Most employees don’t know what they are talking about. I took their advice on products two times, the first time was for a “permanent” red hair dye that came out in one wash and the second time was for a color remover THAT MADE MY HAIR FALL OUT. Each time i wanted to get different products and they convinced me to get these. I think they might get compensation for selling certain items regardless of their effectiveness.

Its one thing to ask the customer if they need help, but if the customer says no, that doesnt mean to literally follow behind me and ask me constantly. Seriously made me feel very uncomfortable. Ive been a customer for a long time and the way they made me feel tonight was very unwelcoming. I know this store has had problems with theft but to be right on top of me made me feel very uneasy!

Sean is super helpful and gives advice on what to purchase to get your desired outcome. Love coming here because hes so awesome!

I went to this store few days ago and the store was so organized and it’s nice going into a store and everything is nicely stocked and filled! The manager Tom was very helpful and very sweet, and also was the associates in the store! Highly recommend going into this store!!

Awesome and clean environment! The staff are always happy and helpful. A guy like me never has a clue when it comes to hair, but the team is always knowledgeable and ready to help! The store manager is always welcoming and I never feel pressured to buy anything I dont want to buy.

The young lady who work this after noon was by herself( 7/8/18 )was very accommodating, very helpful, great personality we were in and out of the store in no time. Thank you we need more people like you in the work place.
