We met with Will and Frank. We were welcomed as soon as we arrived. Will had the vehicle all set for us to test drive. I appreciate that they took the time to prepare for us, that really got us off to a good start. We’ve shopped quite a lot for this car and found that the majority of dealerships do not prepare for your visit. You have to re-explain your entire search criteria. This was NOT the experience at NS Nissan. They did a great job, offered us the car at a reasonable price with NO HIDDEN FEES and gave a fair trade in value. We will be back.

He told me what needed to be serviced on my car, and was not pushy or rude trying to get me to do all of the services recommended. He gave me the facts and I was able to make an educated decision. OUTSTANDING car buying experience. Alan and Mounir made this a simple and streamlined process. My husband drove up there to look at the car and Mounir had it all ready to go upon his arrival. No wasted time. All negotiation was done over the phone in a quick, direct and safe manner. When I arrived the following day, Mounir was so easy to work with. Great Friendly service. I had a question about a recall the service manager was unaware of, after taking a min to look it up himself he was unable to find anything. Rather than blowing smoke he took the time to get a lead tech to look into for me. It was refreshing to have an honest I dont know answer rather than them blowing smoke. I left with no answer but was perfectly happy, as I knew it was a high probability they wouldnt have the answer I was looking for as mine was one of one 1500 nationwide with the known issue. Honesty goes a long way....... I will be back for service and my next car which will be soon!!

Bought my first car here and they made this a very easy experience. I went there to look at one car, but ended up finding something I liked even more and they made it fit my price range. They even worked with me to find a good insurance rate, personally calling agents and having me get quotes, but didn’t pressure me to decide that day. They worked with me on the deposit to reserve the car, understanding of my finances. Clinton (just call him the reverend!) was awesome. Great dealership for first time buyers.
First off, I HATE buying cars. The lack of honest conversation gives me anxiety. That being said, Frank and Lorenzo made me feel like a person and not some number on a sales sheet. They were quick, efficient, friendly and kind. Being a working mom with two kids, my time is limited. They respected this more than I would have ever expected. I also know that its unlikely that I could have found a better deal elsewhere on this particular car or something comparable. They went out of their way to make things easy and affordable. My job includes some customer service and I often get frustrated that I dont get treated the way I try to treat people so it was nice to work with these guys who clearly like what they do. Love the car too. 5 stars across the board.

Northshore Nissan is the best place for new car or used buyers to go to because the they Rev. Clinghton Sherald. He is honest and a great salesman, and lastly Northshore Nissan is lucky to have him work for them. I bought my 2016 Hyundai Sonata from him and he made the process extremely easy and plus I was able to find a bank with low interest rate.

Harold and the whole team of north shore nissan has been nothing but great with my husband and i, in making a decision to purchase our 2019 pathfinder. As it was our first time there, we waited outside for a bit just talking between ourselves, Harold made his way towards us and introduced himself and welcomed us in and we felt right at home. Harold even went out of his way to meet us half way in signing some paperwork that we missed to get the car registered, in which we live over an hour away from the dealership and That right there is just excellent customer service. I highly recommend this team!!
I just left Nissan and drove off in my new Nissan Murano, which I love! I worked with Harold who was great! He answered all my questions and took his time with me. I did not feel pressured or rushed which I feel is important when searching for a car. I went to Mazda a week before and never felt so less important when taking with the manager. I felt like a number not a person. He was VERY pushy and just wanted to close a sale, very unprofessional! Let’s just say I will never be back to that dealership again. Nissan in Danvers was exceptional and I’m so happy I decided to go in there. The manager Frank was very helpful and professional, very nice guy! I am over all very pleased with Nissan. ***UPDATE**** The General Manager, Tom, got ahold of what happened before reading this post, and reached out to us. He immediately asked what could be done to make this right! I must say I am blown away by his willingness to right a wrong! He answered every email, kept us updated on how they were rectifying it, while apologizing for ANY misunderstandings. Thank you Tom for showing us that not all car dealerships are alike! For anyone who hates the car buying experience, please go here and let them show you the Village difference!(Again this was all corrected and fixed) Our leases were coming to an end so we went here since it’s closer to where we live. We told the manager we had 3 payments left that we just paid a few days ago. He said we have 2 payments left. I said I think it’s 3. He didn’t check. We get a check back for our two remaining payments and nissan bills us for three. We thought simple fix, we told them to begin with they’ll cut us a check for the last remaining payment. They did no such thing! Made it seem like it was our fault. We would’ve waited to get our new leases. I can say I’ve leased Nissan’s for a long time and never had this problem.
They were previously a hyundai dealer, I bought my tucson there. I went there recently after hitting a pothole pretty hard. The tie rod, control arm and tire were replaced (wheel and tire coverage) at a cost of over $800. I was told when I picked up my car that it was safe to drive but that there was a clunk in the steering wheel that required a new power steering rack. I was given an official estimate of $1300. I decided to have another garage do the work at a more affordable price; BUT, it didnt fix the clunk. Turns out there was a loose bolt. I wasted my money and I wasted my time based on their advice.

When car was started up, it took the tech 2.5 seconds to tell me what the problem was, about 10 minutes to correct it, and then never charged me for the repair! I highly recommend this dealership to all!
Bought a car from them in July when they were Hyundai Village (all the same people still there though). They overcharged me by $2500 over our agreed-to price and five months later Im still fighting with them to get my money back. Do NOT do business with these guys, ESPECIALLY with their financing folks.
