AIM Mail Center Ocean Ranch (Golden Lantern in Dana Point CA) is THE Best! Theyve been a special lifesaver for me during COVID, sending faxes to my doctors, government agencies, everywhere.Ive used them for years, especially with printing needs.AIM is always highly responsive, friendly and intelligent.I totally trust AIM with my financial information - they carefully shred documents immediately after use after receiving faxes and emailing to me.

We walked in with a package that we wished to be delivered w/o being destroyed. One of their employees, Jazz, went out of her way to help us safely pack the merchandise and even cut the box to a more appropriate size to fit the product better.Jazz went above and beyond to help us because we were way out of our element. I found this place on google while I was looking for a stamp company so I could get a custom stamp made. I emailed them a picture of what I was trying to work with, after a couple draft changes that I made the stamp was complete and ready for pick up in 2 days. As soon as I walked into the store to pick up the stamp I could feel the peaceful vibe and the customer service was phenomenal. I recommend this place to anyone that need stamps made.

They never are too busy so you dont have to wait in long lines like the post office to ship if youre in a hurry. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Asked for the cost to ship a large package to Canada. Employee did all the calculations on his computer, allowing for packing, box construction & weight, and after some computationscame up with a figure of $100, or right around there. I gave the go ahead and paid the next day, except $100 or thereabouts became $240.00! I paid, but its the last time I do business there. Ill use the UPS store up on PCH in the future.
