Very polite and professional staff. Well organized rooms and entry area. Super clean everywhere. Everything was fast and smooth.
Dr Norton and her team are well trained and knowledgeable at their craft. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a friendly welcome. They took me to the back and took measurements in preparation to see Dr. Norton. I bought my previous 3 pair of glasses from a large vendor and was not happy with the narrow field of view. With the proper care and fine tuning, I was able to get glasses that were more stylish and better fit for marginally more in price. At the end of the day, I learned a lesson in you get what you pay for and being in the right care of a business that gives the personal touch is priceless for your eye health and well being. Thank you Dr. Norton and her team.
Dr Norton is awesome as well as the entire staff! They are so knowledgeable, have the most updated equipment and technology and really care about each individual client. They go the extra mile to explain what they are doing and why, and the results. Then, best practices to maintain optimal eye health! They are the best!
As someone who has never had an issue with my vision, I never saw the need to get regular eye exams. I began needing readers the past couple of years as I entered my late 40s. My unwillingness to acknowledge my changing vision led me to simply go to a Walgreens to purchase readers, which I begrudgingly used. I finally decided to seek out a professional assessment of what type of glasses I should use. I simply could not be happier with my choice of Park Cities Eye Associates. Everyone who assisted me was top-shelf! They explained the various tests, their indications, and the options for the readers that will give me the most benefit. They also worked with me in selecting frames. Whenever you need expert eye care coupled with tremendous customer service, you should come here.
I had a great experience at park cities eye associates. Dr. Norton is very professional and the staff was helpful in choosing new frames.
First visit, moved here from Southern Xafornia recently and needed a new provider. Very attentive, very clean, modern diagnostic equipment. Doctor was very informative.
Everyone that works with Dr. Norton at Park Cities Eye Associates - Nicki, Catherine and Paul - were very helpful. This is one of my first times at an eye doctor. I have always had great eyesight until I reach 50, needless to say I needed a lot of instruction and patience. Dr. Norton and her staff where very knowledgeable, friendly, and ready to introduce me to the whole process. I am getting my first pair of glasses and I am very happy with the results. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
Excellent as always! I’ve been seeing Dr. Norton for 8+ years. She’s the best!
As usual, my experience at Park City Eye Assoc was excellent. I always experience 1st class treatment and the staff goes above and beyond my expectations! The staff is courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you!
Follow up... continue to provide excellent customer service - needed glasses adjusted/new nose pads and they cam through with flying colors!Had a great first experience here! From friendly reception, to very thorough eye exam, to help picking out fabulous frames - they did a fantastic job!
Very nice team and the eye exams are very comprehensive!
I’ve only been coming here for a year but they’re always very nice and helpful to me. They get straight to the point on my appointments, which is something I appreciate cause I’m always in and out.
I have always had a great experience at Dr. Norton’s office. The staff is very friendly and professional, and Dr. Norton has provided several options for glasses and contacts combinations for me based on my preferences. They have a great selection of glasses frames and make the purchase and insurance process easy. All around great experience, and I highly recommend.
These folks are fantastic! Ive been going to Dr. Norton for over 10 years, and have always found them to be personable and professional.
Absolutely adore Dr Norton and her staff! Amazing experience, safe environment, and great service. Always impressed with the communication and care!
Everyone in the office is always so kind, personable.and informative. They take the time to answer all your questions which I appreciate very much. Highly recommend PCEA!
I’m busy, so I love the efficiency and care and combined!
Always treated well and in a timely manner.
Very professional team. Dr. Norton uses the latest technologies and walked me through all the analysis. Definitely a step up from the retail vision centers. I recommend highly.
Great experience. Very professional, technology everywhere, trained staff. Wish more places had this type of service.
