The best ice ream in the area. All the flavors are delicious!!! We had the rocky road on a cone and the peanut butter explosion and we ate every bit of it! The strawberry ice cream topped with pineapple is also worth 5 stars. The service was also fantastic. Definitely coming back!!!

My wife and I have been to the Melt location in Fort Worth several times and this Bishop Arts location was every bit as delicious, and with cheerful and helpful service too! Loved the seasonal apple butter flavor!!

I got a cherry pistachio and chocolate pb with honey comb topping and everything was incredible. The chocolate honey comb topping tasted like a Crunchi bar from the UK. Besides the delicious flavour combinations the thing that impressed me was the texture of the icecream. It was thick yet airy at the same time, smooth yet chewy and its a texture Ive never experienced before. Absolutely delicious!!

It was National Ice Cream Day sooo as a true patriotic, it was our civic duty to make sure we observed the holiday. We decided to go big and get two scoops, each a different flavor and DANG they were good. Each flavor, so dang good. The cookies and cream as well as the coffee ice screams were our favorite!! It was so nice to walk around bishop arts and enjoy our ice cream in a hot day. Excited to visit Melt again soon!

Im a huge fan of melt when they had their original shop in Fort Worth. Forget the long haul now. There is one nestled in Bishops Art District. They offer the same great service and mesmerizing ice cream flavors. I love their seasonal Rhubarb and Birthday cake with the addition of their light almond waffle cone.

So good and creative. With a drive to get here even if it were not for all the other great places in the neighbourhood

By far my favorite ice cream spot in all of Dallas. Great flavors to choose from. The staff offers great customer service. They let you sample multiple flavors to make your perfect cone. The cookie crack is definitely my favorite flavor!

Loved the french fries ice cream. Very yummy if you like salty/sweet combo.

Shake was great, but extremely small for $7. A kid’s size shake at any other restaurant. Also only 1 person working, so service was very slow.

Unfortunately this is the second time I’ve had subpar service at Melt. My boyfriend and I were waiting in line for 15 min - not the fault of Melt, there was a difficult customer ahead of us. What was annoying was that after the difficult customer stepped away, another customer came in and didn’t see that we were in line. They ordered at the cash register. When we finally walked up to place our order, we were told we still needed to wait because they were taking care of the customers who skipped the line first. We went to Azucar instead where we got in and out in 10 min despite a much bigger line. I’d recommend going there or Picolo instead of Melt.

Best ice cream anywhere. Its got that chewy creamy texture that lets you know its real. Employees are friendly and helpful

First Off I want to commend this shop for there customer service! I would especially like to point out Eric I believe that’s his name he is always so helpful and nice :) he always hands out stickers to my daughter. He made our experience very great !

Today I went for the first time, unfortunately the service was stressful!!!! the two girls who work there were answered impatiently and reluctantly when the ice cream dripped on me one of the girls was really angry at me that I dared to take off the mask.The ice cream is delicious but after such an apathetic service experience I don’t think I would want to come again

It’s a small shop so it can get crowded if it’s busy, but it goes by pretty quick. The ice cream is delicious as I love how they are inclusive and have vegan options! The vegan chocolate ice cream was the best I’ve ever tasted.

Appeared closed (doors locked and no employees present) at least 20 minutes, if not more, before posted hours.

Worst experience ever. They closed at 11:00 pm but locked the doors at 10:30pm. I knocked on the door since they clearly had customers and employees in there. All the employees ignored us and a few other potential customers. Spend your money elsewhere with better customer service. This ice cream shop doesn’t deserve your patronage.
