This shopping center is attractive indeed. It is next to Hwy 280, has more than 100 wonderful stores, and every Thursday and Saturday from 9am till 1pm all year around a Certified Farmers market is available. Many stores offer great discounts. A food court is opened for takeout. Seats and tables in the food court are temporarily closed. Parking is available just about everywhere except in the north area where a new construction is taking place. Farmers market is behind Macys. Location is very convenient to make the last gift purchase before arriving to the airport. Recomend!

I love to come here to watch swimmers or to go swim myself. It can be great on nice evenings to enjoy the views. Parking isn’t ideal, but the sand and steps offer a nice place to relax away from the city busyness. Don’t leave valuables in your car though!

I havent been here in ages, a lot has changed both inside and outside. The center court was under construction, they removed the pond that had turtles and koi fish. I guess the zen feeling that it use to boast is no longer. Food court looks so stark, it use to be such an inviting place to sit and eat leisurely, now its like a cafeteria. I hope they bring back scattered seating throughout the mall, if youre spending the day shopping no real area to take a break, youd have to go to the food court to sit.

So, earlier today I was at Serramonte Center just killing time and then 4 food trucks show up in the Karting m parking lot for OTG(Off the Grid). After about 10 min I had to leave to do a few deliveries but after that I was able to take my break and got myself something to eat.I have been wanting to try this place Senior Sisig and I finally did...i ordered their Nachos with chicken with a Ube Horchata.. man I tell you it was amazing. My total was around $14 - $15 but def worth it for the quality and delicious food.

Everything is definitely returning to normal somewhat. Came on a Sunday afternoon, and it was quite difficult to find parking since there are more people out and about now. Service is still good minus the longer lines ordering food or paying for goods after some shopping.

Bay Area has the most boring malls among all major metropolitan areas in America. This mall is a good example: obsolete design, boring chain stores, 90s style food court..... and where’s the movie theater??

Li
Review №24

On a Saturday, late afternoon, Serramonte Center was a lot more crowded than expected. Due to on-going construction, there was a little less space to walk around than the wide open area thats normally there. Social distancing is up to the shoppers, while masks are required. Its up to the shoppers to bring their own hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes. Dining options are wide and a lot of the restaurants offer curb side delivery from what I am able to discern (please dont quote me on that!).

Nice remodeled enclosed mall easily accessible from Interstate Route 280 via Hickey Exit from the south and Serramonte Exit from the north. The Mall has recently been remodeled adding stores outside the mall area but all within walking distance of the mall, i.e. Ross, Baby Discount store, etc. Anchor stores are Macys, Target, with smaller stores such as Daiso. Free surface parking is available, and during heavy shopping days, close in parking may be scarce. Store is handicap accessible with makes handicap parking spaces close to the store fronts. Note, construction is still ongoing within the mall area but the area of constitution activity is well covered and protected.

Nice new relocated shops: tj maxx, Ross, Nordstrom rack. Bad parking. The tj maxx mens section was sorely lacking & quite small. Omigod! The parking in the new section is horrendous! Long waits. Twisty & blocked roads. Horrible. Please add a Tonymoly store, an Aritaum store, & a The Face Shop. 5/16/21: The Macys is great. The food court is not so great. Theres a lack of food choices for me. They should put in a few high end stores too.

Serramonte is at the intersection of comforting standby and hot, hip, happening. As a comforting standby, it does have an Old Navy, a Target and Macys. It even has an old-school Filipino food place in the food court. But Serramonte always has its pulse on whats hot with trendy new shops and performances by local artists (pre-pandemic, of course). It has gone thru a renovation to update its curb appeal and parking options. It remains accessible via highway 280 and by the local SamTrans bus lines.
