Awesome place, awesome staff, massive hardware selection! This was the third place I called so I was ready to be disappointed as the first two places made comments of “this isn’t a small hardware store” and “we don’t accept small orders”. The gentleman helping me with my phone order was so helpful. When I arrived there was another salesperson kindled assisting a customer despite the language barrier. I will return and recommend this place.

Easy in/out and parking was ample. Service is usually friendly, and great. If you need quality bolts, washers, nuts and screws, visit Crouch Sales Company.

Took me 5 minutes to get in contact with someone who could sell me left handed nuts, and took them less than 5 minutes to get those nuts from their storeroom. Very good, direct customer service for a guy in a hurry.

Always helpful, good quality at a fair price

I went in there to purchase some bolts that I was told by a lady on the phone they would have available. Upon arrival I was informed by a man behind the counter that they didnt have them he said that I probably talked to a woman from sales and they were mistaken. About that time a man appeared from the rear saying there were no women that worked there and that Women dont know the difference from a bolt and a nut. He had one of the rudest attitudes I have seen in a while and then told me he was the owner. How a person that talks about women and treats customers that have drove over a hour to buy from you such disrespect has been in business so long. I know there are people that will buy from him but for the lack of respect he showed I will never give him any of my money and I own a trucking company so I am always turning wrenches witch means I am always needing parts and supplies. I have been married to the same woman for almost 19 years and she can turn a wrench the same as anyone so dont say that woman dont know the difference between a nut and a bolt because I am from the south and we treat people including women with respect. This is my experience but use your own judgement.

This is the best place in Dallas to buy screws and bolts etc. All the sales people are knowledgeable professional and no bs. If you cant find it chances are these guys can!
