The employees at the Lids northpark center location were probably the friendliest, enthusiastic bunch of guys ive ever come across. I watched as they made every single customer feel welcomed in their store. Great job!!!

I went in there with the intention of buying two hats was shopping and the staff was so pushyI decided I didn’t need the hats just wanted to get away

I wasnt that happy because when I went today I saw a hat I really loved on the sale rack and one nice employee said that all hats were the $10 sale but then the other guy checked me out and said no its 10 plus 15 for an embroidery that was already on it. Like I understand paying for a hat that I want personally embroidered but I dont believe in paying extra for something that was already there that I never had any clue or say. If an employee takes the time to embroider a hat while they may be bored doesnt mean we should pay for their bored time on the job. And if the hat was sent to the store with the embroidery then why do I have to pay extra. I never asked for a personalization. I just wanted a hat I really liked. I feel the employee wanted the hat cuz he made a remark that he just put them out. So why have it on the clearance rack put on regular display or do I have to pay for the NBA embroidery too. No I dont because its part of the hat. This really does bother me as a customer. The hat had red pen marking the prices and everything. And the employees name on the ticket is Gustavo. I hope this is the correct guy because I wouldnt go to this employee for any help. FYI the other guy was nice and shocked as well to what had happened. He was even questioning why. I really wish I could have gotten my Mavs hat. Oh well I guess another store or another time but definitely elsewhere where it isnt false advertising

Asked young man for a specific size in two colors, ready to buy. Instead of helping to get the hats I needed he pointed to a rack and continues his non work related conversation. I left the store without buying. I guess two hats werent worth his time to asist.
They always have what i need. They can and will customize any style of hat that you want!!
Very great variety and selection of hats. Everybody was very helpful and the hats are pretty good quality too, you wouldnt regret buying any from here. Also the employee who worked here was hella chill and nice. wish i had gotten his name but next time i come around ill be excited for the great service, please keep the guy who worked there tho (he owns 2 silver chains and is tall) 10/10
On June 7th i went into the North Park Lids location and purchased a 47 brand hat that cost $21.99 and got $25.00 worth of embroidery done on the hat. So the stitching cost more than the hat itself but I was happy to pay it because I took a lot of time to design a special hat for my husband as a fathers day gift... a personalized hat for 47 dollars . I worked one on one with the store Manager, Dallas. On June 14th (A FULL WEEK LATER and the friday before FATHERS DAY), I went back to the North Park location to pick up my order. No one could locate the order. The manager Dallas claimed he made the order, but the person working at the store when I went in said it was not there and no one knew where it was. So now it is 1 day before fathers day and I do not have the personalized gift I had made for my husband. The only option they gave me was to give me my money back which is absolutely unfortunate because I DONT want my money back I WANT what I ordered. Complete and utter disappointment.
Lids is the only place I get my hats. Nice customers service everytime I go in to the store.
