Mike is INCREDIBLE. Saved me from a complete disaster when UPS wanted to ship my package back to the sender instead of to a local access point. I was at my wits end since UPS wouldnt allow customer service calls (due to COVID) but Mike called and got the package successfully redirected. Definitely above and beyond customer service, since I know its not their duty at the stores. Very happy customer!

Went to return some packages today. My printer was not working so I requested to have my labels printed at the store. The attendant immediately showed me how to bypass printing by obtaining a barcode which can be scanned in the store. No printing necessary! I have requested printing at other stores before and was never told of this option. Now, that is good customer service! Greatly appreciated. These guys are the best!

Mike is a standout! He couldnt have made my visit a nicer experience. He was super patient as I gathered documents to print and helped me troubleshoot tech issues. Dana Point is lucky to have such a professional, friendly UPS branch. Thank you, Mike!

How do you ship a car cross country? Mike arranged to ship ours from Massachusetts to Dana Point, and it was picked up when he said and delivered to us on time and in perfect condition. Mike is the BEST: he can do anything!

This UPS Store is my favorite store, Mike the owner is amazing, I know him for years and he always takes care of our business, rather it’s a banner or a poster or any kind of printing materials he always does a great clean job. Mike and his staff are professional, friendly and fast. They have been there for me many times. I am also always surprised by the variety of shipping and printing services that they can provide in-house at reasonable rates. I am only ashamed that I have not submitted a five star review for their store a couple of years ago.

Mike and his team are the best. Everytime you walk through the door there is a HELLO. Mail distribution is consistant and we have always enjoyed a high level of professional service. Even our puppy likes going to get the mail because of the doggy treats. Great address too!
