I am *very* happy with Dallas Computer Sales and Services! They cleaned and refurbished my 5-year old ASUS laptop, installed a new hard drive and battery, and reinstalled windows 10. It was lagging so bad it was unusable and would not hold a charge (had to remain plugged in). The laptop now runs faster and more efficiently than it ever did even when new. I love it!This was a $1k laptop new, with big screen, ultra HD screen, great speakers, all aluminum case, and i7 chip. For less than $250, it was restored to better than new and its life extended probably at least another 3-5 yrs. Thats a heck of a deal. I highly recommend DCS&S.

Great, SPEEDY, service! I took my laptop in on Thursday morning 3-18-21 because I tripped over the cord while it was charging therefore damaging the charger port that plugs into the laptop & broke a piece on the laptop where it plugs in. Curtis told me 3-5 days and gave me a price. He called me the same afternoon, said it was ready, AND was half the price! A winner in my book. Thanks Curtis!

Asked for a DDR2 ram SODIM stick 256 MB and he was saying it only comes in 1, 2, 4 GB sizes and I am not going to argue he says. I am looking at a 256 MB stick. The best computer repair shop around!Excellent service at an excellent price.A one man operation with years of experience, he does great work with no bulls**t fees.I walked in with a dead dell computer and in just 40 minutes he had replaced the power supply and my computer was back, better than before. At only $50, where as Dell would have charged me $150 for a replacement part.After my first visit I will be sure to come back and recommend this store to everyone.
