It was a very good experience from start to finish for the day. I was taken care of since the moment I arrived. All associates were very well educated and answered all my questions. They knew my requirements and did everything they could to get me what I needed. I could not take my car the same day I purchased it but I did need a car to travel to work so they got me a loaner until my car will be ready for me to take home. My experience was very pleasant and worry free, they were attentive and helped me with everything I needed. I want to thank Jackie, Anthony and Barry for a great car buying experience.

Not great. Poor communication and management of expectations.Dropped off car on Wednesday for Thursday appt. No diagnosis till Saturday in spite of being told car would be done Friday or Saturday.Had to call each day because no one contacted me with an update. Was called the following Wednesday to say my car was ready.7 days and I received two calls. One on Saturday for the diagnosis, and one on Wednesday saying it was complete… no loaner or apology
These guys are great, very thorough inspection and the car is clean and drives well. Anthony was great to work with and very fair. I test drove multiple other cars of the same make and model, and this was by far the best. They answered all my questions and made the entire buying experience so smooth - even delivered for free! Would definitely recommend.
They need to remove the curtesy wash and vacuumed from their repair statement because they clearly don’t do that anymore. As usual the wait is a bitToooo long. But they keep you updated. And enabled me to add on an inspection sticker and alignment while here saving a return trip. Jolly group all decked out for Halloween.

When I arrived at the dealership, I didn’t intend on purchasing anything but ended up speaking with Peter and found a fantastic deal. The people were fine. it took a long time to complete but that was ok.i was told i was getting a discount but they only took the discount off the oil and not the entire price which means the labor was full price :(this made the discount of 2 dollars.the price is too much i feel.they wash the car which is great but they indicate vacuum included but did not vacuum. its the little things that mean a lot...the snacks are gone and there are only a few coffee choices and no sugar - just substitutes.its nice that they have tables outside so you can sit in fresh air.
Nick was a very helpful service rep. He answered my questions and solved a few issues that I was having with my car. Waiting time was shorter than I expected, and the service center lounge is comfortable. Very satisfied with the whole experience.

Kept me informed throughout the whole service process, very helpful and polite at the dealership.I would like to update my review from my last visit in September.The service advisor was very helpful and pleasant.The car was returned to me with a large scratch on the door. I noticed this about 30 minutes after picking up the car, so I called the service department and was told I was going to receive a call from the manager in the AM.The manager did call after I left another message in the AM, asking for me to bring the car by the dealership.Once he looked over the car he said that it didn’t happen at the dealership and probably elsewhere and at that point I asked if he call pull the footage from the cameras. Conveniently the cameras didn’t work the past couple days.He then offered to do me a “favor” by buffingthe car door and that was it.It looked good for a short period of time and now it’s very noticeable.When I called them out on the quality control I was told that if I wasn’t happy with the service, I could bring my business at another dealership.I would recommend this dealership for sales, excellent sales department, but definitely not for service.This is in response to the dealership’s reply.I actually called the same day, probably within 30 minutes of picking up the car and spoke with one of the service advisors, explaining the situation and was told to reach back in the morning. Also my car was brought to the dealership because of convenience and not because others couldn’t figure out something about it.Thank you,

I am new to Massachusetts, I moved from Florida 4 month ago and this is my first time at this dealership, I can say I am impressed with the installation of the dealership and their staff.
All I needed was a basic oil change (no tire rotation) and state inspection. To make sure I’d be on time for an appointment at 11 in Salem I scheduled it for 9, having been told it would take an hour and a half . When I checked in Luke told me an hour. I think that should be the max for what was done. It took an hour and forty five minutes- I was less than pleased.

I dropped my car for 50K service. I was informed there was a recall for something to do with the catalytic converted that if not fixed would cause the check engine light to go on. I agreed to have them fix this while in for the 50k service. Check engine light was not on before the service. I picked my car after 2 days of being worked on. Drive my car the following morning and the check engine light is on! Call back and the service rep was not at all understanding. They have no idea why or when they can get to my car.In addition to this disaster my car was not washed when I picked it up and they did not fix two things I asked them to.

