Its nice to see a company that runs like a well oiled machine. From the front office to the warehouse these guys could open a clinic for efficiency. I would recommend them to anyone for any roofing needs they had. Thanks Dan.

Good front office service!!Back office, not so great, they tried to load the wrong product 3 times.yes I will use them again, I just recommend you know your product well before excepting a load, other-wise you might end up with something that wont preform.in my case it means I will have to pickup my orders, vrs. allowing an employee to pick it up on my behalf.

They say at check in metal delivery/unloading is a priority to just come in yard and cut off all the trucks to only leave me sitting at the yard because only one person unloads metal and he’s busy.

Kris and Devon Are 2 of the most amazing reps you have there always greet you with a smile always help you out even when they have 15 phone lines ringing and 35 things on their plate these guys are incredible you did well hiring them

I prefer delivering to the Arlington store, careful about parking on the street, another driver actually received a citation for blocking the street. I delivered right after a major storm, took several hours to unload. ( 7 hrs)

This place does NOT care about the drivers deliver their products. Unstrap and untarp in the road with 2 way traffic? Drivers dont do this. Find a safer place to do your job.

I dont know how the inside sales people are but if there anything like the fork lift drivers then they are slow to get you service and disrespectful. Ive been to this place several times and everytime its at least an hour wait.

Worse place to deliver a tarped load! Guys were rude and unhelpful. Asked them if they could lift my tarps up on my deck and they refused to. I will never come here again!
