Very pleased with my granite countertops. The customer service was great from initial visit up until the final installation was completed. Jessica is a jewel and is really customer service focused. The price was affordable and scheduling was seamless. The best thing is my install is on my 25th anniversary of becoming a police officer. It was a highlight for me.

Had our Formica countertop replaced with granite by USA granite and we were really happy with the professionalism from Jessica at the store and Osmani who installed it perfectly. The whole process was done from the quote to install in less than a week. The actual installation was done in 6 hours. Very pleased and thank u.

First off, I would like to state that USA Granite did a great job with the fabrication and install of my granite, (5 Stars for that!) and they have a nice selection to choose from. The owner is nice and did the measurements previously at my home before the install. So why the knock off on the star rating?3 stars for the lack of communication with the installers letting us know how much dust and debris that was going to be accumulated during the process, so that we could at least prep, since they were not going to.  They started the removal of my existing counter top, and when I noticed debris dropping all the way down to my cookware in the drawers and at the bottom of my cabinets, I stopped them so that I could cover my cookware with plastic, although it was too late by then. A heads up on letting us know to cover things would have been great, not every customer will automatically think to do this, some may assume that prep and protecting things from dirt and debris will come with the company install.Second, they did most of the cutting outside in my driveway which was ok by us, BUT they didnt again tell us how much DUST was going to be involved, or suggest us to move our vehicles out of the way. I didnt go outside until the job was over so I did not see that all 3 of my vehicles were blanketed with white dust, causing and costing me now to have to take them all to the car wash. Had I known, I would have gladly moved them out of the way.Lastly, they cut the portion for my cook top INSIDE of my kitchen. I am not sure if this is a normal and usual thing to do inside of a customers home, but DO NOT allow that to happen if you are currently living there.  They tried to make a plastic tent around them to contain it, but the seal wasnt very good, and dust was filling inside the house quickly. My husband stopped them and tried putting more tape to close the big gap, but dust still escaped, and the installers already had glued the counter down so it had to be finished inside. Once it was done, there was dust all over my kitchen, couches, tables, everywhere! I even had to put on a dust mask because it was so much of it.Bottom line, I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this company for stone and fabrication, but I would definitely suggest anyone considering them, to do the covering prep yourself, move your vehicles, keep the doors to your house closed when they are cutting outside (sometimes they left it open which let more dust in the house as well) and DO NOT allow big cut outs to be done in your home. Sink and cook top cut outs should only be done outside due to the mess it creates.

High quality and value, i had both, my kitchen counter and my middle bathroom, the materials are first quality. The workers are exceptional they work with high professionalism, responsibility and great sense of perfection .Top notch. Highly recommend.

My Ace in the Hole, I love shopping the Granite at this yard. USA Granite allows you to purchase by the square footage (not the whole slab). The service is fast and the work is good. This is your one stop shop, select on site, fabricate on site, and they install .... Usually all done within 1 week.

I was left so amazed at how my kitchen renovation went! They are very punctual and so kind . I definitely recommend them. I’ve done other places but none can be better than this one right here. Do not be fooled by the negative review... This place is a great place to get granite countertops!!! Jessica in the office was very helpful and always returned my messages and answered all my questions. The owner himself even came and measured my kitchen!!! The two installers were on time and very efficient, they were done in 1 hour!!!! My kitchen looks amazing and everyone from office to shop staff was great through it all. I recommend these guys to anyone!! And they had the best prices in town that I could find.
