Everyone was very nice but most of the jackets i liked were only in SMALL and MEDIUM, so if youre a bit big, then i suggest to buy online instead of coming to the store.

North place mall is very nice, staff is great but variety is very less on display. If it is not too urgent you might wanna go to confirm size but order it online. As it is highly likely that you will not get your specific model. Also I found out that it is better to buy a 0.5 size greater than your regular size if you are looking for a hiking shoes as they are built pretty tough and there is very less room for expansion. Highly recommend to first confirm your size.

I called asking for a woman’s jacket and was told they had in stock and even took my name to hold it.. well, I traveled 1hr to pick only to find out they never had that specific jacket!!! Wth!!!

I picked up a nice North Face jacket here 2 days ago. Im in NYC right now and its a crisp 40 degrees and the jacket works great.The customer service was also a great experience. Monica helped me find the right item rather then just pointing me in a general direction.As far as selection goes this place has so much!

Very disappoint with this north face. I’ve been a fan since I’ve been a child and am a regular shopper but this past time I went in I was very disappointed. Was told I couldn’t use a gift card that my family sent me from another city. They spent $300 on a gift card for me to just not be able to use it. Wasted an hour finding parking and an hour drive and an hour shopping just to get denied. The sad part is I asked if I could use my gift card in store and asked 2 different people as soon as I walked in but after I picked my jackets, I was told that I couldn’t use it. Couldn’t even get an explanation. Just got laughed at and treated like a child.

If I could offer ZERO stars, I would. By far the worst customer service I have ever received. I went in to exchange a jacket for a larger size and I’m assuming she’s the manager but she’s Hispanic with her hair curled away from her face, she was extremely condescending to her co workers and to me. Instead of helping to find alternatives or tell me what she was going to do, she told me “we don’t have this jacket anymore” and proceeded to ask for the card and phone number I used for the purchase and gave me a refund without telling me anything. I asked her if there was another jacket that was very similar as I bought a male and female version as couple jackets for my in-laws and didn’t want to stray too far from the design. She pointed to a wall and only said “all thermals are over there” and dismissed me. Honestly, not helpful in any way. I understand that it is after the holiday season but the line wasn’t that long. I didn’t even give her a hard time at all either. A couple of the employees also didn’t seem like they wanted to be there and the woman who “helped” me spoke to another employee at the register about printing receipts for all exchanges and returns and was missing three, in a condescending manner. The other employee gave her a bit of an attitude with her response and the assumed manager just dismissed her. If I had to work for such a rude manager during the holiday season, I would be miserable and hate it too. Sad that someone like this is representing this brand. I would think that the standards at north park mall would be higher.

My wife and I stopped in the North Face over the weekend to pick up a couple of items.Taylor helped us with all our selections and really took great care of us. It was a pleasure working with her and everyone else in the store had smiles on their face. Way to go and keep up the Outstanding work and we will definitely return for more!Thanks CM

They were very rude. I was going to buy a jacket but no one even spoke to me.

I bought a jacket on 1/1/18 due to having a business trip in Chicago on 1/8. Today 1/3/18 I go adjust the hoodie and the string just comes out. So I call and ask if it is possiable to exchange it, im told they can send it off to warranty for me. I advised that wasnt possible as my trip is on 1/8, I asked to speak to a manager and just as rude as the person who answered the phone Sam, who claims to be the assistant Manger has an even worse attudite, i ask for his boss and says her name is judy and laughs.. needless to say I wont be going back and will do everything I can to put the word out!! 280.00 and 2 days later they wont exchange it..

Reasonably priced gear and clothing

Very helpful sales people, held on to something for me that was the last item in the store, so i didnt have to fight 5 oclock traffic, and gave me advice for different stores in the mall, great selection as well.