I brought the car in to have the wheels repaired and get a loaner car. That went fine, so far but I havent gotten the car back yet. When I asked about getting a small chip in the paint fixed, I wasnt taken seriously. I was told by one man that I should just buy touch up paint and fix it myself. Its an expensive car and if I want something fixed, even if its small, then I shouldnt be brushed off.
I arrived a few minutes early and they took my car in right away for a needed recall. The service was done in the timeframe that given to me upfront. When the car was brought around front for me, it had been vacuumed and washed, I call that going above and beyond!
At the risk of sounding cheesy - it was like a commercial. Greeted at the door, incredible and friendly help from Josh. Went in with the expectation we were going to have to settle or wait weeks but ended up leaving with EXACTLY what we wanted and all in the same day. The entire team was great and far exceeded our expectation.
The process went smooth, I spoke initially with Kristine and then Jorge. Kristine was really nice and Jorge was great, would definitely buy from him again. Would have been higher rating but at the time of purchase I was told the the bank that approved my loan required me to get protection on the vehicle, which I know isnt true, just a tactic for selling. That if not, the APR would be higher but they could keep looking for other options. I was going to purchase protection anyway but the fact that it was presented in such a way made me lose trust in the process. Again, I enjoyed the experience with Jorge a lot and based on him alone I would have rated a 5 star. As someone that used to be in sales, Id just advise that some of the team work on their wordpath to avoid future issues.Thanks

The service appt and work done on my Tiguan was great. However, I have not received the assessment/estimate that was requested regarding the paint bubbling/pitting on the hood and front of my car. The service rep took pictures and said the manager would review and send a report etc. note this car was purchsed in Feb 2020 as a certified preowned.

I was met at the entrance upon walking through to view cars by a young gentleman named Anthony Dalton. He politely asked hello are you being helped ?I told him I was interested in an suv but not sure. He said he could help would I like to go out and look in the lot as we did. Anthony was very knowledgeable about what vw has to offer in an automobile. I did have specifics I wanted. He proceeded to show me a few new unwrapped Tiguan wow I wasn’t expecting that. I took a different car for a test drive. This car felt the fit for me. We went in worked numbers. This gentleman was personable, informative, not pushy we shared a couple of funny stories. The staff worked with me as well . It was appearing that this new unwrapped fancy jazzy car loaded with every possible bell and whistle was getting closer to be mine. I had to think about it would let him know . The next day I receive multiple photos of this hot fire car interior and exterior being prepared. He knew how to entice my car preferences. I called we chatted BAM it’s mine! I’m over the moon!! I pick it up on Monday. Thank you Anthony your sales tactics will take you far you kept it real . Been meaning to post this since the spring as other should be warned.zero stars if I could...Started off helpful, but over time got worse as they continued to be unable to repair a leaking Pano roof on my VW Alltrack. Over about 3 years, and after 6 attempts to try to fix the leak over that time they still could not figure it out. The car sat at the dealer for 4 weeks during the final two attempts, but still leaked within days of being picked up.Their solution... tell me never to come back. Classy.I asked multiple times to have the ownership or upper management reach out but they ignored requests for any communication. A simple sorry would have been nice, but they could not be bothered. Shameful.Car was returned several times filthy after service, management at the dealer level was rude and confrontational. The only exception was the service advisor Rachel who was very professional to deal with.Buyer beware... They Kelly Auto Group does not care about the customer, and even less so about completing a repair.Case was opened with VWNA, and complaint filed against Kelly VW for their dealer practices with VWAG and the BBB.Sorry to see such treatment from my local VW dealer whom I thought I could trust servicing the car they sell.

I’m coming to Kelly Volkswagon since 2010 and I mean complete love with them. Ted and Christian took care of me from beginning to end. Explaining me along the way what was being done to my car. Friendly helpful and the technicians are so knowledgeable about Volkswagon’s there’s no need to go anywhere else. The cashier is friendly and open. And of course a coffee and green tea machine to die for as well as filtered water that was ultraviolet light and reverse process so you stay hydrated while you’re there. Free Wi-Fi. And so freaking clean you could eat off the floor. All the chairs were separated enough and we’re talking living room chairs comfortable and spread throughout To be Covid 19 safe. I bought my last car here and it serviced my 4 Volkwagon’s before it here. Best VW in the world.
I recently bought out my Tiguan lease and I did the financing through VW. Kelly Volkswagen handled all the paperwork and they couldn’t have made it any easier for me to get all the required documents prepared, change the title and plates and put a new sticker on the car. This was indeed a one stop shopping experience for everything.The salesman who handled it all was Anthony Belmonte and I’ve never met a more customer-centric person as Anthony. I am so glad I got a text message to post a review about the horrendous experience I just had with one of the service advisors-guy on the end, furthest from the seating area.I arrived at the service department BEFORE 5pm in hopes that someone would be able to look at my tire pressures since the warning light came on over the weekend. After standing there for a bit, a very obviously stressed out service advisor came up to me and said, “you dropping off?” I explained no, I was hoping someone could look at my tire pressures because the light came on. He responded, “well, did you put air in the tires?” I said no, I didn’t. He then, mocking me, said well you need to put air in the tires then reset the warning light”. Yes, I know that- exactly why I am here. He walked off, annoyed, that he “needed to find someone to do it because they’re all finishing up.”At this point, I cannot believe how this guy just spoke to me but I continue to wait. He finally comes back and says he found someone but this is done as a convenience to me and that they close at 5. As I mentioned before, I arrived BEFORE 5pm but tell him the hours online say 7pm. He says, “well that’s just for drop offs, you can’t just show up here and expect someone to do that for you.” I think at this point my jaw has hit the floor. Nick, someone else who works there, sees I’m visibly upset and takes my car and keys and says “we will take care of it, don’t worry about him.”In the most inconvenient to that guy, MAYBE 5 MINUTES, it took for someone to look at my car and reset the system, also making sure there weren’t any holes or tears in my tires...he doesn’t say another word to me. Nick comes back with my car, apologizes, and says you’re all set. He then takes the time to show me how to do it next time on my own. He sees I’m in hospital scrubs and says, I’m sure you’ve had a long day too, I’m sorry. WOW. I cannot thank Nick enough for sparing my tears over the other jerk who obviously had a bad day- perhaps he should look for a job outside of customer service.

