I ordered my computer through newegg.com April 27th they had no problem processing mypayment But here we are now mid may and still no computer...Tomorrow will be my final call to ship now or refund..... Customer service on the phone is actually really good but the follow through is really bad.... We will see how it goes tomorrow if I change my review or not....
I ordered a used computer from them. It arrived not functioning, I spend three hours on the phone with them and we never got it to work. I sent it back to them and they charged me a restocking fee for wasting my time. They stole from me $87.00, caused me stress and frustration. NEVER buy from them!
BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I would give 0 stars if I was able to!!! This business is not on top of their game!! I ordered a pc from them through Newegg on 3-5-21, on 3-11 they created a shipping label. on 3-15 I called to see why my pc had not been shipped yet, I was informed it was because graphics cards had gone up in price so much that the business couldnt find a card for my computer. I was told that they upgraded my mother board and processor free of charge but they were still waiting to ship for the graphics card. I was told if the PC wasnt shipped by the weekend I should call back. I called Tuesday (3-23) afternoon and was told my PC passed all the benchmark tests and would be shipped Wednesday morning. I called Wednesday afternoon and got no answer, I left a message saying I would be asking for a refund if I did not have the pc delivered by Saturday. Here it is Thursday (3-25), 20 days after the initial order and my pc was still sitting in Texas. I received a call from a rep there stating that the graphics card did not in fact pass the benchmark test and that it had been used for bit coin mining. At this point I asked for my money back as this business was trying to install used items into my new PC. I definitely do not recommend this business to a buy a PC from!!
Scam company is selling refurbished computers as new (not disclosing used, refurbished etc) on walmart.com I saved the screenshot. Steer clear of doing business here.
Great customer service!! Everything I could have been looking for was available and ready for a hands on demonstration, it really took away my doubts and gave me the opportunity to physically check out features and really compare! Also Raul was the salesman I worked with and he put the cherry on top by being very informative and eager to help bring me to my decision no sales pitches were used, just honest feedback! I will definitely share my experience with friends and colleagues.
There is a review here by Heather Larson. I could copy and paste and it would be EXACTLY what my experience with these people has been. Her review was 2 years ago and because I didnt read reviews first I am in the same situation. One difference is they called me and asked me why I canceled the order. They said the order was canceled and that it would not be shipped and my card would not be charged. 4 days later it was here. I did not accept it and sent it back and now they are trying to charge $72.00 restocking fee. I made the mistake of not reading the reviews first. Very shady people and shame on Newegg for continuing to deal with them.
If you read any of the reviews in the last month you will see why you should not buy from this place. My story is the same. I ordered a computer on Newegg. They made a shipping label to claim it was in transit. Then it never came. I emailed them multiple times and no response. The only response I received was an automated email after Newegg messaged them. I now am filing a claim with newegg to get my money back seeing as they removed themselves from the site.
Poor experience. Purchased a laptop online from Price Right Computers through Newegg.ca on a good sale, the payment went through then the next day the order was cancelled by the seller and the item was back up for a higher price. I was told that the price they posted was a mistake and that they couldnt sell the laptop at that price, even though I had already completed the purchase process and paid them the money.I have never experienced this anywhere before and will never be purchasing anything from these sketchy guys again. Use at your own risk.
Purchased computer from Price Right Computers on 15APR20 and was charged on the 20th of April 2020 and notified Shipping label was created and waiting on Shipper pickup.No change in status so I emailed through Newegg on the 23rd then the 24th then contacted Newegg who emailed the seller on the 25th, still no answer.I then tried multiple times to call and got no answer so I again contacted Newegg and filed a claim for refund on the 29th of April, still to this date no answer. Next step is credit card claim and filing a complain with the BBB.Horrible company and I would never recommend them to anyone.
Unprofessional trash. Dont waste your time. Not only did I not get my computer, now that I have been refunded through newegg, these people keep harassing me with vulgar messages. I hope they are lawyered up.
I have purchased many refurbished computers from Price Right either directly from them or through eBay.. They have always worked fine for me. One time I did have a problem with a license for Windows but Microsoft solved that right away. They have a 98.6% positive rating on eBay..
