I bought a Oakley shades and one glass from right came out in just 35 days. When I went there to return it one lady was so rude that she is saying returns is within 30 days and I can check with sunglass hut when I have shown her the email receipt which says 90 days. She called her manager and asked me for exchange when I said to return it as the brand was not good she started saying that there is a dot on glass and she can’t return it . They are just trying to not take it return. One of the waste store I have ever seen. I have lot of products from sunglass hut where the return policy was good. Stay away from this store.

No problems here. What an odd ass man... who buys that many sunglasses... and holds up such high expectations for some hot brunette babe at sunglass hut maybe she thought you were creepy and now your butthurt. Anyone that buys that many sunglasses has a problem.

As somewhat of a collector of quality sunglasses, I own pairs from Bolle, Serengeti, Fossil, etc. I keep a pair in each of five cars (mine, the wifes, and three kids) plus wrap arounds for cycling and yard work. Another for travel plus some spares.As a customer of Sunglass Hut over the years, I was dismayed by the unprovoked rudeness of the Galleria kiosks lone attendant. She was preoccupied with her iPhone and treated me with contempt when I asked where the nearest rest room was. Her answer: Theres a map over there. In other words, Figure it out for yourself. Why the hostility?Apparently this demotivated clerk had a chip on her shoulder from having to answer the same questions too many times. Perhaps life is too short for her to extend common courtesies, even when on the job representing a worthy employer. When I followed up with, Fine, but would you please tell me where the nearest restroom is? she whirled around and walked away calling out, I have to take care of my customer. The people who were waiting on the other side of the kiosk werent so urgent when she was toying with her cell phone. The simple answer, I learned from someone else, was just over there in the Gap. So easy to say: Just over there, in the Gap.Now I have resolved not to buy anymore sunglasses from Apex or Sunglass Hut until they improve their employment standards. Imagine fostering good will and sales with this more professional response: The Gap has restrooms [pointing], and please return here to see some remarkable specials.There are so many sunglass stores where the attendants are courteous and helpful. But not Apex by Sunglass Hut, so goodbye!P.S. To the owner/manager of this operation: you may want to send a mystery shopper to give your crabby clerk a test run. The one who burned your bridge with me was working at ~8:30 on Friday evening, January 13. Brown hair, 57, medium build, in her 20s. Worth replacing with someone who gives a flip.
