Ralph Lauren customer service is bar none the best. I love the personalized customer service that you receive. It is one of the few places where you can view a nice selection of home products, get an on-site tailor, and can enjoy the experience throughout the entire store.

Personal service in a gorgeous and relaxing space. Excellent location with great cafes, bakery and bars within walking. Very easy for a couple to shop together and still have space, with separate rooms and floors to explore. Went with my daughter, and I will now make it a holiday tradition. Wonderful selection of cashmere.

This store is the best in Dallas. Perfect customer service from everyone. Bryan is always helpful and has been able to make great suggestions for things I would like, based on my preferences. I never feel like I have to “dress up” to go in the store - and I don’t understand those of you who do. The in-house tailor is excellent as well. We also love the woman in Home - unfortunately I don’t know her name. My only wish is that they would expand the menswear section and include more RRL.

Bought an item online and it was too big and a little defective. I called before I came since I was in a rush to get back to work. Got Christina on the phone told me I could make a return as long as it was within 30 day return policy and I had my receipt. Got to the store asked for Christina, she processed my return without a hiccup. I even browsed a bit while she did it. The store is beautiful, the customer service us exceptional I will be shopping there again.

I walked in a was asked if I wanted help I said no I did not find the womens plaidshirts I had seen online, when I was leaving the female and male assistant asked if I found what I was looking for. I told the lady and she said Well, the only shirts we have is purple label - but, theyre $600. LIKE I COULDNT AFFORD IT BECAUSE I DID NOT LOOK HIGHLAND PARK STATUS. the older gentleman said maybe a mans shirt will work because his daughter uses them. I guess he heard the tone of hers and he treated me with kindness, showed me around, offered me something to drink, and would check on me. I told him if they get commission Im glad he is tending to me and NOT her. He understood very well. He asked me to come back. But that made me feel very LITTLE .

I came to this store looking for something very specific (a dress to get married in). Trinh showed me a dress that fit my description on their website that they didn’t have in store. When I expressed interest, she wasted no time having the dress sent to the Dallas store so I could try it on in my very short time window. I really appreciated her making that arrangement for me. I really felt that she was happy to help and she came through. Trinh rocks.

I recently visited this store and was a lil hesitant about going because of the way I was dressed. It was raining hard outside so I just threw on some sweatpants and a hoody. Highland Park shopping center is very high end so you may want to look presentable when shopping in the area especially being a young African American man. Soon as I walked in I was greeted by a Salesman name Bryan Torres. His greeting and customer service was excellent! I immediately felt welcomed and wanted to purchase something just because of how he treated me. My whole experience was awesome with Mr. Torres and Im glad I wasnt judged by how I looked on the outside and treated less than. This my first time ever taking the time to right a Google review on anyone, but Mr. Torres professionalism and customer service deserves it! By the way yes I purchased a few items! lol

I used to love Ralph Lauren until I met this sales person Olivia DelSignore . I came to the store I’ve been shopping for years for help with a return. And what I got? I wasted an hour of my time and left the store with negative energy all over me. She ruined my day and my and left the worst impression of the store. Will never ever go there again.
