Customer Service not sooooo good. Girls stand there just looking at you. And this is nor my 1st time coming here. But food is good.

Parking is super small maybe 3 to 4 spots, but the food its good . This is an update - they change their prices understandable sense the stuff are more expensive, but the elote had hardly any corn too much cream and cheese so make sure you tell them how much cream to put.

The aguas fresca are very delicious and so are the funnel cakes.They have really good ice cream choices. But the customer service is horrible the lady that helps us named Vanessa was really really rude and didn’t make us feel welcomed and she seemed bother every time we order something and had an attitude.

Excellent experience. Reminded me of am Ive cream shoppe in Mexico. Great selection of ice cream (Blue Bell brand). Tacos were the best I have found in a while. Authentic Mexican food. NOT Tex-Mex junk. The REAL THING.Fast courteous service. Great prices. Prices are right in line with other places like this. Making this one of my favorite spots in my Google maps navigation.

Service wasnt great, the ice cream I ordered was tasted expired. and when I said it was they got uppity about it. and before that the strawberry banana drink I ordered was also expired. to summarize this review. I was served mostly expired/ spoiled food and staff didnt bother offering anything to make up for it

They say you get what you pay for and honestly it’s over priced! Corn usually goes for 3, it’s 3.75 here, and I’ve tasted way better.

Its an okay place. I just personally thought that 2 one scoop ice creams for $6 dollars was a bit expensive and the lady helping us was a bit uncurteous. Otherwise, clean place and good ice cream.

Today was the worst experience ever, coming to this place. My family and myself were highly disappointed in the service and food. We live pretty far from you all but we always try to minimum come to you all once a month but after today we would no longer make that drive to eat there. The order wasnt right after I repeated it twice to the lady. When our food arrived it the table it looked a little different and at first bite you could tell it had been sitting out for too long even the meat was cold not to mentioned that they were out of the green salsa. The meat on my daughters torta just plain too salty and to make matters worse one side of the torta had cold meat while the other was hot. When asking where the rest of the order was the lady states that I never order instead of admitting that she may have forgotten to add it to my order they wanted a receipt for me to show them but I wasnt given one so they had to sit there and search for my order so she could check. I didnt want any free an apology for the mistake would of been just fine instead of arguing with me about my order. Best wish to you all.

I used to come here a lot, but after my last experience Im no longer giving you guys my business. The ice cream and the elotes were always really good. But customer service is the key to a successful business. Once I was done ordering, the owner basically told me to get out of the way. And the cashier charged me for a banana split instead of a small elote just because I requested it in a different container and when the other lady had told her that I got a corn, the cashier followed up with a señora used me dijo que era un banana split with an attitude .Good food but you should definitely teach your employees good customer service.

My family and I love this place. My oldest daughters name is also Josie and so she especially loves it. Their agua frescas are amazing. I go for sandia (watermelon) while my husband loves pepino limon (cucumber lime).

I usually dont like writing negative post but i like (or used) going to this place until I found a cockroach in my ice cream not only that I f****** ate a piece of it. And how do I know that i did? because I felt something hard and it was the damn top part of its body. Ive been throwing up! My sister also found a dead one in her cup . Im really disgusted.

The pupusas put a string of cheese on it and a little bit of beans, and they dont even think they are in another country.Even if they give them more expensive it doesnt matter but put a chingadazo of cheese on it.

Awesome hole in the wall ice cream shop (ice cream shop) and grill. I love their ice cream, fresh fruit shakes, and they even serve food yes food .. its tasty! From tacos, tortas, pupusas, and a variety of other things served here. They also have strawberries and cream😍 (strawberries with cream). Everyone that works here is super sweet and friendly.
