I love the Neighborhood Walmart near Cityplace. Theyre always well stocked, and I can get in, buy whats on my list and get out without hassle. They are convenient, and the self checkout lanes save a ton of time as well as being the perfect contactless way to shop for groceries during the pandemic. 5*

Store was clean and the two employees working were busy but very polite. The crew that stocks is not detail oriented. They had things on the shelf neat but not by right price label.I got there 10 minutes to closing time, u had just realized several of my animals had fleas. To my surprise two things I got were double what the label said. I ran back to see what elses I could afford. I was stuck it was the only type of each product. I had to pay true price. (I have a thrifty budget)

Do they hire black folks just to racially profile other black folks? Had about $80 worth stuff in my basket. $25 was hair products and the rest was groceries. I would have went to the cashier but there was only one and she already had a line. Went to self check out where the attendant stood directly across from me lurking. Shortly after the loss prevention stud stood directly beside me pretending to be on her phone the entire time I was ringing myself up. I dont know if me using my own shopping bags triggered them or if it was just my black face. All of that engergy could have been used with one of them opening a register to ring me up. Btw I watched a white man walk around the store using his own bag to load up his groceries before he even got to the register. No one ever followed nor question him. Man that must be nice.

Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A good grocery shop is one that is big and generally well-stocked. Their other shops are also excellent.

Everything was great until it was time to pay. Spent about 30 minutes trying to get out of this Walmart. Management, Alisha was NOT helpful whatsoever. Thank you to the other girl who had the patience to rescan all of our items. I was really hoping for a better experience. Big bummer.

Nice neighborhood market offering all the grocery store needs and at Walmart prices. My go-to grocery store in Dallas. If you go in the mornings or on Sunday, it is usually better stocked around those times. One annoying aspect is that makeup is locked, so you need to go actively find someone to unlock. Overall is clean and fairly safe - no real complaints.

Walmart+ delivery service from this location is the worst! I cant figure out how I place an order a day ahead and they still cant manage to have my groceries delivered on time...? I wouldnt leave this review if this occurred just once, but this has happened several times now! Time to try Amazon Fresh...

Lets say you just want to pick up a half gallon of 2% and some chips but want to avoid the crowds at a SuperCenter. Walmart Neighborhood Market is just the ticket. Its like its big brother, the SuperCenter but without all the trappings and long lines. In all honesty, I have stood in line waiting here for about 15 minutes because there was only one cashier working several self-checkout stations and bless her her, she was getting stretched pretty thin that day. When I went in on a Sundsy afternoon, there was no wait to speak of and I went through a full service lineMy checker even used the bags I provided without having to be told. Still no bring- your-own-bag discount here like they offer at Target but maybe someday.One thing Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market gets right is low prices. It may replace Fiesta as my go-to store even though Fiesta is in walking distance from my house. With the extra money I save shopping WNM I can put a few gallons of gas in my car. Not too big, not too small-Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market gets it just right. Love their Produce aisle! Make your next grocery run at WNM but be careful in the parking lot. I was nearly rear-ended by an overzealous shopper vying for a parking space. I suppose thats everywhere though.

Received no help from workers on locked items. No one had a key or acted like they knew who had the key. Waited 20 minutes for help and no one bothered to even attempted to help us.

DO NOT DO ANY ONLINE ORDERS HERE!! They have messed my order up the last 3 times! Missing and or damaged/expired items. The store associates do not check pick up outside you have to go in and they DON’T ANSWER THE PHONE EITHER. Just terrible 0/5 do not recommend

Usually good, but today not so much! I went online to see if they had what I wanted, and it showed they did. Got to store on N. Central Expressway in Dallas and no product. Disappointed

I placed a pick up order at 8:30am for a pick up time of 3-4pm. I received a text around 2:30pm stating that my order was ready. I arrived at 3:00. The automated checkin was activated and stated the there was no need to call because they could see that I was there. After about 10 minutes I saw a employee come and put groceries into 2 other cars. I waited another 10 minutes and no one came out. I started calling the number on the pick up sign and no one answered or it went straight to voicemail. After about 30 minutes of waiting I went into the store (which defeated my reason for a curbside pick up), and asked the manager what was going and she stated that she just told someone to go over and help because there was just 1 person working pick up. How do you have only 1 person working pick ups and 5 cars waiting outside? I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because this was not on the employee this all on management! The worst!

