A secret place for swimming fan. One station for all equipment buying. Price is right but sometimes the inventory runs out fast. Staff was very busy on online orders but still very nice and helpful to the customers in store.

Extremely rude staff. Stopped in to purchase swim gear and the man there was annoyed and disrespectful. He was not interested in selling anything. I’m shocked in his lack of customer service. Take your business elsewhere.

The best source for swim gear in Dallas is a hidden gem. You have to get there from Inwood along the highway access road. Its at the end of a stretch of buildings with a very small sign. Once you find it, youll also find everything you might need for swimming, from suits of all sizes, to a large range of goggles, bags, workout equipment, and even some shoes. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful, unless they are swamped and stuck at the register. If you need help, try to go during the week vs on a Saturday.

Weeks Natatorium location: Rarely open when we need them. Hours don’t mean anything. Friendly staff the two times we caught them open!

Super helpful fitting for swimsuits

My first time to stop here. Recommended to me by a serious swimmer. In late August they were having a 30% sale. I bought a mens swimsuit, training flippers, and goggles for about 80.00. All name brand quality apparel. Owner was knowledgeable and nice. I will never go anywhere else to buy swimwear and accessories.

The only independent swim shop left in Dallas. Friendly staff, wide selection, prices as good or better than online or larger sport shops, and of course the benefit of being able to try and compare things in person. Shop small!

This is one of the best companies Ive dealt with in a long time. I ordered a suit for my daughters upcoming swimming championship meet (based on the recommendation of the manufacturers sizing chart), but because she was borderline on all of her measurements - she could have gone either way. We decided to go smaller, but unfortunately, that was the wrong choice. Not only did D&J accept a return on the suit, they shipped out the next size up - quickly - and it fit perfectly. I would recommend that anyone looking for a good company that goes above-and-beyond when it comes to great customer service choose D&J!

Great selection in everything swim!

Worst customer service imaginable and then some! My wife and goddaughter went there to buy a swimsuit for competition. They didnt have the one she wanted, but did take an order (and the money). It was meant to arrive within a week and should be delivered to their Keller branch. However, after one and a half week we were notified, that it had arrived. On a hunch my wife called the Keller branch and they hadnt heard of it. So she called the Dallas branch. First they told her it had been shipped to our home address (which they completely refused to do on the day of purchase). On speaking with a manager, first the week delivery time became a business week and then they had the cheek to say the manager would take it to the Keller branch next time he would go over there (no indication when that would be). As an alternative he offered to ship to our home address with extra cost. So in the end my wife decided to drive to Dallas to pick it up in person, since our goddaughters meet is tomorrow. In the shop she was handed the swimsuit, only to find out that it was the wrong size.At least they didnt give any trouble to refund the money (that is what the one star is for, otherwise I would try to give them negative stars!).Never, ever, will we set a foot in this shop again.Thanks to Amazon, we will have it delivered to our home at no extra cost, still to late for this meet, but at least in a timely manner (their estimated delivery time is not a week or a business week).

A gem of a place for swimming lovers, I dont know her name but I call her warby parker one of the most amazing sales person, very patient and very thorough. Couldnt have asked for me more. I have been back many times and it always feels comfortable without any pressure and great knowledge is provided based on your needs. Great job guys.

Terrible customer service . Prices are too high for poor quality service and products . Owner was rude and disrespectful, made inappropriate racial remarks behind counter and inattentive to my needs . Will definitely not be bringing my business here and would not recommend anyone coming here .

Best place for Aquatic stuff!

Placed an order online for a couple pairs of goggles. After a week I emailed them to let them know that I had not received the product and was interested in a shipping tracking number. Their email responded Will be shipping today, goggles just came in. A week and half later I once again informed them I did not receive the product and they responded The goggles just came in, will be shipping today. They were good about cancelling my order right away. Its probably bc they still didnt have the goggles. Delays in shipping bc they are out of stock are understandable. Lying is not!!
