Poor customer service. They just dont answer your call. You can try and leave a voice message, but they wont return the call. Caution, the 5 star reviews may be fake.

We went looking for pavers and a referral. They were extremely helpful. The yard guy showed us multiple different options. The inside sales gentleman ensured that I had several great people I could contact to help with design and installation. It was a nice experience.

Service is miss or hit. Good variety of materials, but black stones were a little more or same price as big box stores sa Home depot, Lowes, or Calloway nursery. The stones were spectacular though. Wish it was made in America 😔.

If your truck driver trying to come and deliver it is terrible. They tell us that customers and their trucks come 1st but the trucks that supplied them have to wait. It does not make sense because without product you cannot sell anything. Why is it that truck drivers are always getting the short end of the stick😡😡😡😡😡😡

Be prepared to wait an hour for anything. Very overpriced for the service and material received.

We went and picked up a pallet of stone that we had chosen about three weeks earlier. We were told we needed a full pallet based on the square footage we gave them. When our guys went to pick it up they naturally couldn’t find the one that we had marked so Jewell picked out another pallet. We laid some pieces and used about 1/10 of it. My husband called to see if we could return the rest because they had told us the amount to buy. When he returned it the manager of the Dallas store accused us of cutting all the pieces. What we paid $500.00 for was a pile of junk stones that their employee had picked out and since it was all bundled in chicken wire our people couldn’t see the actual stones. I would never use the place. We were accused of doing something that was their fault.

I just waited an hour and ten mintues for a few items, and there was only one person ahead of me. I am a professional and my family has been buying here since the 70s and this place has only gotten worse in that time. After arriving and weighting in 4 to 5 trucks that pulled in after me were served first, even though I told one of the yard loaders I was ready to load. I dont lollygag around, I knew what I needed and was ready in 2 mintues. This is a constant thing with Jewell. After 30 mintues I walked in and said to the 3 guys sitting there, hey guys Ive been waiting for 30 minutes can you radio someone to help me.... All I recieved were blank stares. If this were my business I would have jumped up, grabbed a forklift and loaded that person right away. If this place were busy when I pulled in I would have just driven off knowing their mode of operation, but I guess I figured since there was only one truck ahead of me I would only be 15 minutes. I was wrong.

Honestly I have to say poor job by the manager took him 30minutes to check me out and still couldn’t help me had to ask the gentlemen with the beard for help, it only took him 5 minutes to answer all my questions, I never saw an urgency for the manager to ask around for help nothing felt like the wanted to struggle, I could of been the big money order but vaquero stone won my business, the way this company is going it will burn down before it can rise up with the management they have!