The WORST company that I EVER had deal with. 1. Hide from you the fact that they charge re-stocking fee. 2. Mis-advertise the product with Windows certificate of authenticity and load just Linux on the system. Also over-priced compare to other refurbished computer sales. STAY AWAY!
Received a defective product from them. Didnt even boot up. I Promptly mailed it back. They have had it for 2 weeks now and Im still waiting on a refund. Was hung up on once and the other time spoke to someone else who was completely unhelpful. Filed a complaint with Newegg and the lady I spoke to on the phone was also hung up on by their staff. I honestly will be surprised if I get a refund. They are a fly-by-night operation who will ship you a computer that doesnt work, and then disappear when you try and get your money back.Save yourself the trouble and avoid at all costs. I will be contacting my bank for a fraud investigation.
Total scam artists. I have been fighting for a refund on a laptop I sent back over a month ago, they lie and say they have refunded it, oh now it is on its way, oh if you just take the time to check. They are rude, their products are not what they say they are and to top it all off the whole company seems like a family or small group of friends. This is the WORST buying experience I have ever had online. If they miraculously come through with a refund I will change my review but I dont expect to see my money until I call PayPal and report it.

Purchased a refurbished Dell PC 3 years ago through Ebay. No problems or concerns. Wanted to purchase another PC. Contacted customer service twice. Person responding stated they would attempt to get me a PC within my price range. I contacted company again but never received a response back. Will be using another company.
This was the worst customer service experience ever. Dont ever do business with this company. Placed an order and cancelled it before it was shipped and they wanted to charge me a re-stocking fee. Talked to a Kevin Cook who was prejudiced, rude, condescending and talked over me constantly. He had no intent of assisting me. He didnt care at all. He kept asking me where I was born (what relevance does that have ). Was completely uninformed about my complaint when he talked to me and didnt bother to ask me about the facts. This company is a bunch of scam artists and frauds and he should be fired.
INCOMPETENT IDIOTS! If I could, I would rate them -10 stars! Inept, bungling, useless, incompetent “business” that could screw up a one-car funeral procession!! Read all the negative reviews and then read mine. I purchased a Wacom Graphics tablet from an eBay seller who dealt with these clowns. It wouldn’t work. I contacted their customer service; CS handed me over to their “technician”; through a link; he fiddles around with my computer to check for the drivers. Even though the drivers were there, the tablet still didn’t work. The “wreck”-nician said he would send me a shipping label so I could send the tablet back and they would send me a working replacement. I WISELY wrote down all the details about this tablet (model, serial number, etc.). I repacked the tablet and even went the extra step to tape a layer of bubble-wrap around it. This should have been a simple transaction. I waited a week before I called them again. They hadn’t even sent the replacement out yet, but they would “get right on it.” I even asked them to make sure to send it to my address. “Oh sure, yeah, will do.” I asked them to email me the tracking number; “Oh sure, yeah, will do.” By the end of that day (Friday)- no tracking number. I called on Monday (they don’t “work” on weekend- they have to take a break from screwing things up all week), spoke to the salesman (Kevin) who apologized all over the place. He hooked me up with the “wreck”-nician again. He gave me a tracking number. I double checked on the address again; yep, you guessed it, they screwed that up- they were sending it back to the eBay guy I bought it from. I felt like blood would shoot from my eyes at that point!! I spoke to the salesman again (who was again profusely apologetic) and he said they contacted Fed Ex to have it re-routed back to my address. I tracked it online- it went from Dallas, TX (Where Price Blight is located) to Phoenix, AZ (where the eBay guy is located) back to Texas and then on to my house. So, a normal 3-day delivery became a 6-day delivery. I finally got the package with my “exchange.” I opened it up and- it was the same item I originally sent to them! The bubble-wrap that I placed around the tablet was still in place and hadn’t been touched. Same serial number, same box, same everything. THIS “TRANSACTION” TOOK ALMOST A MONTH! I will resolve this matter one way or another, but PLEASE TAKE MY WARNING! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE BUNGLING CLOWNS!!!
I purchased a refurbished computer from PRC through Newegg. It was as-described and in great shape, very happy with the item.
