 3 different kinds of coffee employee didnt seam concerned. Not enough to fill a large cup gave me the small cup price. Gas was $2.19 reg though.

Very high place for everyday items. The gas is cheaper than most places. This is a truck stop so be careful. There is an Arbys next door. The place has great coffee. Some of the best.

I dont shop at Pilot because they took down the American Flag

I stopped here at noon on a Friday, and found the store to be clean and fairly busy. The staff was friendly, Arbys was packed. They also loaded me up on my turkey sandwich. The only smaller Pilot store I can recall is in Ellenton, FL. The truck lot is small, but its set up for easy parking, allowing drivers lots of space to swing around and hit any spot.I deducted a star because there were a couple dropped trailers in the lot. You have 20 parking spots, which means each one is worth a lot to your bottom line. Dont allow dropped trailers.

They have not cleaned the bathroom all day it seems like because there is a bloody tissue still sitting in one of the stalls since i got here at 10 and it is now 3.....

Was towing a camper so figured a truck stop would have ample space. We were wrong, unless you are a big truck driver. We struggled to get into the pumps and then had to pull to opposite side of building, back out into main road, just to park and go inside (we are not rude people that just block fuel isle to go inside). Wev received many dirty looks from employees, we figure we took their parking places.Store was pretty clean and fast in and out. Hot dogs were fresh, but no place to eat them on site.

Definately not the big pilot in New Mexico but, also not one of the crusty ones on the I5 corridor. There is usually a cop here. Its fairly clean. The restaurant here rarely has its drive thru open but, Ive never had to wait for a fuel pump. Its clean and, well stocked. The staff has always been pleasant, even when they were obviously disinterested in being at work. All in all, not a bad place.

I got gas and a drink from here. The prices were fair and the location was clean. The employees we pleasant and helpful.

Just a quick fuel up..rest break and bk to the Carolinas. From what I saw it was cool..bathroom not clean but some ppl are just nasty like that so I wouldnt put it all on the truck stop.

No stars.fuel pump drivers side no way to hold handle down, passenger side would not come on. 2nd pump would not even power up to work. Very disappointing to a driver using electronic logs with valuable time going to waste. The pumps should have been blocked off. Inside, shoulders shrugging. Pilot is going down hill

For a major Shane Truckstop this establishment is very small, but I will say that every time I’ve been in there the people at the counter in the pilot portion of the building or nothing but friendly and it’s always clean.

The team here is great. the facility is very clean, plus its got a 24hr Arbys attached.gas prices are always pretty high, though.

Smaller of the pilots, pick your times to stop due to small parking lot and fuel island, county restrictions wont let them expand parking lot, and not as much selection due to the store size, but clean, friendl, if u stop later when elog trucks are parking etc. Dont be in a rush because it will take a spell to get out. Gets grid locked waiting for trucks to fuel and get out of the lot, and traffic . Trucks cant fuel and pull up for the next driver,so it blocks the drive and if they do it blocks the drive.

Great gas station/ convenience store. I stop here frequently. I wish the selection of pre-made food was better but there is an Arbys attached to the store if better food is wanted. Great coffee selection and small, unique gift items.

Glad that I stopped here, didnt need fuel but was thirsty, cheapest prices on smokes Ive seen pretty much anywhere, picked up extra carton just because of the price (-$10) per carton.

Every time shower not ready

It was a small pilot. Thats my basis for this review. Others are larger with more stuff. The people were nice. But for tractor trailers its difficult to get in and out of.

Best coffee, good gas prices. Plenty of truck parking.

People in the pilot or great people in the Arbys need to be retrained 15 minutes to get your order is not acceptable

Small and congested. Wish there was more room for parking and people not clicking the CAT scale entrance.

This is a regular stop on my way back from NC to NY usually its pretty good this time thou, I had to tell the maintenance guy that almost everyone in the coffees was out at 7 p.m.When I got up to the counter one of them female Associates mumbled something under her breath about having to do her job.
