The store tried to capitalized on the vast amount of Filipino in the area and Daly City in general. The huge problem here was he misspelled the signage in the outside window that was an insult to Filipinos. It stated phipinas as suppose to Pilipinas orFilipinos. I spoke with him, apparently he is aware of the mistake but does not want to spend the money to fix it. The place sells Filipino and Brazilian products. This would have been a good place but due to the huge sign outside, its a huge embarassment. I urge people not to support this place until they correct their mistake. Imagine if Brazilian sign was misspelled Brasilan. I wonder what happens.
Its not a Brazilian market anymore, I asked to the guy behind the balcony and he said that they sell Philippine products now... However didnt change the name of the market making a lot of confusion
Definitely not a full market, just a few shelves of non perishables and a small cooler. They did have requeijão and guaraná when we went though so was a plus.
They got good empanadas :)
Great food, plus a a nice drink selection
Good market
Food drinks and more.
Didnt find Brazilian groceries
Super nice guy (in the Brazilian guy) and the place has the best prices in brazilian products check out. Best prices I found in all Brazilian product markets are worth checking out. The owner is not Brazilian may be so ... lol
