Never a bad experience here!

Unfortunately our experience was not the same as the other reviewer. This past summer we purchased a new house. In our previous house we had a beautiful quartz counter-top installed. The year and half we had it, we had no issues. So, when we purchased our new house we intended on installing a quartz counter-top here as well. At the dealership, we were given a four inch sample of a Vicostone Galaxy White: quartz. Based on the sample and the name we purchased it. After it was installed we realized that IT IS NOT WHITE, more of a yellow. We were greatly disappointed and went as far as putting a claim in with Vicostone. There response was, Oh well. This WHITE counter-top was named by the designer and it is in our spectrum of what we consider white. If you want it replaced you will have to pay full price for a new counter-top. So here we are with a counter-top that we are not happy with. OK So, whatever, we will have to live with that. The other issue is that we have had this counter top for less than three months and it has chipped THREE TIMES. Our previous quartz counter-top never chipped. So we are now questioning the quality of the very expensive counter-top we purchased. I do not normally write negative reviews, if it was just the color issue we would learn to live with it, but (now on top of that) it chips way to easy.

Great place to search for kitchen countertops, vanity tops. Beautiful quartz slabs and great service and consultation :)

We got our kitchen quartz from here, maybe not the cheapest but you definitely get what you pay for. They are beautiful, durable and we were able to pickup the same-day!