Service Advisor Nick Grimshaw did an outstanding job by telling me the facts and providing just the service I needed. There was no upselling, but rather just what I should be attentive to going forward.Similar to when I leased it brand new in January 2021 it was one stop shopping made easy.I commend Brian Kelly and his team for efficient service (always with a smile). Love the car and the service at Kelly VW. By far the nicest, safest vehicle I have ever purchased-the 2021 VW Tiguan..

I have NEVER had a good experience at a dealership until now. Anthony And Barry were great to work with. Most importantly Anthony listened to my needs, was very patient and understanding and I ended up with exactly what I wanted. Prices are a little bit high because of the car shortage but I feel like they were fair considering the situation. Will only use this VW location from here on out. Boston/Watertown is awful and Wellesly wasn’t much better.
I had a week off from work so I figured it would be a good time to bring my car in for some work since it had been a while and I needed an oil change and my window switch wasn’t working. I also needed an inspection sticker.In the end they ran a diagnostic and did a once over and it came back that for the inspection I needed to fix the window switch, new tires, and the rear springs that were cracked.They had to order the window switch and rear springs so I left the car there and they did the tires and oil change. This was on Tuesday. They completed this and said the parts would be in Thursday so I picked my car back up. When I picked it up as soon as I turned it on the tire pressure warning light came on. Obviously not a big deal but it’s pretty easy to reset and I’m surprised they didn’t take the literal 1 minute that it takes to complete this task.I get a call on Friday saying that the parts are in and I book the car in for the rear spring and window switch for Saturday morning. Mind you I obviously have to coordinate rides with friends and family to get to and from the dealership on my vacation. I drop the car off at 8:30 am on Saturday.I then get a text at about noon with what looks like an invoice for work that wasn’t even going to be completed that day. Immediately following that I get a text saying the parts that were ordered were the wrong ones and that I’d have to come pick the car up and come back later next week to have the work done when the correct parts come in.I haven’t brought my car to a VW dealership since I had a warranty and now I know why. I asked if they could provide me with at least one complimentary service such as the coolant flush ( a total of $138) for the inconvenience but they said the best they could do was 10% off which adds up to a whopping $13 of the almost $1,600+ that I was going to need to spend on everything.I could go on but what I thought would be a thorough and seamless experience when dealing with a dealership with my 2015 golf has turned into a major headache and really very little understanding from them about the inconvenience of having to bring the car back and forth to the dealership. I suspect they never even ordered the parts and forgot and then made up the excuse that they were the wrong ones.Unfortunately I asked them to order the right parts because at this point I don’t want to start the process over but there’s a reason I avoided going to dealerships for work and this just confirms it. I would recommend seeking out a good local mechanic who specializes in VW’s and won’t sell you a bunch of stuff and then not get the work done.Just a really bad overall experience.EDIT: After the first blunder, I was able to book my car in on a Saturday and got the work done in one day and received my car back and everything works well. I am grateful that they stuck to their word and got the work done. Nick was a good communicator even when it came to delivering the bad news which nobody wants to do.

