Good selection of home improvement items both old and new. Some prices are great, and some are nothing to write home about, so its kind of a treasure hunt. Overall good experience.

Fantastic store to pick up your knees for a reconstruct or minor repair. Also has an incredible selection of items you wouldnt think would be in a resale habitat for humanity store. You can buy a 10-ft couch or a leather couch or a standard microfiber couch right now for only $20. Yes theyre not brand new but they are in excellent condition if you have any needs this is the place to go to!

I dropped off a box full of light bulbs.Everyone was so courteous and helpful. Very refreshing to see that, especially from younger people.Manners still matter! Bravo...

I truly love going there and volunteering but only when the manager is not there. Chris he makes it very difficult to want to help. I have been helping at the habitat for many many years before Chris even started working there 12 almost 13 years ago. He is one of the reasons that I stopped volunteering and several of stopped volunteering. He has the pic of the people that he will allow to do stuff I.e going to the back get stuff prior to it going out of the facility your previous manager I brought it to his attention however he has passed away in the last couple months. Also I am so sorry to hear about another upper management personnel passing away as well. He was much revered, and we that are in the medical field enjoyed his business.

Very interesting array of things for home improvement! Definitely come here first to budget for your home renovation based on supplies and let the resources guide your project decisions. Had I known the double-paned-window-sliding-doors were available I would have planned a home expansion around them. You never know what theyll receive so keep checking back. Antique doors from the Lake Highlands area are among other rare and valuable items.

First time going, kept up good, variety of things.

If you can do it yourself, then this is one of the best places to go. From lighting,to flooring, they have it all. New stuff comes in all the time. Just a few pics of things we have purchased. Thank you Chris and the rest of the habitat employees.

Robert is a asset to this franchise he gave excellent customer service . I had bought a bookshelf and I drive a jeep so it was very interesting to load it because I had other things in my jeep. But he and I figured it out together. Hope he is shown appreciation by this company.

This Restore has great home improvement items, rugs of all sizes, and cool vintage pieces that just need a little love.

I had been told this store sold items at discounted prices. Everything I saw was priced higher than Family Dollar and Walmart for identical items. Employees seemed slightly distant but not at all unfriendly. It was almost like something had happened a few hours before I arrived or something like that. Im giving a the place and the people a pass. Ill visit again soon for a First Impression. One of my favorite neighbors likes this place very much. He goes on about the deals he finds and the wonderful staff. My gut says go with his opinions on this one.

Love to see the variety of very affordable furniture and other remodeling supplies. Make this place a go to before the home improvement store for they may have what you are looking for. Each location has different items, I wish they would honor each others sales such as 50% off lighting or flooring etc.

Over priced items that wont qualify for delivery the workers are not welcoming and very rude.

I know the money goes to a good cause, but everything is extremely overpriced, especially the used stuff. Get your stuff from Ikea for a fraction of the price.

Great place for bargains on new and only slightly used furniture and appliances plus many interesting interesting accent items. Proceeds go to help build affordable homes for wonderful people.In my ministry career, I was involved in building a dozen or more Habit homes.

They have lots of things for the DIY customer. Sinks, cabinets, shower curtains, curtain rods, light fixtures tubs. Alots of laminate flooring . Oh yeah furniture. 65% off right now at the location on I-30 and Broadway. Love it!

I found the prices for the flooring outrageous! To complete my home I would have to pay over 3000$ for flooring and install myself. I could higher contractors for that price with material and labor included. What are they thinking? Home Depot cheaper then that! I found this not an affordable resource at all. I did give 2 Stars because an employee finally came over and helped me find how much a box will do in sq. ft. but then she walked off. Only 8 pieces per box and priced at over 50$ is not good pricing!

It makes me want to find a house and remodel it!!!! Some things are over price. You just have to look around. It is a great place to go and spend a Saturday Morning. If you see something make sure you have a truck or large SUV with fold down seats.

