Horrible customer service. I was waved off and ignored the entire time I was there as they attended to another client. Once I selected my frame (still without being helped in any way) I told an employee I was ready to check out and was once again ignored. Eventually an employee who arrived maskless came and assisted me. She didnt explain the lens options until I prompted her to do so and even then was very vague with the descriptions and cost of each. When I asked how much a lens option would cost, she appeared flustered and annoyed. I also didnt receive a call in regards to when my glasses were ready. After calling the vision center to check and see what was going on, they blamed me and said they had called the week prior. This wasnt the case, but they wont acknowledge their mistake.I wont be buying glasses from these incompetent employees ever again.

Deana was so helpful and knowledgeable, she explained all my options and discounts available. She went above and beyond and made my experience wonderful.

When in with a prescription for glasses and contacts. I was never helped, never did I know I was purchasing men glasses until I went in a few times for adjustments and they told me they were men glasses. They couldn’t change them because the warranty was over, if I would have known or got help at the time of purchasing I would have change them. The staff is RUDE! Not only one bad experience, multiple ones in different occasions. Staff is rude among each other. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Daughter already wears contacts. Dr. didnt provide detailed invoice or return message when asking about charges. Not upfront about contact fitting charges. I called around and found a place that didnt charge the fee.

Horrible service I was told my contacts would be in in 5 days every time I call there is an issue and the manager is never there. I will never ever again buy anything at the Walmart Vision Center again. Horrible service I’d rather pay more for good customer service!!!!!!

In my case they prescribed me with vision. When I had glasses ready I found that I am not able to see clearly from the glasses. When I visited again and stated that I am not able to see properly when I use the prescribed glasses, they asked me to pay again for the eye test. I said, I came here with complaint as my last prescription was not good. But they were not ready to listen and more emphasizing on charging me again for retest. My experience was really bad.

Whoever works the front desk and answers phones seriously needs to learn customer service. It is so rude to be treated so poorly by someone, interrupted countless times, and practically yelled at when youre just trying to find out information.
