This place is terrible. Half the workers walking around talking one lane open and literally 10 ppl in line. I guess they forget about older ppl that don’t know how to use self check out or hurt people that have to use the rider. What about the handicap people? So in considerate smh. I was in line over 30 mins.

Shopping is easy. Never really out of stock. Checking out is terrible. Self-checkout never takes cash and only one to two lanes that do and are always backed up. For a place that sees a lot of money come into the store you would think it would be easier.

I can’t allow them to check my receipt, once I pay for it, it’s my possession. Loss precision must come up with a better way to protect their merchandise. I do respect and understand they are trying to protect but they are taking away the rights of the buyer- per construction and the same topic have been on news. It isn’t legal to harass the customers to see their receipt.Period-

Not from here. Visited 3 times.Went with my son, Mens socks and underwear are under lock and key because of constant theft.2nd visit- purchased a two piece sink scrubby only to discover one was missing.3rd visit - purchased over the counter medication only to discover its been opened and tampered with!!! Omg people!!!

Always easy in and out . Only problem is lack of cashiers. This is happening in all grocery stores too

I love the store i just dont like the customer service system. Ever time i ask for help it takes a min to get the right help. Sometimes theyre rude and very disrespectful.

I remember when this Walmart first opened it was really nice. Now over the years the cleanest of the checkout belts and escalator and elevator really needs attendant to. Now The Customer service is great and I’m always able to find what I need. Hope this reach someone who can make a difference thank you.

No matter what time I come in here there’s always only 2-3 lanes open out of the 13 and the lines are insane. They need some help! Don’t expect to be in and out.

I have had more problems with the pharmacy than anything else. I bought 2 bottles of vitamins and they look almost exactly alike, one was ginseng and the other ginko. Two different prices. The cashier accidentally charged me twice for the higher item. No biggie, but when I brought it to their attention, they couldnt refund the difference. Instead, they wanted me to stand in a 45min long line for customers service. She just simply refused and insisted I go to C/S. Pathetic. Pitiful. This isnt the first time but it is the last time. I even posted a pic of the bottles n receipt. Buyer beware.

Worst customer service ever I spent approx 20 minutes waiting for a manager approval to exchange and auto battery… Customer service desk paged at least twice and the manager on duty never showed up… Don’t buy your auto batteries from Walmart they will not honor the warranty

Walmart supercenter was great the store is very big they have a sub way inside the store checking out is very slow.

Customer service was just OK the money center should be separate as some CSR seems short most time. I dont have the time to deal with that each time. I needed to load money on my card thats free to do, and get a cheap money order and get out. I accomplished my goals

Ordered groceries yesterday to be delivered by 9 am. It’s 2 and still no groceries. They won’t let u cancel bc the order is processed. Store won’t answer. Corporate apologies but can’t get a hold of them either. So basically Walmart stole $200 from us. I still can’t get a refund or my groceries…

A to Z... can find any product we want to buy and also best part is, cheap photo printouts which has helped me a lot. closer to home, easy access and faster checkout process

Its Walmart. It has everything at reasonable prices. We were able to get in and out pretty quick.

They sometimes struggle with keeping things in stock but today everything was in stock fresh cilantro you name it and so many great and cute Christmas gifts are on sale now

Not busy on this day and they had everything I was shopping for in stock. Self check out was easy to use and conveinient. I will be using this location again. Very friendly.

Im due anyday so when I shop I have to have an electric cart. There were 4 carts right by the door and none of them worked, please fix your ...... or make sure your greater is doing their job not ignoring people and pretending they dont see you. Also, this is the first walmart Ive ever seen not have an isle for crayons, markers, regular paper, etc. Just because school started does not mean people dont need to still buy back to school stuff.

It was your typical Walmart experience. Most of the people working there had a range of good to bad customer service. This area is Oak Cliff so I knew what I was in for before going in there. Some of the products were in the wrong place on the shelves etc. With that being said if you live very close here then it makes sense for you to come here.

Going to Walmart is a chore in itself. A necessary evil of todays society. However, yesterdays visit was downright maddening. I spent a total of about 3 hours. About 30 minutes looking for ice trays that didnt exist. How on earth does ANY store run out of FREAKING ICE TRAYS!!!! An hour doing the shopping for necessities. Another half hour looking for a scanner to check the price of a DVD player in a damaged box, which was not discounted at all. The, 20 minutes in TWO different check out lines, only to find out that neither would take cash. The first line, I was up to 2nd in line, when the attendant Finally decides to come tell us that this line only takes credit cards. In the second, I got all the way in, scanned all my groceries, and thats when I found there was no place to insert cash. After Finally getting finished, I asked to speak with a manager. I was told he was down at register 9. That he was, checking out customers. While shopping, and looking for the ice trays, and the scanner, every employee I came across snubbed me. Itd too bad that Walmart has become so big that it doesnt even HAVE to care about customer service anymore. Even I will be forced to return for more abuse in the future.

The ladies at customer service are not all that nice. But I Dont let them get next to me. I just go and get done what I need done and be on my way back out the door.But everyone else is so very nice 🙂 and are willing to help you as much as they can.