The self checkout belt conveyor is always not working. A lot of their push carts are bad. Customer service not good. When you ask help, the worker would say Im on break instead of getting another person to help.

FIRST TIME THERE. THEY WERE REALLY BUSY. THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY HELPFUL. I USED THE SELF CHECK FOR THE FIRST TIME DIDNT KNOW WHAT I WAS DOING BUT A VERY SWEET KIND YOUNG MAN HELPED ME GET THROUGH IT.

The management team needs to do better. All of your employees except for 2 at the front entrance were actually working. There was a group of employees on the floor hanging in a circle running their mouth and 2 other females hiding from helping anyone in the store. when they were pointed out they frowned and still didnt come to help. Its not our fault that the employees chose a job where they have to work weekends and holidays and assist customers. If there was any kind of management on the floor then upper management needs to do a re-evaluation of the management team and floor employees because today they definitely didnt help make the store look good.

Produce Dept was beautifully stocked with the freshest items Ive seen in quite a while. The rest of the store was disorganized with a nonsensical smattering of What can we cram into this shelf space? stuff. All the while groups of adolescent employees and 20 somethings with Walmart smocks giggle and squeal in various corners of the store for up to 10 minutes at a time, paying little attention to the customers who cant get down the isles to shop for groceries. The thing I found most irritating was absolutely no cashiers on duty. There were eleven self check lanes with no one to assist when those infernal machines decide to halt all progress and flash bright lights for help. The check out area was flashing like a New York City Disco dance floor in the late 70s.

It was clean very busy wasnt questioned about my buy as I usually get from the Marsh ln and Frankford rd. WalMart theyre pretty ride there and change policies on a whim just so you cant get your money back. But, so I was pretty happy about this store here being as they were no complaints here was fast and convenient all good far as that goes.

Handicap people at people with thats why I just need more help thank you but I still love my mama

Easy to find and has nice big parking lot. You can find what you need on daily basis. Whether it’s a can goods, pet care, up to your garden needs. Nice staff as well.

This store and the whole company is terrible you place online orders it is not delivered I spent three hours trying to just find out where my order the people at Wallmart inc are also no help you can not seem to get a person who can clearly speak the English. The Wallmart on Central Dallas mgt should be fired you try to talk with a human voice I wanted 45min and still could not reach a human.

The store itself is always nice, clean, and well stocked. However, I dont understand why all of the self check out lanes are open, but there is only one checker working the other lanes... With a store full of customers. Walmart is a billion dollar company, so I know they can do better. Besides, they arent offering discounts for me to ring up my own groceries.

This location is one of the first experimental neighborhood market stores in the Dallas area. Great location for the store but the parking is somewhat a hazard with shoppers in hurry at times not paying attention. Shopping is okay and youre not going to get speciality items & clothing that youll find a a standard Walmart store. I would advise that location to continue to work on security efforts to help keep away the riff raft away.

Busy place, the produce section leaves much to be desired. I recommend Tom Thumb, they have a much cleanier store, items are well stocked, better quality produce, friendlier staff. Yes it costs more to shop at Tom Thumb but its worth it.

Impromptu Dallas trip and needed bathroom. The walk from parking lot let me know that Id never shop there.The atmosphere was stressful, it was crowded with people and stuff was everywhere. The bathroom left a lot to be desired regarding cleanliness. I did not feel comfortable.In a word, my description is CHAOS

This Walmart is pretty good for a neighborhood market! The customer service desk moves fast. The online grocery pickup there is very convenient, however it took me nearly a hour to receive my groceries I understood because they only had one person loading orders and doing the pickup in store. The gentleman was very nice and even apologized for running a little behind. The staff there are pretty cool too. They’re always helpful.

It’s good in that for most, but not all, products you’ll find prices cheaper. It’s not a full-sized supermarket so selection can be limited.
