Trunk club experience was simply great. I highly recommend stylist Erin. She is really good at picking individual styles and chooses the best trunk!

Shayna was an awesome sounding board and professional to help me cultivate a sense of utility, style, fit, and perspective in my choices. Would highly recommend. Will absolutely use again to fill in wardrobe gaps and make more daring choices.

Tamra is amazing. Every time I visit her, I am satisfied with what we discuss and what she puts together for me. I highly recommend working with her for all you needs. The shopping experience is great as you are greeted and immediately presented with a beverage of you choice, then taken to a sitting area to discuss your needs.

Our stylist Erin is amazing! I am so stuck on my usual style that she helps me outside my comfort zone and introduces new things for me to try! She is super sweet and knows what I need. I am never going back to regular shopping!

I love accessories and they delivered. I recommend Trunk Club for someone who would like assistance with their wardrobe and keep up to date with styles.

So I have mixed feelings about the beatification of the Mission having lived there in the nineties and knowing that many of us regular folk can no longer afford to live there. But, life is full of contradictions,and so am I.I never thought Id pay $300 for a hooded sweatshirt for example, but I did,because it was awesome and the kind of thing you knew youd have forever.Well made, classic, etc.The staff here is top notch and I will be back, even if only to buy one thing per year.

Cara Hilt is a rock star. I have never been able to find jeans that fit well until we met. She’s helped pull together a mix of unique things for occasions ranging from work presentations to semi formal events.

Fun, comfortable atmosphere and very helpful staff. I enjoy working with Trunk Club and feel like they truly try to take your preferences and tastes into consideration while still helping you try new things. Free tailoring too!

How did I not know this place existed?!? The stylist that helped me was incredibly friendly and didnt pressure me into something that wasnt me, yet allowed me to branch out from my typical options. Cannot recommend enough!

Love this! Stylists listen to everything and select pieces to fit YOUR body and you can even get them altered at their Clubhouse or at Nordstroms. Most of my trunks have been homeruns! Hannah is my stylist and shes amazing!

Please Note: this review is about the online Trunk Club experience, not in store, but there is nowhere that I can find to leave a review about online experiences. I received a Trunk Club gift card, and the experience has been very poor so far. I dont think Ive ever encountered a more confusing / more poorly UX designed platform. Ive tried to reach out to customer service both about profile setup questions and about why my gift card amount wasnt showing up in my account after it had been redeemed, and every time Ive gotten generic, unhelpful answers. I will say that the stylist is nice and does a great job. Still not worth the hassle though. Id highly recommend just getting a Nuuly subscription if you want a more seamless rental box experience. Or something like Stitchfix if you dont like picking out your own clothes, although Ive never tried them, but I just assume at this point that any other rental service has a better platform / customer service setup than Trunk Club.

Where to upgrade your swagger while sipping a cocktail in the finest of company. OR you can skip shopping entirely and basically get all the benefits of a personal shopper without having to pay for one. Best of all worlds? Yes please.

Great service. Fun experience. My stylist was patient as she helped me rebuild my wardrobe and was incredibly knowledgeable about fashion and how to make my clothes versatile. Would recommend to anyone.

Dont waste your time, switch to StitchFix instead. Trunk Clubs first time user on-boarding process was grueling. Unlike StitchFix, there was no formal structure to building-out the initial style profile, which ultimately left too much up for interpretation by a Trunk Club stylist whom completely missed the mark. A structured styling quiz would be far more effective and efficient for both stylist and styled. I had hoped to provide this feedback to Trunk Club directly, however, was told by a call center rep. upon cancelling that Trunk Club only accepts feedback from those whom purchase a trunk. 0/10 would recommend to a friend. Try StitchFix instead.

Coolest place in Dallas Texas to have a private shopping experience...Trunk Club even has a bar and is in the dining and Club districts of Deep Ellum so after you buy your amazing tailored outfit you can go to some of the hottest spots in Deep Ellum and show them off!!

Amazing stylists that know your body and give you things you wouldnt expect

Trunk Club has been life-saving for me Im about to get my fourth trunk and they just keep getting better and better with every trunk at first the sizing was a little difficult. But nothing a little tailoring cant fix. Just got my third trunk and it was spot-on my style my size I didnt have to have anything done to it it was like I went to the store and tried it on my stylist is amazing every time I talk to her its like were friends like she knows me she she knows my style. Things can be a little pricey but you got to remember that youre paying for quality not quantity Ive had some stuff that Ive gotten from Trunk Club in the past going on for years now and people think I just bought it when they see it like it it holds up amazingly. So if your ever in the dalles are or your interest in ordering a trunk ask for haley Hartmann. At the dalles location I promise you with everything you will not be sorry she is amazing stylist and just amazing person always friendly. An tell them Josh Richards sent you.

Dont waste your time. You will have a better experience at Nordstrom, Saks Fifth, Dillards, etc

I signed up and everything seemed to go well then radio silence for a couple of days.Finally I sent another message asking were my fist trunk preview was and when it was finally sent it was full of VERY expensive items including $200 dollar flip flops.Yes you read correctly FLIP FLOPS and ugly ones at that. I declined as gave reasons why And was asked if I wanted a new stylist and I click sure. Well then no answer no response NOTHING. I’m so disappointed because the reviews have been so great.Clearly they are only willing to work with a crowd that’s willing to spend $200 dollars on hiddious flip flops. I ended up canceling before I even received one trunk ! I can do a better job my self just walking into Nordstrom’s. Terrible stylist terrible service and even worse communication! Can’t believe they are still in business !

Today I met Brittany and Alisha in Trunk club Dallas and had a discussion about my attire for a big day. Brittany was very helpful and gave a lot of good suggestions which was aligning with my preferences.