I would like to start this review by saying this review is not a reflection of Dr Nortons abilities as a doctor. This review is a reflection of her character and the character of her single employee at Part Cities Eye Associates. If youre a person of color who is currently a patient or is thinking about working here...DONT! There are PLENTY of other respectable practices in the are who value you and deserve your business and money.Read my full review on Yelp
I re-ordered eye drops online and found out a week later I wasn’t going to get them for 4 weeks! I called Park Cities Eye Associates on a whim to see if they carried the drops I needed. When I reached their voice answering service it told me I could text them at the same phone number. I sent them a text and heard back from them immediately! What an awesome, innovative service to offer to people! I was very impressed! They gave me all the information I needed via text: operating hours including when they closed for lunch, information on which tower to enter, and directions from the elevator. Their effort to make my trip as time-efficient as possible is appreciated more than you know. Once I got to the office, the drops waiting for me at the front desk! The three women I interacted with were wonderful! Very caring and informative with a willingness to help that surpassed any expectation I had. I am not a patient of this office because it’s too far from my home, but because it’s very close to work I will definitely consider it for future appointments! I was very impressed and appreciative of their help! Their quick reaction allowed me to get the relief I needed. You’d be a fool not to visit their office and meet the lovely staff!
Great service. They are fast and efficient. Nearby my home so decided to check them out. They worked with my schedule and were were flexible about time changes
Highly professional and clinically expert care. Office is well maintained and clean, with the latest technology. Staff is friendly and engaging. Thank you for being a great partner in my optic/ocular health!
First eye exam ever and I actually really enjoyed the whole experience! The assistants and doctor are all very nice and professional. Will definitely be going back here for my eye needs!
Dr. Kathy Norton is always taking care of me. And has never let me astray. She always make sure that I am understanding when she describes in detail my eyes and if there’s an issue with them. I trust her completely. Her receptionist are kind and sweet make you feel welcome.
Cathy Norton, O.D. and staff are very professional and extremely courteous. I consider myself fortunate to have entrusted my “eyes” health to them for all these years.
Dr. Norton and staff are very thorough, helpful and very nice!I highly recommend this office for eye care;)I’ve been a patient for a number of years!
Doctor Norton is so incredibly professional. She and her team are careful and thorough.
Overall, I wouldnt recommend this eye doctors office. Dr. Cathy Norton was fine, but her staff really brought this ranking down. I felt like such an inconvenience. During the visit, I asked them to shape my frames and tighten them back up. They first warned me that they are not responsible if they break them, then they molded them and they were too tight. Not abnormal to have to go back and forth to get the right fit, but when I asked for them to make them a little wider because I was worried I would get a headache they were very annoyed. Ultimately, they didnt re-mold them. She said well they will just stretch out again, so Im sure they are fine. I ended up going to another office by my house and paying to get them molded again. Additionally, I asked for some trial contacts, which they gave and went over. But I had to pick a kind and pay for a one year supply that day or I wasnt eligible for a 20% discount. I felt like this was a bit much. They should at least give you a week or two to try them out before they yank the discount off the table. It has been about two weeks since my appointment, so I called to order contacts. I said I wanted to know how much a 90 lenses box would be and then I would decide based on what my insurance coverage was. The gal was extremely annoyed. She said well I am going to have to look up prices--I apologized, but then I realized I shouldnt have to. This is her job. After explaining that I felt like I was a burden to them, she said I am sorry you feel that way but I dont feel like we did anything. Then she said a box is $90+ per box (I dont remember the exact number), I said I didnt want to use them as I can get them online for $52/box. I just think this office is not customer service friendly. I will be moving offices and would not recommend this office.
Had a great experience. I hadnt been there in over four years, so I was ashamed for not returning for so long, but the staff and the Dr. Norton made me feel welcomed. They have state of the art technology and Dr. Norton takes her time to explain to you what the results of that technology reveal; I found this to be quite interesting and an added bonus.
I was a patient here 3 years ago and had to move away. Work pulled me back and this was my first stop setting up all my appointments for the year. This is a wonderful practice. The staff is amazing! You will not be disappointed.
