When you look for granite in town, look for Galaxy Granite! I never thought it would be that easy getting my counter tops upgraded. All I had to do is to pick a stone, Galaxy team set up a date for a template, completed the design and sent it to me for approval, once we approved it, they set up a time for installation, extremely professional team showed on time, got the process completed within the same day, I couldnt be happier with the work, very satisfied and will recommend them to everybody

My wife and I got tired of our 1964 style kitchen and decided to invest in new countertops. Galaxy Granite and Stone did the honors and were we lucky. They had great selections and great installers. The two men were very professional. They knew exactly what to do and were quality driven! The installation went without a hitch. They did great job cleaning behind themselves. For sure, we would recommend them in a heartbeat! I have included couple of photos of the installation and one photo of the existing 1964 kitchen. What a difference!

Well folks, I cannot speak more highly about our experience with Galaxy. Ill be honest and tell you, our remodel has been a major stressor for me and if I had to make one more concession on what I wanted because our budget was dwindling, I would have been so upset! (Real talk - Ive got the champagne taste on the beer budget lol!) Jenna and the whole team at Galaxy really and truly made my dream kitchen a reality! We walked in, knew what I wanted and boy, if they didnt roll out the red carpet and make things happen!! Our budget was small, but never once were we made to feel less important than anyone else who might have been spending more. Jenna was great - I felt like she really listened and understood what we were looking for and didnt try to sell us something we didnt want. That was so important because we had dealt with others that were only in it for the sale. There were a few hiccups here and there, but that is to be expected in ANY remodeling experience, anyone who expects perfect execution every time when it comes to this sort of thing needs to cancel their HGTV subscription, stat. Every time something didnt go according to schedule, the team at Galaxy was right there to help navigate the timeline flawlessly - even when it wasnt their problem! (We ordered a sink and were sent the wrong size from another retailer- among other things - but Galaxy was able to accommodate the delay and still install on the original agreed upon date). Installation was next-level professional too - Jonathan was friendly, knowledgeable and left our kitchen cleaner than he found it. Truly impressed with the service and quality all around that we received from Galaxy! Probably the MOST important thing throughout this whole experience has been the INTEGRITY that this company has displayed. They have gone above and beyond to make sure that we love our countertops and that we were delivered an excellent product. I have already been singing their praises to all of my friends and colleagues. As a Real Estate professional (me) and a Contractor (my husband), it is our absolute joy to recommend Galaxy to all of our clients. I needed a small piece of granite for a 7’ bar top. Galaxy had a lot of remnants at fair pricing and i though they gave a good price including fabrication and install. They were 25% to 30% less than the big box guys list price and most people wouldn’t quote due to the small square footage.Installers did a good job and the top turned out great.

Great service and we were very happy with the final result.

They were very friendly in the store, however they measured our countertops incorrectly and when they installed them had to cut into our dry wall on one side to shove the piece in while leaving a gap on the other side of the same piece. The installation was unprofessional quality. They scratched my walls and took a chunk out of the chair rail. They left wood shims jutting out almost 8 inches from the supports, and did not install the sink as other companies do. Our sink was damaged during their tear out as well. To top it off, they left a pile of dirt and dust all on the floor and did not clean up after themselves. Very disappointing. I would NOT RECCOMMEND this company.

I had Galaxy Granite fabricate and install the vanity tops for my bathrooms. The price was more than fair, and the quality of the work was superb! Although there was a slight mixup with the colors, the issue was resolved promptly and professionally. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend this company. I wish I had known about them sooner so that I could have used them for my kitchen countertops also.

I was really excited about working with Galaxy and my choice of stone, BUT the finish product was a total let down. White chalk lines were left on the top surface and I was told to just scrape them off. I specifically asked to also get the centerpiece that was cut out and it mysteriously came up missing. They asked me to bring them my drop in sink for measurements, and even after I showed much concern about possible damage to my sink, it is now damaged. I am not even sure they polished my piece. I will never shop here again nor recommend them. Too many other options in the metroplex.
