Hopefully the new STORE DIRECTOR makes drastic changes and puts leaders, management on check.Leaders, management only see the pay but not the responsibility that comes in their role if you know the store is running low on employees why don’t you show your support as a leader and stop hanging out in the office for long periods of time talking mad things about team members or just walking around looking stupid.us team members do double work we do work that does not have nothing to do with us we don’t mind helping but they overwork us and use us to their advantage that’s why so many team members have quit oh don’t forget favoritism is highly noticeable here!

I love Target the neatness of the store the friendly staff and the affordable prices. I LOVE the Target app. It is super easy to use. I use it a lot. When I want to find a product to getting curbside pick up.

COLLECTORS TAKE NOTE: Happened again - showed up bright and early, and the employee(s) stocking the shelves has stolen the good stuff out of the boxes BEFORE they even hit the shelves. Completely UNFAIR to us customers imo. HEY TARGET, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!

This target has a lot of great things for college students. I really love the cart that they have! The food court here is always great. The worker at the concession area gave great service!

Today I had the worst experience I could ever have at this store. This was my favorite store until today I went in to shop for a birthday Gift for my brother at the men’s department not knowing what to exactly get him. I needed help finding a outfit for him. I seen a guy and a girl with glasses by the fitting room so I went to ask for help and when I asked them for a size of jeans the guy said “if it’s not there then we don’t have it” and I felt he was rude saying it like that. So I went back and started looking at other stuff and then I went back to him and asked him if they carried Collard shirts and all he said was “it’s back there” as soon as he said that I left cause he was rude and on top of that it’s like he only cared to talk to the girl with glasses instead of helping me.

I think that this Target is clean and I have had generally positive interactions with the associates. They usually have a decently stocked Dollar Spot as well.

Target is my favorite place to shop but today I in countered something that got me very upset. I was looking for bathroom shelf, found one an when I scanned it the price said $39.00 but when I checked out it said $50.00. I liked it a lot so I purchased it. Found that very disturbing

I found everything easy, products were sufficiently stocked, and our cashier was wonderful and informational.

I like the variety of items and prices. The store is always clean and inviting. Im always tempted to browse. Associates arent really friendly, but helpful when I ask.

An ok, hit or miss target store. The location is really easy to miss than it looks. No problem with the employees there, but I only came here to get what I need that isnt at my closest target stores.

Im a big fan of Target, just not of this store. The biggest issue seems to be some employees with no customer service ethic or sense of urgency. Ive gotten bad service on multiple occasions here. The returns area is chaos. If you have a return be prepared to wait a very long time for no apparent reason. So far the only redeeming person Ive interacted with at this store is a young lady at checkout who wears glasses and works hard. I call it like I see it... so there you have it.

Made a run this morning to target I was a little skeptical about this location But surprisingly clean and organized. We were helped by a super nice employee i believe his name was tony!

The women with the huge fish lips was very rude asked her a simple question NICELY!!! and she responded with “It’s this one you should already know that” and just walked away I approached her nicely and was treated rudely... All that lip filler is getting to her head hope she reads this DO BETTER

So I was Having a hard time trying to find some active wear leggings in my size! but until Tony an employee helped me find my right size! He went Above and beyond! he also showed me other great leggings that I loved thanks.

At around 1:20 PM today, I had a question that was not related to a “return or exchange” but knew I should ask someone at that area for some assistance, I said “I have a ques..” and the girl with short dark hair and glasses cut me off and said “someone will be out...” and walked off, I thought that was rude of her. it was a question she could’ve answered quickly had she let me finish and not talk over me.

I like the store for its merchandise and layout. It is also very clean at all time.

I was worried I wasn’t going to make it on getting a funko Pop for my daughter but luckily I did! thanks to Tony he was awesome and quick!

Always have an amazing experience when I come to this store. Especially the lovely ladies that are at the service desk . Today I was Helped my two beautiful young ladies which I believe it was Fatima and Laura. Both are very amazing with great customer service. Will definitely be going back knowing I can comfortably get assistance if needed from them. Definitely recommend coming here!!!!!

Pick-Up is so affordable and fast. When they say your order is ready, it is on the hour as promised and oftentimes is ready earlier than promised.

Phenomenal customer service!! A friend and I recently were in search of the fifty shades freed dvd as it said online it was in stock at this location. We couldn’t find it ANYWHERE until we ran into Blake who was in the entertainment section. He quickly helped us locate the dvd from in the back and saved our night! Sweetest & most helpful guy ever! Tv shopping found the perfect deal. Tried using the new Quad pay at checkout!!! The cashier was ringing me up and the payment needed to be split. He acted as if he did not know how, I asked for a manager to help. He calls a manager to the front. I saw someone speaking to him looking all angry and not helpful before she even approached me. The manager named Carol finally approached me! Full blown attitude I mean the kind that makes your blood boil over!!!!! She said we dont take Quad Pay. I told her yes here is your website showing you do take it. Asked her can you please split the payment. She proceeded to say I am now try to process I tried once again kept getting declined in my email stating the amount was to much so that means it was not split once again!! I kept calm and asked again she through her arms in the air kept trying to walk away from the situation, she paged someone else and repeated we dont take quad pay. I left very mad I didnt get my TV and thinking of how I was so mistreated by this inexperienced manager . In my car I called cooperate and filed a former complaint on Carol. She is the upmost unprofessional manager I have seen in years. Corporate told me to go back inside and try again with someone else. We tried once more with another cashier and guess what the quad pay worked and I left with TV. The cashier Eason in Electronics, I think his name was Eason needs Carols job even told Corporate!!!! A cashier to take 30 mins to analyze and complete the transaction with a successfully turnout versus a very rude, unprofessional manager named Carol needs her job taken like today. Even the new guy stocking TVs was amazing and more helpful than that Carol lady. Absolutely a disgrace and she needs to be fired!!!!!!!!!! Beware they take Quad Pay and other employees know more and will help you with your issues but not that rude manager named Carol. I will never go to this target again because of Carol!!!!!! Thanks Carol.

