After not being able to start my vehicle, I ended up bringing my Suburban here on a Thursday evening a few minutes before closing. Initially, they had said that they might not be able to get to it until later the next week, but I had my car the very next day, and completely fixed! They were speedy, helpful, and very accommodating. Would highly recommend!

I placed an order for a truck with GMC Danvers and the placing of the order was nothing out of the ordinary other then the General Manager of GMC Danvers careless attitude where it took me calling several times with the GM never calling back to provide payment information to place the order and I ended up working with helpful sales representative. Then after many attempts of contacting the GM on providing some type of update on the order, I needed to send an email expressing my dissatisfaction with the lack of any type of acknowledgment to one of helpful sales representatives for the GM to finally call back. The GM provided un update and the information was received, but still very careless attitude and I already accepted the information, yet the GM insisted to add gasoline to the fire and making the situation more frustrating. At this point, I just want to let ownership of GMC Danvers, Village Automotive Group aware of their General Manager’s careless attitude
My husband and I recently bought a truck from GMC Danvers. I started looking around online for Chevy and GMC trucks.I found a used 2019 Chevy Silverado 2500 with very low miles. The price was good. I called GMC Danvers and spoke to Cheryl Birkhead. She was professional and could answer all my questions. I applied for financing online got quotes from GMC and AAA for financing. We went in to test drive loved the truck. Kim was our sales rep, she was professional, knowledgeable and took great care of us! This was by far the absolute best experience we have had with buying a vehicle! Everything went smooth, no surprises. Could not be happier and highly recommend GMC Danvers

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service at GMC in Danvers. My boyfriend bought a 2016 GMC Sierra less than a year ago. Tire pressure drops constantly and front camera/sensor has failed. I’ll mention this again, WE BOUGHT THIS TRUCK LESS THAN A YEAR AGO. We have called multiple times to speak with someone and we keep getting sent to a voicemail. I highly recommend going elsewhere if you need a new/certified used car/truck.Replying back to the “owner”. I am truly sorry you can not handle tough criticism and have to reply to your customers with childish responses. Handle the situation like an “owner” would do and get off your high horse. Best of luck to your future sales.

Horrible dealership . I call at least once a week and leave messages about my failing 2016 GMC Sierra but they must be too busy finding new children to write their un professional replies to un satisfied customers.
The dealership was clean and the staff was courteous. The recall was fixed along with the oil, lube, filter, and tire rotation. The truck was left in a secured area and the drivers area was clean.

Went to Moore for an oil change. They quoted me $ 50.00 for the job. Went to to and it cost me $77.00 .you people do this every day to 2018 GMC trucks you should know what the cost is by now. Just another crooked Dealership. Never coming there again morons
Talk about an amazing experience. Not only did I feel valued and appreciated as a customer, they also made me feel right at home. Jim was our salesman and did not pressure us at all. He gave us all the information we needed and more. He was so kind and fun. Him and his team did the best they could to give us the best value and trust me when I say they did. This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Had my vehicle there for a water leak. Was told tech fixed leak had left there and drove to Woburn ya umm the leak was now ten times worse and leaking from antenna Bad job. Left truck with them that night got truck back again and again another leak. Kristen in service is horrible Never go there they get on google to diagnose a problem to shut you up. Paid for service to be done and still have same problem and guess what they gladly have my money This is definitely a Hank Phillipie Ryan case!!!

Dropped off my truck for an oil change. I had questions about other issues . I requested to be notified before any work was done !!! Would of appreciated a call before they went ahead and did this and charged me $120 to check the issues . In the end an oil change and tire rotation $170!! Beware !!

First off i am A current leasee here and boy is this place miserable to deal with. I was having problems with my hood latch and whenever i took it there they said it was just due to dirt buildup or what not and never fixed the problem. They finally ended up ordering a part for it but my lease was already less than a year up and i didnt want the bother of dealing with them again.Now here is where the experience gets even worse. When i went to utilize the pull ahead lease program that they have to get into a new terrain (due to my mileage being close) i was treated very poorly. I asked the sales guy who approached me if i could test drive a terrain. Once i gave him my ID i noticed him smirk and say something to a co worker as he went to photocopy it. I thought nothing of it at the time but it all came together as the time here went on.I wanted to test drive a 1.5L engine to see if i wanted to pay extra for a 2L and instead i was mistakenly given a diesel to test drive then a 2L which i didnt want so i said forget it at this point lets just talk numbers because i didnt really wanna spend my whole day here seeing how it took the third time to get what i wanted to test drive so i opted to just start talking numbers. The numbers i were given were completely outrageous and made no sense to the incentives that were going on and you could clearly tell this guy was just taking advantage of me and my gf due to us be young. He then began to lecture my gf on how she was basically a fool for trading in her car at VW for her lease (WHICH I STILL TO THIS DAY DONT KNOW HOW HER LEASE WAS EVEN BROUGHT UP). He also continued to lecture us on the concept of residual value and leasing as i tried to counter offer and call him out on his outrageous numbers he was giving me and basically was saying its impossible and that i dont know what im talking about in a condescending manner clearly due to my age. So after all that i said yeah let me know when you can get me what i want then ill be back.I then visited sudbay in Gloucester and asked for the same thing i did at moore and got what i wanted and then some in less than half the time.It is quite a shame that i was treated this way especially when i was a current customer and trying to give them more business.
Service is a sham, Charlie should be ashamed. My salesperson was fired, so can’t rate on that. Did call to talk to Josh, internet salesperson and he told me I probably couldn’t afford another Acadia because the price has gone up. Overall, a dealership that rides it’s hometown appeal - but has changed drastically over the past year.
