Driving to Florida ( Mom ) went to AutoZone! Danvers Ma. Only place you need to go!! Staff us Amazing! Prices Hard To Beat!! Armando.. Asst Manager comes to your aid in the Blink of an eye.. Needed floor mats. Armando, without hesitation, came right out,cut to fit my car.. Gotta Love that find of Service and Dedication!! Thanks Again.. Highly Recommend!!

Replaced Battery, starter, dip stick, emissions hoses, clamps, bolts, an entire engine rebuild, remotes, and I found everything I needed here. I had to stop by almost everyday to get a part or a tool. Armando was on top of his game. Didnt matter the line size, he moved it along. He found parts in the back with speed and ease and was competent at his job. It made my project easier and faster. He made recommendations, called other stores, and made sure I had my core charge receipts. Ill come back to this store for all my automotive needs.

I locked my keys in my car last Friday and Sunday (I was moving a friend & my hands & pocketbook were full). Went to Auto Zone to have a spare made but I apparently have a chip hidden under the plastic top part of the key and they didnt have the key I needed with a chip in stock. They were, however, able to cut me a key for $2.99 that would open my car door, which is exactly what I needed! The service was fast and the price was awesome! I will definitely be back for a spare with the chip once they are back in stock!

Got the most unbelievable service from Armando the assistant manager! He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and the most friendly person I’ve ever met, he helped me understand every step of the way what was going on with my truck. If you are having car troubles I highly recommend coming in to speak with Armando before going to a mechanic! I live a little ways away but because of Armando this auto zone will be my go to auto zone from here on out! Seriously five star service I am so appreciative for his help, thank you again Armando!

I have made several trips to the Danvers store recently and I have to say Armando is the BEST! He was so incredibly helpful with the batteries we needed for two of my children’s vehicles. Always super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. You have a great Manager in him which I expect you already know. Because of his customer service we will definitely be back!

Helpful,friendly reasonable prices and a wide variety of products. Snacks too if youre hungry. Hours are convenient theyll help you with installs and give reasonable opinions about which products to buy and why. Party on Wayne, party on Garth!!!

Great assistance and customer service that I received on Friday, August 20th.I forgot the guy’s name, (Slim, glasses, Italian looking dude) but he helped me out with an urgent question that needed to get checked on my Nissan Murano. He also went above and beyond and gave me the facts and even printed out the info I needed. This helped me not have to take it to the Nissan service center and get hit with crazy charges for something that could be very simple and easy. Good looking out!

Unhelpful and poor customer service. I visited them to purchase brakes for my car, they were unwilling to assist me with purchasing the correct type. I left and went to a different location, where they worked with me to figure out what brakes I needed.In addition to that experience, today I called the store to ensure that a rental tool was available. They told me it was and put it aside for me. I arrived within 20 minutes of the call and I was told that they just rented it out to someone else. There were three visible employees there and none of them took ownership of their mistake of pulling the took out for me without labeling it. No other auto zones have this tool and because of their mistake I do not have a way of fixing my brakes today, leaving me without a car.Very poor experience, from the start with the unwillingness to work with me to being unorganized and selling the piece they should have had on hold for me.

I went to auto zone and i needed a battery for my car and Armando helped me find the right battery and he was very polite and kind. He was amazing and one of the best workers.

I like this AutoZone... They have a consistent staff, so they start to recognise ya and it starts to have that neighborhood feel to the store..Theres an older guy there, I wish I knew his name, because Id give him a shoutout! Hes very helpful with finding me any product that I go in looking for and patient when it comes to all my coupons and giftcards.. :)I wish AutoZone sent out more coupons to thier regulars but thats not on the store, thats on the corporation..Anyways, great store!

Compared to the Stoneham store; poor customer service. 3 guys posted a different parts of the store. Not one welcome or can I help you. I ad to walk up to the desk to inquire what I needed. The Stoneham store at least asked if I needed installation help. Maybe it was a black thing; nevertheless I Wont be back to Danvers again.

