A must stop at Dana Point, CA to get your last minute snacks & drinks for the vacation in this beautiful coastal town. We bought the best tasting fried chicken at their deli, so fresh & crunchy just the way i like it. Sushi was in our basket too and it was so good! Ralphs is truly known for its great selection of fresh & good quality grocery items. Prices are always competitive and Management and Staff are very efficient and delivers good customer service. Ralphs is my go to store whenever Im close to one.

Decent selection, but certain staff can be rude. the short, heavy-set woman with short hair was extremely curt with me at checkout. I’ll be shopping at the Trader Joe’s up the street from now on, they have much better prices and far more pleasant people.

I come here often. Most staff is extremely friendly and helpful.SONIA has 0 customer service. She doesnt listen. Will skip people. And she doesnt even know whats going on in her department.Every time she is working I have an issue.I also have seen her without a mask multiple timesPlease remove her

I used the self checkout and there was a cheerful employee ready to help with any questions.

Fernanda provided me exceptionally horrible customer service. Her staff are rude, they refuse to show people their nametags, and remove them when asked. This was full fledged selective enforcement, and I feel like I was profiled. This employee should be reviewed by their corporate managers. I am absolutely displeased by this service. I will be filing a formal complaint for profiling with corporate. Oh, and not to mention. The meat department was smelly and had stains everywhere, like they don’t do a proper job cleaning.

They have a wonderful Fish Department with awesome customer service. Good variety and very clean.

I come into this store everyday while working on my yacht at the nearby marina. 2 young grifters working for child fund insulted me because of the way I was dressed. Why Ralphs allows people to stand in front of the store to harass for donations is off-putting let alone being insulted.

Like to get snacks for the family and it can be a little bit pricey when youre not in your phone habitat but Ralph is it owned by Kroger trees same low price doesnt matter what state youre in glad they were there made my experience a lot more helpful and thanks for out excellent service by stars and Dana Point Beach California

Never have i ever bought groceries from here and had a kid with a power trip card me AND my fiance with alcohol in our cart along with the rest of our groceries. We are 30, regardless every store we have been to when we have alcohol in our cart its who ever is buying needs to show ID. This kid had a power trip looking us up and down even when I told him when it was me paying. We were here jist a week before snd were bever carded that way. This kid had attitude and everything. Idk what his deal is but it wont get him far and is why he will get as far as he is getting with that attitude. He did not need to talk to us that way even if he wanted to see my wifes ID. He had a chip on his shoulder ill.be making sure to tell managers that when we come next time since that is our home store unfortunately.

DRAB OLD STORE ! My wife and I were a day trip to San Clemente on Sunday and ventured a bit further to Dana Point to do some other stuff. My wife always has a list and sure enough we made a quick stop at this supermarket to grab a few things like toilet rolls, band aids, paper towels, toothpaste and a bit more. The store had a very overcast feel inside....( maybe not enough overhead lighting ) which gave it a depressing vibe. We found everything on my wifes list incl toilet paper rather surprisingly. Hard to believe a 12 pack of 2 ply toilet paper could fetch 15 bucks !

Well stocked of everything you need or want, very comfortable to shop the staff very polite and helpful without your asking.

This store has gone downhill over the years in appearance. Its a small Ralphs so selections are limited. Ive stopped in several times for cigarettes and checkers are all under 18 and unable to sell them to me. Alcohol is ok though. So confusing but obviously a Management issue.

This is my local market, the closest to the house. they have a good selection of pretty much everything even though the Ralphs fresh air up the street is bigger easier to navigate and I dont wind up with as much stuff in my cart that I dont need.

They spent lots of money on signs that say MASKS ARE REQUIRED and THE ONLY PEOPLE WITHOUT MASKS WERE EMPLOYEES!! The stock guys darting by, close and next to us namely - all the others (cashiers baggers managers etc) had one on)!! Well those signs KINDA worked I guess cuz EVERY CUSTOMER HAD ONE ON, lol!Either way Ill take my business elsewhere I rather be safe!! Sad I like this place too!

Nice clean store and very expensive

This has been my regular grocery store for the last 7 years and I’m there at least once a week. Of all the Ralphs I’ve shopped this is by far my favorite. Although they are a little smaller than most Ralphs they make up for it in their customer service, cleanliness, and product availability. My 6 year old can’t wait to go to the store with me in hopes her favorite manager, Teresa, is working. Very personable team at this Ralphs and always fresh, quality food.

Horrible...Wearing masks should be mandatory by this store and all grocery stores. I noticed that some customers were not wearing a mask and sneezing all over other customers.

It was ok bought groceries

This is one of the nicest experiences I have ever had at a Ralphs! It was ice cold inside on a hot summer day, and since I went early in the morning there were several employees stocking shelves, and at least three of them said hello to me! I went into the bathroom, which was very clean and well-maintained, and even when I was having trouble with the card machine at the register, the cashier was friendly and patient. Nicely done, Dana Point!

I always have liked shopping at Dana Points Ralphs. If they dont have something you want their glad to order it for you. Nice employees and even a rack in the back with a variety of mark downs. 😋

Ordered sandwiches from Ralphs to take to the bay for lunch. They were delicious.

I rated 3 stars because the deli chicken is fresh. They usually have nice products in there. However you try to ask for somethin or get help. They ghost up in here or too arrogant to help. Racist biggot shoppers as well.

Not stocked, I had to go to Albertsons. Albertsons was stocking, but also low. Tomorrow I will check out Staters.

Awesome........free paper bags!!! Not the store that has them....but just does not put them out. Compared to many of the Ralphs I go to ...I live in San Juan need I say more ? It is a well kept organised, nicely staffed Store.

I love this store! Everyone is so cheerful and eager to assist. Its always fully stocked and super clean. The prices are competitive and in most cases cheaper than their competitors like Albertsons, Vons and Stated Brothers. The environment is always well lit, exciting and fresh.

Okay. I really like Dreyers Slow Churned Chocolate Ice Cream. This store is always out. I saw the distrubuter at another Ralphs and asked him about it. He said the store doesnt order chocolate.The store buyer should realize why the many, many cartons of the unusual flavors just sit on the shelf. What gnius thought chocolate wouldnt be a popular flavor

They thought I stole their stuffs, but actually I bought from another Ralphs in San Clemente. They will call a police and look at the camera. Go ahead!!! I dont care I didnt do anything wrong....Look at the camera and get ready to see the truth.....I hate that thick Eyeliner Iranian-ish lady. Bad service, talk with customers angrily. The customer service is horrible, not just at this Ralphs but most of the stores locally. I was once a courtesy clerk for the company back in the early 90s. And I can tell you the expectations have dropped dramatically. Trash over filling, bags of groceries bagged completely wrong. Detergent with meat, cmon. No basket avail because they are pilled up along the register because the help is too busy checking their phone updates. You can never find a store Director unless you go early in the morning and see a white shirt pointing orders. Good luck, Trader Joes and Costco will have my business .