Worst experience at target ever!!!Such a Rude people and unprofessional service. Supposed to have $10 gift card put of 2 similac formula but she refused to give. She even did not read the price tag and gift card description!!! Then she shouted to us: go to service center!!! If anyone knows how to report a bad service experience, plz let me know. I will do it right away!!! Never go to this place again! ZERO star!

First, let me address what I like about this store and what I like about Target as a company. Target has a fabulous selection of home decor and fashion clothes, as well as specialty items in comparison to Wal-Mart. So, for that reason, I continue shop there out of convenience, in spite of my negative view of the company. Unfortunately, the good does not outweigh the bad. As an African-American woman, Ive been shopping at this store for years, but, I have never had a positive experience because Ive been racially profiled each time I visit the store. Furthermore, this isnt unique to this particular Target; I have experienced this level of discomfort at multiple Target locations. I would like to add that anyone is capable of racially profiling, even someone of the same race or ethnic background. In my opinion, Target trains all of its employees( Including African-Americans) to racially profile African-Americans in a way to deter them from shopping at their stores. In other words, one of Targets marketing ploys is its lack of diversity and inclusiveness. Lastly, Target needs to follow in the footsteps of Starbucks or else they will continue to deal with the backlash.

Quality of products

Very ridiculous cashier and rude manager, will never go again! Worst shopping experience ever! They only can do shout at you and didn’t take a look on the gift card description! I cannot imagine why target hired such a bad group of person.

I was walking back from shopping at target and I tripped n fell on a small pebble when an employee (if I remember correctly it was pablo) quickly helped me to my feet and carried my bags to my car :,) he threw the pebble far so NO ONE will trip on it again. This store is set up a bit differently than most others Ive been in, so it sometimes takes a bit longer to find things, but its clean and the staff are nice. The online order/in store pickup is great, too. Kept me from wandering after I grab what I need and spending an extra $100.

Me and my BF loves this location. The workers are friendly unlike the Walmart thats nearby. They have good prices. Its by Bachman lake. We usually go there either before or after shopping at Target. Its quite and everything is pretty easy to find.

MY Target is five minutes from the house. Once I order online usually I receive the email that my order is ready within 30 minutes. And picking-up my item is very quick and simple. It is much less complicated than Wal*Mart or Sams.

They had toilet paper in stock....big plusSuper clean!

Staff was very helpful all the way past closing time. And then helped me carry my stuff to my car. Ive been to other locations, such as the one on Haskell where no one would help me, even if I asked. The story here was the exact opposite! So friendly and helpful. I felt so bad to be there at closing time, but it was all good.

Did some shopping here yesterday with my family and we really had a great time roaming around the place though it is quite a huge place the times we spent here are well spent. We bought shirts, shoes and some accessories and I can say that they are not pricey despite their place looks very luxurious. We will for sure visit this place again. Thumbs up!

I love Target but Im not sure I understand why some items are only on sale online and not in-store. Same product and it would make it easier & more convenient to the consumer.

Do alot of on line order for locals who feed the kitty colonies to swing by and pick up! So easy for them and they do so much for our community!

I prefer this location than the City Place one. This one is much easier to get to from my house, and theres ample parking and even though its smaller than some of the other stores in the area. I like this one better because its not as congested as the other locations. The lines are smaller and its not too much hustle and bustle going on. The sales associates are pleasant and I like the fact that the store is clean and the merchandise doesnt look all picked over.

I love this target. It is so conveniently close to my home & theres never any long lines, the employees are always friendly & helpful & the store always looks clean. Never had a problem here.

Yeah if youre going to open a new register because you have a LONG line and take next guest you shouldnt walk by yelling next guest on 9. You should actually grab the next guest. Then when a customer tries.to complain you shouldnt RUDELY cut them off.

This store is great for quick shopping, usually only super busy in the late afternoon/evening time.

My experience was great. I was welcomed by a friendly lady who asked if i needed help and she directed me to where I was going.

The order was ready within hours, and the pick up was so easy. All my products were in stock, order was right.

Carol, a black woman, was very rude. We needed help with self checkout and she just looked at us with an attitude and after she asked what’s wrong we told her and she giggled. Like isn’t it your job to help customers? wow.. ridiculous.

Employees on the floor always have an attitude. Especially the lady in clothing. When asked about certain things she makes faces at you like you annoy her. Definitely limit my shopping there nowadays.

Stopped here for my wife to get personal items for her while she was at work. This location is smaller than other stores, but it was a quick in and out type location.

So great way better than Walmart. You walk in and you instantly feel happy and excited.

As long as you dont go on Saturdays, you will have a great experience. Management always has many cashiers available if lines get too long.

I lived off of Lemmon and I didnt know this store was even over here for over a year. But Im glad I found it. Its less busy and better stocked than the Haskell store.

Mary the supervisor was beyond amazing and helped us right away.

Disorganized and the lady ringing me up barely spoke English and didnt get when I tried to tell her I needed a gift card. A lady who spoke Spanish behind me had to translate for me. Definitely not a great experience and will not be returning to this location.

Watched a Target staff member handle an irate customer with grace (they were out of Diet Squirt and this guy was off the rails about it) and that type of service seems to be the standard. Store is clean and usually well stocked.