After price searching online for a car battery I went into this store because they had something in my price range, the female working the counter quoted me the cheapest battery they carried which was almost double the price I saw online. I questioned the price and mentioned I had looked online at another battery that was half the price and she said the 3 month warranty should speak for itself I then asked do you have that one in stock? (Was in stock in the store online) she rolled her eyes and fetched the battery. The problem with this is, one I didnt ask for her recommendation I asked what was in stock and she lied to me and then gave me an attitude for not wanting to pay double the price.If you work for a company that sells something subpar then that in it self speaks volumes to me about the employees they hire. Her customer service was terrible!!Considering we are in the midst of a pandemic and most people like myself are unemployed or underemployed money is an issue and not that its any of her concern but not everyone can afford to drop double the money on something that in her opinion is better quality and for that reason I wont do business here anymore.

Best AutoZone Ive ever gone too. Dillion was unbelievably helpful with walking me through the process of changing my rear brake light. He was courteous, competent, and extremely professional. The other guys working were great as well. Will definitely be coming back to this location again. I cant thank these guys enough for their customer service. They really went above and beyond.

I recently went to this autozone location to get some brake parts to replace them in my car. There were a few complications and with my car up on a lift in the garage I had to return 3 times due to incorrect parts being given to me and various issues dealing with volkswagen parts. This was very frustrating (car was on the lift for two days as I was doing the brakes myself)— this was due to simple human error which I can understand. What I cannot understand is the horrendous customer service from the store manager Mark. Going in to exchange my old calipers he refused to take one because a bracket was cut (many other stores have taken it with broken bracket and given the core charge to me).. when I tried to explain the frustration I had been through he cut me off, ignored me, returned one caliper and walked away. If you are a store manager please educate yourself on good customer service skills as this is the career you are in.. working with customers.Thank you to Dylan and Tony for listening and attempting to make my experience a little better.

The stuff at this place have an attitude if u ask them for help for a light bulb they literally let u search for a good 10 min before they try to help u. Very unprofessional stuff and not well informed.

I mean it’s like every other AutoZone so nothing in particular to mention. The Techs do know enough about most vehicles and will be able to help you out with most issues you might have with your car or truck. The rental tool selection is great and is what I come in for the most. Really helps when your stuck in a bind and can’t quite afford the tool to get the job done.

My go-to parts store because its close. Great loaner tools and help. If you register on their website you can get free vehicle repair guides. Free engine light code reading, battery and alternator check. Friendly people. Not the cheapest though.

Same thing you know its a its an auto parts store so you either pay like a dollar something more or euro debts everythings a dollar something more or off in are so if you buy so many certain things itll basically equal the praise of the next auto parts store is they have dollars literally like a dollar off a brake pad set and the other place we have leg in our dollar cheaper on for Any a freshness set

Went to have the code read because my check engine light was on and this is a free advertised service. I was told they do not provide this service when it is raining even though 3 staff members were having a smoke break in the rain. Poor customer service in my opinion

The employee who is a fat red headed creepy guy with a huge ghetto/jail house tattoo of a naked woman on his forearm is repulsive!! He frisked a young girl because he thought she was stealing!! So illegal!!My kids saw the tattoo and asked me why he would get that I had no idea getting whipers would turn into such an awkward moment. We imedetly left after the frisk and went across the street to Advanced Auto Parts. They have such a better selection and this nice knowledgeable woman named princess helped us out. Such a breath of fresh air . I will not be going to AutoZone again!! At least until hes gone!! Theyre only 4 and 5 yrs old.

It is really frustrating to be a female and enter any facility that involves cars, car parts, or employees that have a basic understanding of cars. I was treated like I was an idiot. The man followed me outside to install my wipers, nice gesture, although I didnt ask for assistance. However he was unable to figure out how the clips on my ford work, meanwhile I was putting the new bulb in my headlight . Long and the short the frustrated employee gave up and told me good luck. I Put them on without any issues and was in my way
