I stop at the Shell on 41 almost every day, and purchase gas and tobacco products. Well one afternoon I was doing yard work and was wearing clothes that I don’t carry my wallet in, therefore I didn’t have my ID, and the lady refused not only me the tobacco products, but I then sent my wife in with her ID, and she refused her as well!! I am well over any legal age and she should know that by now, considering the amount of times she has carded me daily!So the Shell on 41 will no longer get any of our gas or tobacco purchases, along with the purchases from my 5 immediate family members! Just thought someone with some authority from the corporation might need to know. She was doing her job by not selling to me without an ID, but to refuse the sale to my wife also, that’s a bit too much, and that will cost the company substantially!!

Modern pumps allow easy payment outside. Has air, ice, and propane. Good selection of snacks and drinks. Sells CBD products.

Slowest pumps around town. Around 40 seconds per gallon while all others are 6-10 seconds per gallon. Sightly above average prices. Nice people though.

Slow service.. if you can call them ladies (I wouldnt) .. that work there treat you like its a prevliage to spend my money there especially April and Angie .. would recommend going somewhere else

Cheap gas and cigarettes. Lots of snacks and drink options as well. Friendly service.

I received horrible customer service when the woman was on the phone the entire time. You would think the person would know how to do a basic function like setting up the register so one can put gas in their car but she put it on the wrong pump then she messed up my amount of gas I wanted in the car then when I came back in she started provoking me and asking stupid questions

No parking bad service expensive

Always out of receipt paper. If its pay at the pump I shouldnt have to go inside to get a gas receipts.

The service takes forever and if you arent who they want to see them you dont get as much as a smile.
