I have tried for over a week to get my laptop serviced by the only authorized repair depot in Dallas for my Lenvo laptop. My warranty expires in just a few days. I have called and left voicemails and stopped by several times but they arent there. and its a drive. This is increadably poor that there was no signage or recording on their VM stating that they wouldnt be in due to sickness, vacation etc. how on earth is this business ran?
