Collin was a great help today

This is a review for Carriers at the address below...Really bad experience at Warehouse located at 8330 Lovett Ave Dallas, TX. One of our drivers arrived to deliver a load from CA and receivers refused to help to unload, Called to Mr Steve Shove (Supervisor) to request help and more information and he also denied to cooperate by saying they were going to unload at the time they wanted or to leave and try to deliver another day.This happened on a Friday, driver arrived around 10:00am, driver lost a reload back to California and had to wait until next Monday.Attention fellow carriers, be ready if you’regoing to load or unload at the location listedabove. They’re are experts on being unprofessional with truckers. We hope Master Halco Corporate Office can see what’s happening and change things for the good ofDrivers and their reputation.

I don’t know if they’re going through growing pains sense taking over Jamison fence supply whom I never had issues with, when Master Halco took over the customer service went downhill rapidly, in the office only, The guys in the yard were cool

I have called corporate 3 times leave messages and they will not return phone call, I cannot believe there actions show they do not care for customers concerns, you who ever is in charged should be ashamed on companies lack of concern.
