The man who is in the self checkout in the front is the rudest employee youll ever run into. He has no temper and will curse when a customer doesnt do something right/ or something by accident.

Extremely nice employees, very clean store and not crowded. The perfect place to do your shopping worries the hassle of long lines, rude customers and indifferent employees you tend to run across at other Walmart stores.

It was pretty nice not to crowded nice selection of grocery item all seemed pretty fresh as always I spent way to much money at Walmart but they have everything you need in one location so there you go so if you saw this review and you find that is helpful please give me a thumbs up

Pickup and Delivery, Very Disappointing!🤨The Last 3 times I order my Groceries in this store was a mess. 1st time I place order, they gave me paper towels for toilet paper, I order vitamins and the pack and seal from bottle was open.2nd time my order was NOT ready, after 35 min. From ordering time. I Order paper towels they make a substitution but they didnt adjust the price. Brand they gave me was cheaper.3rd time, Today!!I order Baby wipes, they are Frozen!😠 how Im going to use this on my baby? Wait till they defrost!! I order fish and Shimp. I assume they put the wipes with this item on freezer. I Also order paper towels they make substitution cheaper, but they didnt adjust the price. I call, Bad Customer service! I have a Baby and I had Surgery few months ago I cant lift or move around like I used to. Reason why Iuse this service, but very Disappointing!! I will try another Store.

This is the worst walmart to shop at. Never have baskets, food and the managers are ridiculous and the lines are too long and no cashiers.

Their customer service skills are highly lacking and they believe themselves to be above corporate. Had a manager argue with me about what someone at corporate had told me and said they couldnt do. They couldnt answer the phone. Their pick up&delivery is a joke. When I tried to find out what was going on with my pick up that was already an hr and a half after my pick up time frame they acted like it was normal and offered for me to pick up my groceries a day or 2 later. Which would put me picking up my groceries during snow and ice conditions. Whats worse is I wasnt the only one having issues with pick up. Another woman was there for her 3rd time due to them not giving her all her groceries. If I could give 0 stars I would. They need to get their act together at this location.

This store had no baskets available to use to shop with. I asked the self checkout clerk if there were any baskets and he told me to go get one out.of the parking lol. Really? Fiesta and Aldi are now my go to stores to shop at. Bye Walmart!

Well for once I didnt have to wait in a line all the way down a shopping aisle. Havent been here in over a year, I try to avoid it as much as possible, but my preferred store was closed for Easter. It was busy, not much distancing going on and they were out of a few things, but again, it was Easter Sunday.

Those lines are ridiculously long when they only have self checkout and one other cashier. Store looks nice tho

Really Long lines. But good selections. Between this neighborhood Walmart and the one on Military in Mesquite, our community is covered. The pick up and delivery services could use some improvement. My groceries were delivered to my neighbor when I used Walmart+ delivery from this location and I didnt get all my items with either pick up or delivery

Its always packed, this isnt a good place to go in and get something real quick, they are always well stocked.

Convenient and easy to get around, in and out quickly. Employees always helpful in directing you to needed items. Always a good experience!

I love the fact that it was right there in the area and I didnt have to go all the way to 635 and I think its late June. Im not from that area but what I didnt like was that I asked a couple of the employee there where the restroom was and they said over there you know like if they didnt know exactly where the restroom was I didnt like the fact the way that they said it like in a mean way like over there so this was my first time going there so I dont know what over there was that I finally asked the customer where the restroom was it she says all you go over to the you go over to the napping is by the pharmacy I didnt know that they didnt know that they just pointed out that way so I think that Walmart should teach their employees how to address others that when asking a question from a customer to address them and a nice proper way🤷‍♀️😒

I was soo happy when we got the neighborhood Walmart close to our house. Of course it doesnt have as much as super Walmart, but it serves a great purpose here. I can basically get fresh meats, produce and other items without fighting long lines in super Walmart.

I love them!! In& out in 10 mins. You can stay in your car during oil change!!

This walmart market is always packed, usually have 1 or 2 registers open, but have a fair amount of self checkouts. That line always seems to move fast. Customer service isnt too bad but usually never help when you need something out the glass doors 😏

This was actually my first time in that store I always go to the regular walk mart,but I tell you what I love 💕 this store its clean not cowarded at all.

I live in Lancaster Tx 75134. I have been going to Wal-Mart Neighbor pharmacy on Buckner Blvd now for 2 months. Do not mind the drive. I get much better service from Juan at the Buckner store than the Lancaster store. He is efficient, friendly and kind. Kuddos to him. Plz b good to him. Thank u for such a kind person.

Easy to shop if you need to just pick up a few things and leave, this is the place you need to be.

You can never get a hold of the damn store. I called four times and waited while the phone just ringed for 10 minutes each to let them know I would be late picking up my pick up order. Nobody would answer the phone. I lost my groceries. Horrible customer service.

I had the most rude manager trying to help me with my debit card at a terminal that was not working and we didnt know. She had the audacity to say if I have another credit card that has money I proved him that I have enough money I went to a different terminal scan a pack of gum and showed him that I do have enough money and that it was a terminal issue that they needed to fix.

As I was walking into the entrance I asked 5 EMPLOYEES sitting on their bottoms where the carts were they came out with “the guy who pushes carts is on lunch, you need to go get one from the parking lot shopping cart corral!!!” 😡 last I checked they are not ALDI if I wanted to go hunt for my own shopping cart I would’ve just gone there!!! Never again

Its close by very convenient. Sometimes they run out of merchandise, but overall is a great store.

Something has to happen with those lines.....every station should be open at rush hour wheres MGMT? Its a lack of planning....the looonnnger you keep the people in the store the greater chance you spread germs

Overcrowded and no one observe social distances and the mask are off. Selection is slim.

I really dont care for their produce because it doesnt last long once you get home but I sure do enjoy their hardware department and their automotive department.

Lines always seem to be longer than at other stores since only a few cash registers are usually open even during peak hours, staff is always courteous and helpful.

In my opinion, this is a clean and well organized store. The staff is friendly and helpful. The one thing that I dont like is that very often they only have self check out available. Therefore, if you buy lots of groceries, you may be there for a while scanning your own stuff. Although, there is someone always available to help you in case you get stuck.

Its a good place to go when u are trying to avoid the bigger Wal-marts checcout lines

Stuck in a VERY long line

Examine the meat before you buy it, check date on the food. Not everyone has great customer service here. You have to take the good with the bad. The lines move swiftly and it isnt super crowded.

Quick pit stop!

First time at this particular store. I accidently left a bag with 2 items in it. I tried calling the store several times to see if it was turned in. No one answered the phone and it never went to voicemail. I tried calling the pharmacy and the same thing happened. Why have a contact number if you are actively avoiding your customers???

Didnt enjoy took a while for assistant on getting something open,no one came had to grab someone walking,that work there and it was for deodorant can you believe the deodorant lock up,am in the wrong neighborhood.😄😄😄😄