The entire staff at Park Cities Eye Associates was both professional and extremely friendly. The experience was comfortable and educational, beginning with the pre-exam that was quickly done on state of the art equipment. I appreciated the detailed explanation of each test by the optometric assistant.Dr. Norton performed a comprehensive exam, including asking questions about my reading habits to capture the full picture and perform her assessment. She took the time to explain my current state and pointed out specific areas that she will continue to monitor. Finally, Dr. Norton informed me on the differences in eye drops and sunglasses, which will help sustain the health of my eyes.I needed reading glasses to assist with my day-to-day use of a computer screen. All of the staff went above and beyond to ensure the frames I selected not only suited my needs, but also my personality.Thank you all for such a wonderful visit – I will be back!Krystal Garcia
If I could give zero stars I would. Dr. Norton was nice and informative. She made my prescription a little sharper than I typically care for but said if my eyes couldn’t acclimate I could come back and she would fix it. When I went back to pick up my frames I mentioned to the staff that I might be back if I can’t adjust. The front desk staff said “you’re ineligible for a prescription adjustment because you didn’t let us put the scratch resistant coating and the anti-reflective coating” I said excuse me? That was never mentioned to me or else I would have never agreed. I said so you’re saying if I can’t see out of this prescription I’m pretty much out of luck. They said we’re sorry...It’s a doctors civil duty to give someone a prescription that is going to better their lives, and in no way should a patient “lose” that right because of a scratch resistant coating.I haven’t worn my glasses since I got them.. this place is a waste of your time and money.
Definitely one of the best eye care experiences. Sharp technology and impressive selection on high end frames. The price was cheaper for a higher quality frame and lenses than what I was quoted at a big box store. Will certainly be a long time client and highly recommend.
The staff is amazing and extremely helpful in all things having to do with a visit to their office AND the doctor: Dr. Cathy Norton, O.D. is amazing (as well) and one of the many reasons I have been using this particular office as my GO TO for over 20 years!
Dr.norton has been taking care of my eyes for more than 15 years. She is patient and kind and more importantly... tenacious in her effort to get me the absolute best results!!!
Friendly and attentive staff, with state of the art equipment. Dr. Norton is great and takes the time to explain the details of your exam and the team takes time to try on frames and assure you have the best fit.
Super helpful. Never dealt pushed into anything I didn’t need or want. Been a client for 9yrs and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon.
Dr. Cathy Norton is very knowledgeable and professional. The office has top of the line equipment and the staff is very friendly. They have higher end frames and a great contacts selection. Usually offers specials if you get both contacts and glasses. Would definitely recommend.
Excellent customer service and great selection of frames. Dr. Norton is a very professional and thorough Dr.
Great experience! What a pleasant and friendly staff. They had preselected frames for me to try on after my exam, which was a nice touch. I am seeing quite well with my reading glasses and computer progressives. I appreciated having my retina checked with the Optomap exam. Dr Norton showed me the pictures of my eyes and explained everything. They were also able to check my eye pressure without the dreaded puff or eyedrops. As a small business owner, I like to support other small businesses rather than corporations and chains. I have sent a couple of colleagues her way.
From my 11 year old son: “I like this better because you didn’t have to have the air puffed in your eyes and it was a great all around experience.”
Perfect, thorough and efficient appointment. Everyone makes you feel welcomed and they have awesome high tech equipment. Highly recommend. Alberto
Wonderful staff! Very helpful and patient with helping a client choose frames. Dr. Norton is amazing!
FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE, Knowledgeable staff and Doctor, welcoming and friendly. Goes through each step with you - actually concerned about your care and not just trying to move through the day. Pretty quick for a Drs office as well. I was not sitting waiting for 2 hours staring at my thumbs!
Dr. Norton and her staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They all give the extra effort to make everyone through the door feel welcome and like a VIP. Theyre very knowledgeable about the equipment they use at well as the producer they have for sale.
Love Dr. Norton and staff! So friendly and knowledgeable. Great options in eyewear too!
Great staff . Cutting edge tech to make your exam complete and easy. Saturday appointments are super convenient!