They never did, I live in Wisconsin, and bought this truck in Massachusetts, so I flew out to drive it back. They were all about making me happy with what I just bought. It is the perfect truck I was looking for for 8 months. I bought it site unseen, so I was worried, but the pictures didnt do it justice. Peter, was great. I highly recommend Kelly vw, wish they were closer to me!
Recently I have been searching for my next vehicle. On a whim my daughter and I stopped at Kelly Volkswagen to peak in the windows of the new Atlas. It is really sad to see rude salesmans in volkswagen dealers like we had yesterday, everything was good until we asked to see the prices for two different cars. First, he didn’t want to give us any prices. He literally pushed us away many times. I was insisting to have a price in front of me so that I would decide and talk more details. But the salesman, Peter, had already decided that we are not real buyer, it seemed like he didn’t want to spend any time with us. First of all, you can’t know who is a buyer and who is not. You don’t know what people have in their bank account. When I said the price looks high, he took the papers in front of us and said OK then he got up like showing us the exit. I have done the same job before as a manager, I haven’t seen any of my salesman acted like this. First, I wouldn’t work with someone who treats my customers like this. Unfortunately, I am really suprised that this is happening in volkswagen, I talked with sales manager about him, it didn’t seem that they cared alot. I actually went there to purchase one of those tiguan (of course I wouldn’t tell them yes I will purchase it today or tomorrow), but now I just changed my mind. No one is stupid, and don’t act people like that. That is not your job to scale people and treat them rude way. You make money with commission mostly, then consider everyone as a potential buyer so you won’t miss anyone.

Kelly Volkswagen has always been fair and has had an emphasis on excellent customer service. They certainly have a knack for dealing with customers like me. With some nudging you can get them to break down costs and level with you. I value this because they seem to value their customers. Not every dealership is willing to work with all customers. I appreciate the mutual respect they give and quality of service provided. Something they always go above and beyond with are little fixes complimentary, like Re screwing a license plate or for the third time popping my bumper back in place after someone hits it. I recommend Kelly Volkswagen as long as you know what you can afford and know a bit about cars so you can advocate for what’s necessary and what’s not. Obviously some tasks are paramount to the function of the car!
Not impressed.They said it would take an afternoon. It took 3 days. And I had to return a week later because they caused further damage.They notified me car was ready so I clocked out and left work to get it when they then let me know the car was not in fact ready and I would have to wait an hour.They said the warranty is bumper to bumper for 7 years. Then they said a transmission repair was not covered under warranty because of a spill in the cup holder. And would cost $1500. I also purchased ‘spill protection’ by the way but apparently ‘spill protection’ doesn’t ‘protect against spills’.Car dealers are car dealers. But my experience with VW has been extra disappointing.
This dealership was calm and relaxing with a well designed interior. Sales reps were kind, knowledgeable, and I did not feel pressured. This lead to a very satisfying car buying experience which has not always been my experience at other dealerships.

Honestly they fixed what they need to fix but they charge too much money for it. When it comes to electronics on a Volkswagen almost no one else will touch it and I couldnt find anyone else in the area who would so they were my only option soooo they fixed our car in a day. I was pretty upset that they tried to tell us that we needed things fixed that were just fixed elsewhere or new within the last three months but Im pretty sure thats just how they get you. Also I found after that They include a wash and a vacuum of your car complementary if you get work done and they said my car did not qualify because my brakes were unsafe. Im not sure how my brakes affect the outside of my car being washed but alas also my brakes are not unsafe and they have been checked by my regular mechanic already.

I bought my Touareg in Connecticut last fall after an arduous search for the exact car of my dreams (and it is a dreamy car), but have been bringing it here to Kelly VW for service and they have been great! Love the drive up and drop off, but I have also waited for it and hung out in their little waiting area very comfortably. They are timely, super professional, and reasonably priced for my requirements. I trust them and recommend them.

Bad experience every time. Staff is not knowledgeable, ‘can’t find problem today’ even when they found it last week and scheduled service appointment. Wanted 4 hours today, they have no respect for customers time and could not care less about VW reputation. I don’t recommend Dancers location to anyone.

My Service Advisor was Eric Clark and he was very easy to deal with and from the get go brought up a special they were having. The last time I was there a week later an issue arose (not serious) but because it was the fault of a former tech they had he took care of it for free and in a timely manner. I would recommend Kelly to everyone as their staff is always professional and courteous (in this case Eric).
Kelly Volkswagen is by far the best Volkswagen dealership I have been to. Everyone there is friendly and I have never had an easier car leasing experience as I have had the past 2 times at Kelly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle!

Great service at Kelly Volkswagen! Fred was excellent and communicated with me throughout the day the status of my car. He also rushed to get my car back to me same day when it needed a special part. I won’t bother going to another mechanic again, they fixed my 2014 beetle right up! Highly recommend!
Car was repaired as expected. Took a little longer than expected but that was because more work needed to be done on vehicle than originally assessed.
I bought a 2021 GTi SE this month. The process was super fast. I felt like both parities were very understanding no thanks to Jorge at this location. Now I have a new car for my self and a lot more responsibility.
Shopping at Kelly is always easy. Anthony Belmonte is a great sales person. He is thorough and really takes the customers needs into account. He always helps you weigh your options and never pushes you in any direction. I was able to drive home same day in my new Tiguan. I’ve been shopping with Kelly for the past 11 years and will continue to do so, so long as they keep making it easy.
