This is by far the BEST experience Ive ever had buying or leasing a car. Everyone at the dealership is friendly and knowledgeable about their vehicles and offer the best deal they can. Eric in the sales department was awesome and took me through every option for buying and leasing and when I picked up my car a few days later he took me through the Mazda app set up and reviewed all the new tech in the CX-30. The car itself is so much fun to drive. Daniel in the financial department reviewed all my options for added warranties and reviewed all of my financial info in great detail. I had a great experience at this Mazda location. Sam helped my mom Dorkaline and I get our 2018 CX-5 SUV. He was attentive and patient in helping us figure out which car would be the best fit for us. Sam made the process enjoyable with great conversation and being able to answer all our questions.

In short, this place represents why people dread the car business and shady car sales tactics. I am well versed in car leases and able to break them down to assess whether the numbers add up or not. In short, got a quote that didnt align. From the start, was told how they operate transparently and that the money factor (interest rates) are established by Mazda and cannot be changed. Only to catch that they were trying to sneak over $2000 in interest. Once I pressed, was then told that they adjust the interest rate by 1-2 percent. After being caught red handed, one of the sales managers told me to quote take my business elsewhere. Which I did! Go to 495Mazda. Ask for Phil Goodrum. I was able to work numbers transparently and most importantly, honestly, without even stepping into the dealership. If who you do business with is important to you, stay away from this place and avoid being fleeced.

Jonathan was very helpful in allowing me to change my appointment from a wait to a drop-off, then communicated throughout the day of service to ask me questions and let me know the status of my vehicle. Ill keep this location as y service provider. Much better than Wakefield.

Leo was very helpful and enthusiastic when I was looking to buy the Mazda3 Turbo. The showroom is clean, spacious, and modern. I visited three times (to test drive, then sign the paperwork, and finally to pick up the car) and each person I worked with was helpful, and kind. I appreciated the final visit where I was able to learn more about the Mazda App, and some of the features of my new car. I am very happy with the entire experience.

I just bought a used Mazda CX-5 here :). I’ve had terrible luck with people running into my parked cars over the last 15 months and as a result I’ve had entirely way too much experience at dealerships recently. But this was genuinely my best experience yet, by far. Not only am I absolutely obsessed with the car I purchased but the entire process was as close to painless as it could be. Eric helped me out, walked me through the usual jitters, didn’t pressure me at all, and answered all my questions before I could even think to ask them. I’ve been rebuilding my credit and just moved to the area, so it probably would have been easy to take advantage of me, especially with my jadedness for used car searches, but I really felt taken care of. Eric kept in touch over texts, was super responsive, and made sure I was informed all the way until and even after I picked up the keys. I totally forget the managers name but he was awesome too. Up to date technology made it a really fast process in terms of the usually painful signature part. It went faster than I’ve ever seen. I know I’m now rambling but it’s important people know who they’re dealing with when it comes to buying a car. It’s a big purchase and you want to buy from people you can trust. This is my third time having my Mazda serviced at North Shore Mazda and it was fantastic! I stopped going to Liberty Mazda in Wakefield for service when they tried to over charge me by $500 and they NEVER answer the phone! I literally live less than 2 miles from Liberty Mazda and will drive right past it to Danvers! The service reps (John & John) at North Shore are honest and try to work with you to get your car serviced without over charging you, oh and they ANSWER the phone when you call. Ill continue going to North Shore Mazda for services.

Before I make my comment, I would like to say this, I am from Turkey and hospitality is a huge thing in our culture. I have been looking cars in USA for 6 months at least, it is the first place I felt really comfortable. They showed me in many ways that they care about their customers and guests. I purchased Mazda certified CX5, the cars condition is extraordinary. I am not an easy guy to purchase something, they sat with me for hours and explain every question I had. Duarte Bettencourt was the sales person who was with us all the time. He did everything he can to make us and Mazda happy. We were so glad that we worked with him. Business manager, Brian Coyle, was also great person. who came to talk with us about numbers. Again every question I asked they answered without rolling their eyes. I am not talking about 3-5 questions, I am talkin about 3 hours conversation. They stayed late with us until we decide. They didnt push like others do. Then I talked with General Manager Dan McBride next day. His approach showed me again that customers happiness is one of the most important thing for them. As a result, it is the only place I had great experience so far. I will always recommend North Shore Mazda to everyone. Thank you!

Overall I had a nice experience here, the saloon looks great, people seemed professional. I purchased a used Toyota that was traded in previously. They let me take the car to my mechanic, and were flexible and opened for discussion of all matters. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because my mechanic and I pointed out an obvious noise issue with the car that they were not willing to acknowledge. Beside that the car was fantastic, so I decided to purchase it, and I could even negotiate the price a little bit. Probably it wouldnt have gone otherwise with any other dealer, but still I didnt leave the place feeling 100% satisfied, although I believe I wasnt pushy enough. Other than that everything went smoothly, Duarte Bettencourt was kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend them!

Great experience. I was in the market for used car and one of them happened to be at North Shore Mazda. I had never done business with them before. I inquired online about it and was contacted within a few hours to set up a test drive. Drove it and put a deposit down. This was a used car under $10K for my older children, but they were easy to work with and treated me and my kids like they would treat a customer buying a top-of-the-line Mazda. They even allowed me to take the car to my own mechanic to get an independent evaluation. Prior to delivery, our salesperson, Eric, was helpful in getting a very minor issue resolved and even had the engine bay cleaned up before delivery. Nice touch. I cant imagine they made a lot money on the vehicle since I paid cash, but you would never know it by how I was treated and how easy everything was. If Im ever in the market for a Mazda or another used car on their lot, I would be happy to do business with them again. Highly recommended!

I wouldn’t come here even if my car was paid for…Wasted my time for 3 hours while my family was sitting at home waiting for me to come home and all the Finance Manager had to say was “I can’t say you’re wrong”. Had salesman have me sign all the paperwork for the car and I was told I was all set to go until last minute when I get pulled into the office and he pulls “So we can’t approve you because of x, y, and z”. Would rate a 0 star if possible.