Quick service on clean equipment and a fast checkout
Overall I had a really fun experience at this eye doctor. The woman who did all my testing before the doctor came in explained everything she was doing in detail and I learned a lot, which is something Ive never experienced at an eye doctor before. The process was quick and right after checking in, I didnt even get have the chance to sit down and they were ready to take me back and get started. The doctor came in pretty quick after my pre work was done and she got my rx updated and gave me some new contacts to try out. When it came to my billing, they let me know all the details with my insurance plan and what my total out of pocket cost would be. The per box price was cheaper than some online places I found so I went ahead and ordered my supply.I think for the first time in my life I can say Im confident that I will be back to Park Cities Eye for all my future exams. It was so easy, quick and the staff was super nice. Kudos to yall!
Very friendly staff and fast & efficient office visits
Knowledgeable staff, great experience - would recommend!
Had concerns when pressured to get multiple tests that were never recommended before just because my medical insurance covered them. Low selection of glasses and had issues with my prescription giving me migraines for the first time in my life and was a hassle to try to correct, felt that they didnt quite believe my issues and my glasses are still unwearable. All around I felt nickle and dimed for items and appointments. Greatly disappointing and poor customer service.
To begin with, this location was very difficult to find. I spent 20 min walking around the complex trying to locate the office. After I had my appointment, they told me they would give me a 20% discount on contacts If I gave them my credit card information today. They assured me they wouldnt charge me, since I did not know what type of contacts I wanted. Once I decided, I looked at the pricing online and they were significantly higher than Walgreens, CVS, Target, etc. I called and told them I would not be ordering from them unless they could price match. Then, they said they had already charged my card. If they were going to give a refund there would be a 3% fee assessed. My husband and I were both patients here, but since they are not able to price match & charge more than any other location we will be finding a new optometrist.I hope this review helps others to choose a different optometrist before wasting money on this place!
Ive been a patient for several years and love them all!
The staff is super helpful and Dr. Norton is quick and efficient!
Overall not recommended. I came from Las Colinas Vison Center, which my mom and I had been going to for about 6 years and absolutely loved, but had to find a new eye doctor due to insurance change. Saw some good reviews online for Park Citites Eye Associates so I signed my husband and I up!My appointment was first and the experience wasn’t bad. Very nice staff but very small. Little things are extra and total cost was about $20 more than my previous eye doctor, and a lot lower technology. That is to be expected with smaller offices but again, everything was a few dollars more. With the limited staff, I was left waiting for my credit card that I had given to pay for everything for about 10 min. First a phone call happened that distracted the lady and then another client came in with a wrong date for their appointment. Due to the lack of staff I was sitting there ready to go but just waiting for my credit card back for about 10 min until I said something. I then left without a prescription or prescription card for future glasses so had to call to receive that. I was not happy with experience and already decided to try another place next year.My husband was next, he had a good experience. Ended with ordering contacts. They make you pay in full the day of in order to get their 20% discount so we chose the contacts, paid full and left. They gave him 2 pairs of contacts to try but again we paid for the specific pair he wanted. About a week later my husband called to confirm he wanted the pair that we paid for. Again my husband was not given a prescription... every time I go to the eye doctor I leave with a prescription. So a week later I call to ask for his eye glass prescription. Again, constant having to deal with the eye doctor when typically it is a one stop moment. Now here we are 5 weeks later and we still have not received his contacts. I just called, they said they were waiting for his confirmation. Again I told her I was there and know he said we will just go with these, and that’s why we paid in full that day. But then my husband confirmed that he also called about a week later to confirm. He has also emailed and asked for a shipping confimation. All in all, experience was not worth the $1,700 we spent there on our contacts and appointment. Do not recommend. It’s been 2 months and we are still in contact and waiting for them to send his contacts. The whole point with paying and using them is they are supposed to make the whole transaction easier. In that perspective they did not come close.
Friendly professional staff that cares.
Love that Park Cities Eye Associates have Saturday appointments!
Difficult to get in touch with. great staff and like the doc, just dont answer their phone or communicate very effectively.
Dr. Norton refused to release a current prescription that we needed for our records. While her staff tried to help us ultimately she refused. Fact is that she has no right to hold it. We will be letting everyone we know what happened. Disappointing and we will never come back to this practice.
Great service and people!!!