Love this store! Like any thrift shop, you have to visit regularly because the selection changes almost daily. If youre doing anything related to home repair, renovation or decor, you must include the ReStore when shopping. I have found some amazing deals here....Ive purchased several items which were gently used at 99% below new and even 70-80% below what youd pay for the same item used elsewhere. Ive literally saved thousands of dollars over the past 2 years or so. Not everything is such an amazing deal, but it all is priced well and benefits a good cause. The manager of this particular location (Chris) is awesome and goes out of his way to be helpful. Staff turnover has been high Id say, but Chris is the one constant thats made shopping here a pleasure.

This is a great store for some everyday items and hard to find items. The store has great deals on used appliances and furniture. Some items in the store are new. The staff is always helpful and the location is convenient. Remember that the profits from the stores sales go toward a good cause.

It’s one of the most organized, friendly, professional, and clean Restore locations I’ve ever been to. They always have a great selection...but items go quickly here so if you see it and want it, buy it!

My 79 year old mother loves to shop here and has always found amazing deals. Ive come occasionally and found items for our rental properties. My review today is for outstanding service. The store manager, Tim, is patient, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. The prices may be discounted but their customer service is not and is top notch. Thank you, Tim!

An awesome place to find a bunch of different things for your home, ReStore Dallas is a great place for inspiration on a budget.They sell a variety of different things related to the home, garden tools, electrical components, paint, flooring, random furniture, and there is even a room in the back with a few retail items that could be found more often in a different kind of store. It was fun to find that kind of treasure trove of random goodies.In the end, only a transfer shovelnwas bought. But, the best part of the store is each and every time the stock changes, so your bound to find something new every time.

Its like a place where some stuff stores had deleted the items that wasnt selling, but not alot!

I like the location on Broadway in Garland better and the prices are half way cheaper but same company and merchandise

Dont expect much. Watch out for damages. Asked an employee a question, she answered Im a volunteer and walked away. NOT friendly.Purchased a piece of furniture, they marked the three small scratches with red dots and put it away for our return with a truck. Piece was scratched a lot more, ugly gouges. They do not care.

There are occasionally good deals here, but a lot of the items are priced at normal retail levels. If you have time to check this place out, go ahead, but dont expect it to have everything or for all the deals to be great. You might get lucky, though.The staff are pretty good, but not retail professionals (not that this was surprising). But they usually have volunteers that help with loading your car with heavy items.

Cant say enough great things. They have so much to offer. The mgr. Is great. We have almost totally remodeled our lake house from products we bought here. We purchased furniture,windows, sliders, decorations, tile, painting supplies, paint and alot of beautiful lamps and lighting. Amazing ......

Quality resale store. Merchandise changes daily. I tell my friends about it all the time. If you see something you like in there, buy it then. Do not wait for the price to drop. It will not be there. Very reasonable prices.

I have supported habitat for humanity for 16 years as both a builder who has donated countless hours to their construction projects in the Atlanta, GA area along with my employees and as a patron of their retail stores in multiple locations.I believe in the cause. Additionally I have donated thousands worth of materials and tools over the years. That being said the current management of this store location has changed my views as a patron and a supporter in the Dallas market. Please be cautious of your purchases at this location. I will not name names nor go into deep descriptions. Needless to say my purchase experience was the worst I have experienced with this cause. Again I believe in the cause but not this store and am wary moving forward with other stores in the DFW area. As a licensed GC I historically spent thousands supporting this organization annually. I used to support them when I could as a patron instead of the big box stores, again I had belief in the cause. No more, not here. Be cautious, the deals are not always as they seem.

Love This Store! Hidden Treasure! If you like to Redo / Remodel parts of your Home but cant or wont pay Home Depot/Lowes prices, come here. I swear in some of the stores, you could completely build a house, for a fraction of cost, and your giving back to Salvation Army!

In my opinion one of the better restore stores. That has good merchandise thats reasonably priced. Its been my experience that you can frequently go to Home Depot and buy it for Less then you can at a restore. Not true here.

They have a lot of great home repair kind of things to look through. Lots of great doors and porcelain sinks. Some furniture, flooring and paint. I didnt find the specific discontinued tile that I want to match but if it shows up any where, it will be here.

The place is awesome as always. The employees were awesome and the furniture are good but the price is a little expensive depending on what you buy in general. I give yall a 4 star.

Overall theyre pretty great and have good deals. But some of the stuff you can get cheaper at the dollar store. But they are a charity big plus.
