I wish I could give 6 stars: I set up an appointment by text messaging (super easy) and was greeted by Sally as soon as I walked in the door. Sally provided up-front pricing to repair my iPhone screen and completed the fix in 20 minutes. The store is clean and comfortable - and the music was great, too. The conversation was pleasant. And Sally’s expertise was clear. I am VERY satisfied and absolutely recommend this shop for any and all iPhone / Mac repairs.

These people use off brand parts and over charge grossly. I needed a new iPhone screen and they charged me $189. It’s cheaper to go directly to Apple even if you don’t have Apple care. Then to top it off the touch on the screen they gave me didn’t function correctly and the color was terrible. I ended up going to Apple and paying for a completely new screen.

I have had my iPhone 7 repaired twice by Sally. The first time, the speaker icon wouldn’t work, she immediately knew the problem and I was encouraged by her confidence, and she didn’t charge me for a diagnostic. Great repair! Sally, the technician, is bright, knowledgeable, and friendly. Something was blocking my power port and she had it fixed (and replaced my screen protector) in a jiffy. Be forewarned the store is easy to miss—between Ocean Spa and a foot place (?) at the NW corner of Lovers and Devonshire. You must call first for an appointment, but same day seems to be easy to get. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I came in to have my iPhone 10 screen replaced because the phone was not responding to touch so I assummed it was because the screen was cracked. It turns out that could have been fixed by pushing a couple of buttons, but they didnt bother to tell me that. Instead they told me it would cost $300. to replace the screen, which seemed really high to me, but I needed my phone to work and said ok because they said they would also throw in a screen cover which if the phone was dropped would help protect the screen because it would crack before the phone would. They fixed it I put a new phone cover on it and started to use it. The next day the screen started cracking again and I had not dropped it I simply used it. I went back in and first talked to an extremely rude male employee that said I must of dropped it and that he couldnt help m anyway because he didnt help me in the first place. Then he told me to come back at 6:00pm and later in the conversation when I asked what time they closed he said 6:00. I went back in at 5:00 and talked to Sally who I origanallly worked with. She too said that I had to of dropped the phone, which again I had not. When I asked her could it have been installed wrong she said no, however I read on the internet that they can be installed wrong which can cause the phone to crack again. When another customer in the waiting area asked me what had happened because he was about to have his replaced and I was telling him she told us due to covid there could not be 2 people in the waiting area. Mind you they have circles on the ground instructing customers to stand 6 feet apart. He left briefly and 2 more customers came in which she did not tell to leave. She simply did not want me to tell him what had happened with my phone. Her solution was that she could replace the screen again for $200. and that was her best offer which I told her there was no way I was going to have $500. invested in a used phone when I could be in the same situation the next day with the screen breaking without me dropping it. Last the screen cover was not cracked which again they told me would crack before the screen. Overall it was a horrible, costly experience.

Awesome service! I went for a port repair on my iPad and even though it was found out later after the initial quote that additional repairs were needed, they took on the extra efforts needed to ensure that the device was fixed to perfection. I would recommend them for any kind of Apple fixes as they were faster than fixes I’ve had done at “Genius” shops. It was especially helpful that they kept me in the know how throughout the whole process. I know I’ll be using their services needed in the future :)

Sally was a big help to me when I really needed her she even went out of her way to make sure my macbook was all the way charged until my charger is mailed in. Very nice environment and clean place. Plus the music is great.

Brought my phone in to get the screen replaced. When i asked the attendant what my options were if it wasnt the screen, he assured me that there would be no extra fees or hidden costs. I specifically told him i didnt want to spend more than i already was and he assured me that he would call me if anything different was discovered. A week later and no call, i had to call in every couple of days just to get an answer. Come to discover that the motherboard had gotten wet by my kids and would be way more to repair. When i said i didnt want to do that they charged me a service fee despite saying they werent going to. The front desk attendant was deeply apologetic but very unhelpful in regards to these policies. Never coming back again.

Sally is a magic iPhone wizard. I have an iPhone 6s. Yes, its old, but it meets my needs. The battery died and would not charge, and I am traveling here from out of town. In one hour, she diagnosed the issue, replaced the battery, and installed a tempered glass screen to replace the ancient, discolored, scratched, blurry plastic screen protector that came with my original Otter Box case. All of this was done for less than $200, and the music playing in the store while I waited was amazing-- every song. I understand why she has a 5-star rating. It is well-deserved.

THEY OVERCHARGE WITHOUT TELLING YOUMy macbook had water damage. I decided to repair my macbook here instead because Apple stores closed. I paid $99 for the diagnostic and after they checked it out, they wanted to charge $649 for the repair. I told them I wanted to get it back because it was too expensive to fix. Sally called and gave me another price $599 to $499 I still think it too expensive. She ended up changing the price and didnt tell you the truth about cost. Finally, my prices was $425. This afternoon, I came to pick up my mac and Sally said my total $475 not $425 before taxes...I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO GET YOUR MACBOOK CHECKED.

Had broken screen and because they claim to be Apple Certified, we went in to have it replaced. We thought the phone was toast but they assured us that replacing the screen would fix everything else. Well, the replacement screen was ok but the camera didnt work. So we went back and they said to try to restore the phone to the original settings which we did. Camera still didnt work so we went to the Apple Store where Apple told us that the replacement screen was NOT an actual Apple replacement part and therefore Apple isnt supposed to take the phone back in trade NOR could the $200 we wasted on a non-Apple replacement screen be applied to the replacement phone. Furious...

My iPhoneX’s microphone is not working so I went to this place, she is nice but totally wasted my time and money. The first funny thing is, she charged me $51 for checking and DIDN’T fixed it. Btw, the “checking” took her two days so I have to drive to this store three times from 30 minutes away. The second funny thing is, she told me the problem is on the top of my phone and she can’t fix it, then I went to the Apple Store, Apple technician checked my phone with their software and the problem is actually at the bottom, so her checking result was wrong, too. To everyone who wants to come to this store and fix your phone, plsgo straight to Apple store because she charge the same price for everything with Apple store, and Apple store even didnt have a “checking fee” but here she does. Wont come back again.