Nice sorted, a lot of stuff so far you are not searching for food 🤦. After 10pm the cashier lines are crazy long because they are opening just one line.

This location was well stocked and had what we needed. The wait at check out was semi long, but better than usual.

This is my favorites Walmart because it is very diverse. In this area it all different kinds ethnicity and they cater to each ethnic backgrounds

Its just typical every day store. It does have good selection of things.

Good store, well stocked and convenient parking underground.Their elevators are not always working which makes it impossible to access the second level if you parked there.As in most Walmarts, they rarely have enough checkers and long lines at the self checkout.

The Walmart is pretty nice, but is limited on things to get. The Sams Club is right below it and its pretty convenient.

Was actually the Sam’s club on Retail as always they are out of what I went for ☹️ this location is a little roomier than the others and underground parking is great when it’s raining but just know you probably won’t get at least one thing you went for

The store is truly a supercenter. It was an alright experience but the size can be a little overwhelming.

Waste of life! Just needed a simple money transaction and that took almost an hour. The employees here are non attentive and are actually useless. I wish they would go to automation, Im sure it would be a faster and more pleasant experience.

You would think that since this store is in a larger population that they would have a larger inventory and better selection.

Easily accessible, wide range of products to choose from. Theres something for everyone. The only thing that I dont like is they dont have plantains and that makes my grocery shopping kinda stressful cos it makes me go further to another store which very opposite my route. Otherwise, I strongly recommend shopping at Walmart because its very affordable, convenient, easily accessible and youll ship with ease.

Glad to employ so many in these days....unfortunately minimal self checkouts were available....again with safety practices needed in areas....free range of no mask mandate....open opportunities for casualties....thats the only concern.....long lines....good stock on basic needs or wants including sanitizing products

Exactly what you would expect out of a walmart. The website and app say they have items in stock but you get to the store and they definitely dont. If you go on a weekend the stores will be quite bare, and you are not going to get any help from anyone in the aisles if you ever need it. However the cashiers are always extremely friendly.

Its great it has a sams club underneath. Its huge and is always stalked up on the things I need Everytime I go. Also food places close by like Chick-fil-A and a Starbucks 🥰

This was an experience...Loved it. The parking; awesome (it had levels). A WalMart, a Sams, the Liquor store, 😎! I found OREO Carrot 🥕 Cake Cookies and 🍋 Lemon Cookies. Excellent 👌

Delivery service is horrible. Constantly out of simple items and it takes weeks, sometimes months to restock. If I owned a car, I would not use this service.

I have visited this place many times. The prices have been very competitive, compared to Target and Amazon.The just added self checkout stations. Win-win situation. Faster checkouts and less man hours needed.

The workers were so helpful and had just what I was looking for. I have a new very small Yorkshire terrier that had need for an xs harness and carrier. You had all she needed and more. Thank you for letting my puppy in with me to try on her new things.

No body could help me find shoes and the price of the shoes said $29 and it charged me $34 I told the manager he called me ma,am because of my squeeky voice and said they cant honor any prices because of tax free weekend .I do not live in the area but I made a special trip to that Walmart hoping more things would be in stock I will never come back here again rude employees and manager .

This walmart has some harder to find items but they have no bottom on the carts and if you are getting things like soda or water you have less space in the cart

Pretty good for a Walmart! Returns and pickup are typically pretty painless when using the Walmart app/website. Ive used their grocery pickup for years and the substitutions are typically good. Once or twice they missed an item but Ive also gotten extra items occasionally. Overall, a store Ive been to hundreds of times and have no reason to stop going! Produce isnt as high-quality as somewhere like Whole Foods but its typically cheaper.

When asking employees in electronics where two certain items where all they did was point left in the general direction.

Great shopping experience with the exception I sometimes can not tell the price until I get to checklanes and have the associate scan to give me the price. I wish WalMart had a better way to price their merchandise instead of me not knowing until I get to the front to check out. I understand merchandise gets misplaced on the shelves, although I feel there should be a way to price items without much hassle.

One of the cleanest store Ive been in. The parking lot and drive up can be treacherous during the holidays. The pharmacy is close and faster than most. Check outs can be crowded, but staff is eager to help without prompting.

I started online order/grocery pickup when the project first started years ago. I have experienced good and bad these past years. Today, I tried a new location for the first time. OMG! I will be driving out of my way to go to this location. The customer service experienced today was incredible! Exceeded my expectations for sure! I’m so happy your location had everything I needed. So happy with Omega! He really made the difference.

Walmart is walmart i try not to go on weekends to crowded and frustrating to wait on carts or chase someone down leaving to get their cart.

Not sure why Walmart designs some of the worst entrance/exits and parking lots of all shopping centers! Guess its to match how terrible the store set up is as well! This Walmart could be better if they had everything placed in more accessible locations next to each other instead of having to cross the entire store for say groceries and toiletries! The Sams downstairs is a great addition for those who go there but again having to navigate the horrible parking lot, entrance/exits is the worst