Order was Shipped and Charged AFTER Cancellation. I order a computer through Newegg. My order was processed on 06/19/18. My payment was authorized 06/20/18. On the morning of 06/25/18, I had no communication concerning my order and I contacted Newegg. My order had not shipped. I cancelled my order and the Price Right Computer was notified at 10:47 of my cancellation. At 4pm that afternoon, I received shipping confirmation and payment confirmation. I replied that my order had been cancelled. Payment was taken on 06/26/18 - one after cancellation. Price Right Computers is now charging me a restocking fee and is uncommunicative with Newegg concerning the matter. My recommendation - stay away from this company.
If you are reading this be sure to understand one thing and is these people are the worst of the worst to do business with. Customer service is horrible to say the least. Whatever you buy from these clowns will STOP working within days. They will paint themselves as LEGITIMATE, but in reality is to ask for more money for whatever issue you have... Raul Bueno. A large percentage of people are not happy with this company based on receiving faulty equipment and shoddy customer service as well.I decided to cancel my order through Newegg. I placed my request to do so before Price Right Computers opened for business the next day (I bought the computer late at night). I received an email from Price Right Computers asking if I really wanted to cancel my order, to which I replied that I did by 11 am EST, which was 10 am CST.To my surprise, the computer was shipped to me anyway that very afternoon. If you read reviews on Newegg about Price Right Computers, youll notice that fast shipping is not one of the companys hallmarks. Interestingly when you dont want the computer, it gets shipped at warp speed.Once the computer arrived, I was prepared to ship it back until I realized that shipping it back would likely be on my dime in addition to paying a 20% restocking fee.Since I needed a computer for my business, I decided to open the computer up and test it out. I figured I would give Price Right Computers a chance and see if I could save myself from paying to ship the unit back and have it restocked.Unsurprisingly, the computer did not work out of the box. In fact, it did not turn on at all. While these computers are sold as refurbished, I think that it is realistic to expect that they are functional out of the box. Many of this companys reviews tell a different story, and sadly the computer I actually received was no different.At that point, I decided I was not going to accept anything less than a full refund and a prepaid shipping label from Price Right Computers. They should have never shipped the unit in the first place and then the unit they shipped did not work properly to boot. Price Right Computers did offer to allow me to return the computer but I would need to pay a restocking fee and shipping to get it back to them.With the help of a friend, I diagnosed the computer as having a faulty RAM slot. Because the other slot works, I can run the computer with RAM in just the one working slot. I chose to keep the computer and pay to get a larger RAM stick for just the one slot so that the computer meets my original specs of 8GB of RAM.Luckily for me, I could afford to eat a little cash on this terrible deal. By diagnosing the issue myself, I was able to save some money rather than send it back to Price Right Computers.Price Right Computers exhibited terrible business practice by refusing to send me a prepaid shipping label and refusing to waive a restocking fee on a non-functional product they should have never sent out. I will never buy another product from them and hope you will be weary of doing so after reading my review as well.As a side note, I am also finished doing business with Newegg as well because they clearly do not police their third party merchants and did not help me resolve this issue to my satisfaction.

This company sells defective products.I ordered a Lenovo Thinkpad from Price Right through Ebay on August 10, 2014. When it arrived, the hinges were loose and the screen wobbled. I called the Customer Service department on Sept 2, and Sept 3, and was told that they would look into it. Finally, on Sept 9, they sent a UPS return label and I shipped the computer back on Sept 12.When I called on Sept 19, the computer had arrived safely, and I was told a new one would be arriving the following week on Sept 24 or 25. It did not arrive. I called again on Sept 29, and said I would be willing to accept an equivalent HP, but was told that the Lenovo was being repaired. On October 2, I called again, and was told that the repaired computer would arrive the next day.It did arrive the following day, but it is in EXACTLY the same condition. The hinges are loose, and the screen wobbles.It has now been nearly two months since I originally ordered the Lenovo. I still have not received one in acceptable condition. Given the false promises, stalling, and misrepresentation (Well send you another one, we have them in stock) I have to wonder whether they will give me my money back.
Cancelled order and next thing I know the same computer is back online with a higher price, bad business ethics. Beware.
