Between buying a car for over Kelly blue book value and still being over charged when I make a payment. I could never recommend this dealership. Salesman begged me to leave a good google review and I had to change it. In the first 50 miles of buying a car from them all the exterior lights started to fall out, I lost all traction control, I have to replace multiple seals on the car as well.

Extremely friendly and helpful service. We drove from out of town to the dealership on N. Vermilion St. to look at a car we saw online, not realizing we had the wrong location in mind. The dealer there, Joe Zarn, offered to drive across town and meet us at the Main St. location dealership, to show us the car we were interested in. They were also close to closing time, but he was willing to help in any way he could. I can say, buy here for their above-and-beyond friendly service.(We had earlier been at a dealership in Champaign, where the dealer wouldnt cross the side road to meet us on their other half of their lot, by the car we wanted to look at!)

Poor service ask the guy if he could find me a used truck with around 70,000 miles or so and I told him I had a 20,000 approval from my bank pluse 2,000 of my own money and he said hed find me one, thats been almost 2 months and not a phone call.

It was ok. Nothing spectacular. Went there for a test drive. Asked for our salesman Jeremy. Took him awhile to meet us. No one offered us a seat or drink while we wait. Jeremy was nice and friendly. Took car for test drive. Came back to office and he sat us in his cubicle and asked if we would like a drink. Took down some information from me. Said he had to go make copies, looked around and he was outside. 🤷‍♀️He took long enough for us to decide we really didnt want the car. LolBut over all its a friendly place. Just make sure you pack a lunch cause they are not in a hurry to get you out of there.

As usual, I had a great experience working with Mark Rose. Mark is a consummate professional who always provides what I’m looking for as opposed to trying to sell me something I don’t need. He’s a dream to work with and an all around great guy.

Steer clear of the service department for warranty work! I brought my vehicle in for a squeak that was not able to be replicated so they took a guess and changed the strut mounts. The noise was still present after picking up the vehicle but I had grown weary of multiple trips to the dealer at that point (they ordered the wrong parts so I had to drop off and pick up the vehicle 3 times so far). I eventually got the car back to the service department and they still did not hear the noise, so I was called in to go for a road test. This is what they should have done the first time. The technician was great and was able to diagnose the source of the noise as faulty control arms. I was pleased to hear this until I was quoted $1,100 to make repairs since the warranty had run out. The problem existed while under warranty and was not correctly fixed. I wasted an enormous amount of time with this dealer only to have a vehicle that still needs to be repaired. Even if the dealer could not bill Fords warranty for repairs, they could have worked with me on the cost or absorbed it in good faith, but they chose not to. If I ever decide to upgrade my 2016 Mustang GT, the $40k purchase will be made at a different dealer that hopefully puts integrity and courtesy before their bottom line. Credit where credit is due: they did not charge a diagnostics fee.

They took very good care of my wife and me. They helped us find a really nice vehicle that was in our price range. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Courtesy for your vehicle needs. Ask for Mark or Terry they know how to treat people right!
