If you are seeing all the 5-star reviews and thinking what a great company this is, THINK AGAIN and know that they just buy off anyone who gives them less than a 5-star review.SHADY...yes, Scott and Eldon got me financed but they also made a point to humiliate and talk down to me during the entire process. I only had $500 down, they called and told me I was approved, the payment and vehicle worked for me so they told me to come in, but when I got there I had to have $1000 down. I was told I could pay $500 that day and could have 30 days to pay the rest, they told me to write 2 checks for $250 each and to call when they could send them through. 2 weeks later they sent a check through without me calling. After I posted a 1-star review about it they called and asked me if I would take down my review if they just refunded me the money and called it even. They then promised that the final $250 check would for sure be held until I called and the next week they sent that check through without me calling! They again refunded my $250 “to make things right”. Right would have been not promising to hold checks and then cashing them and putting someone trying to get their credit back on track in a bad financial position while they wait a week for a refund! They had me sign paperwork stating they weren’t selling me Gap Insurance or any other “extras”, but then had me sign a Gap Insurance form, still have no clue if I have coverage or not! They also told me that the increased price I was paying for the vehicle (much more than it was worth) was due to “bank fees” and that they had no control over it....I worked at used car dealership and dealt with lenders for 2 years, the lender doesn’t have the dealer hide the fees like that, there is transparency in both the fees and the rate! I had been told to lie to the lender and say I had paid the full $1000 and that all service work on the vehicle was completed, now I wish I hadn’t done that and had just walked away when the shady talk started instead of allowing myself to feel “stuck” (due to my own credit situation). They will get you financed and in a car, but they won’t do it honestly and when you call them out on it they will just treat you like you are an idiot (which I am not).BUT IT GETS BETTER! Scott will tell you about their mechanics and how they are all ASE certified. HA! When they told us they had a vehicle for us that would work and asked us to come test drive it we knew the second we drove off the lot that the wheel bearings were bad. Their mechanic claimed he had driven it the day before but he didn’t hear the bad bearings because it was raining! NO ONE (mechanic or not) could have driven this vehicle and not heard the horrendous noise from the front end! But they replaced both hubs and all was good, right? NOPE! A month and 1/2 after I bought the car we were going out of town for vacation and I took it in to get the tires rotated and found out THEY HAVE THE WRONG SIZE TIRES ON THE VEHICLE! Seems like these great mechanics should be able to read the door tag saying what size tires should be on the vehicle! I couldn’t afford $450 to get new tires on it that day so we go on vacation now knowing our speedometer is not accurate. Now we are in Arizona on vacation, the passenger side headlight goes out and we smell a horrible burning plastic smell and pull over with smoke coming from under the hood to discover that BOTH HEADLIGHTS WERE HELD IN WITH DUCT TAPE and the passenger side tape had let go and the entire assembly had fallen into the engine compartment and was being melted by the hot motor! If we hadn’t smelled it and pulled over IMMEDIATELY we could have ended up with our car on FIRE! The messed up assembly won’t reattach so we have no choice but to reattach the duct tape as best as we could but the next day the driver side headlight is out and we open the hood to discover that one has now come loose and has melted. We can’t drive home through the mountains with no headlights so we are going to have to replace both headlight assemblies before we can travel home!

This is a sad place to buy a car from my mom and step dad bought a truck from them and they was very rude and unprofessional they sold my parents a junk truck and gave a warranty on the motor and the part that needs fixed will cost $800 dollars and they lied and said the warranty wont cover it and the part is on the motor and they wouldnt fix it so it cost my parents money they didnt have this place needs shut down!
