Friendly staff - Joesph was able to assist me finding the brick color and size I was looking for - I only needed a few samples and he kindly let me leave with them for free.

I was told it would be delivered in a week. Poor communication. They took 2 weeks and I didnt even get a call to tell me when it was going to be delivered. Got several broken blocks

Their actitud in general is good, but they don’t deliver the material by the time they estimated, I bought enough brick for a house and after the estimated 2 weeks for delivery it I called and they told me it was going to be delivered 5 weeks later! Not only that, when I asked for a refund they told me they were going to charge me a restocking fee!.After all they pay me back my money, I lost 2 weeks that could it be for other company to get my bricks, I never going back to that place again.

The customer service at the 175 Highway store is HORRIBLE!!! Counter help really didnt want to help or make a sale for one strap of brick. Counter clerk kept sending me in and out of the and would give me some stupid reason why he couldnt make a sale. After three times of the no I cant sale you this I left. I WENT TO ACME BRICK AND RECEIVED BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! STAY AWAY FROM THE LAME BRAINS AT CLAY STRUCTURES!!!!
