Drove from oakcliff and just got my 7 + screen replacement from the guy. He was super nice and helpful and phone looks wonderful. I was so happy after the screen was basically shattered. He also gave me a great deal on three screen protectors! I’m so happy and I will only go to him if I have to get another iPhone replacement. Aki provides the best electronic device repairs in all of DFW. Let me share one of my experiences that truly differentiate Cellular Geeks. My daughter’s iPhone 11 was water damaged. Apple and AT&T both said the phone was useless and not trade in capable and tried to sell me a new iPhone for thousands of dollars. Aki was upfront with me indicating that he would try to fix but not promise anything. He was able to open it up and replace the screen and it works! I will refer all my family and friends to Aki for his phenomenal service.

I have used Cellular Geeks several times over the past few years. I needed a screen installed in my ASUS ROG 2 phone no one else wanted to do it. Most told me they had never seen my phone. They do exactly what they promote. My iPhone XS back glass cracked and they took me in without an appointment. The ETA to fix it was 1 hour and he got it done in that time. The back glass was identical to the original, I cant tell the difference it looks brand new again. They even gave me a free glass protector for the front, the owner just wanted to do something nice. Highly recommend and you can trust them with your phone.

These guys are absolutely top notch. I had a Galaxy Note 8 that got wet and submerged, and they put in a gargantuan effort to try to recover some of the data, pictures and music from the motherboard and operating chips. They spent nearly three weeks on it and only charged me for a simple diagnostic. I even tried to give them double the cost because of all the effort that I knew they were putting in. They would not take it. High amount of integrity, pride in their work and expertise.

These people are absolutely incredible both at what they do and how they treat their customers. I brought my iPhone 5s which had been dropped on cement leaving the screen smashed. They fixed it in under 30 minutes. He even recommended a fabulous Pakistani restaurant across the street while I waited. When I returned, I had a brand new phone! Incredible customer service and integrity. I brought my cracked screen iPhone SE in for repair and they were able to quickly fix the screen at low cost. However, previously existing water damage caused the new screen fix to result in a non-functioning headphone jack. Although they were under no obligation to fix the headphone jack as this was caused by water damage I caused, they fixed the issue at cost. Overall, I had a very positive experience and I will be recommending this shop to everyone.

Bought a screen protector for Samsung Galaxy S10 plus and got it installed by owner. Fingerprint sensor never worked even though it was made for s10 sensor. Took it back 3 days later owner was making it seem like it was my phone not the screen protector. Tested with and without screen protector worked great without.Tried a new screen protector same issue.Owner said ok ill give you refund but only half...lol...paid 16.24 only gave me 10 dollars back a little more than half.Even though it says 15 day warranty on merchandise and labor on the receipt .....penny pinching....stay away if you need a repair place that stands 100% behind there merchandise.

IPhone was dropped on the road and run over who knows how many times. Aki said it had a 90% chance of being fixed. After replacing the front lens, home button, and screen he had me out of there in a day for a very reasonable $110. I was so happy I bought a new case and screen protector. I took my LG G2 in for repairs yesterday at 3:30 p.m. Ishan thought it was the screen, which was quoted at about $119. He told me he would have it ready by 5 p.m. When I arrived at 6:15 p.m., he told me he had good news for me! It was a different component which saved me $50. The phone works flawlessly! Not only did they do an excellent job and get it done within a couple of hours, they were honest and completed the repair at the lower price. Honesty, speed, and excellent service! Yesterday morning as I was getting out of my car to go into the gym I tragically dropped my iPhone 6 and half of the screen went completely black. I left the gym in anger after admitting to the front desk person that my phone was a definite goner. Ahki was awesome!!! And the price to fix my niece’s iPhone 7plus was the lowest I’d ever seen!! The phone looks good as new and works perfectly! Touch screen works, LCD is impeccable and all other buttons work perfectly fine!!!! 🙌🏽 I love the fact that Ahki does not charge until you go through a phone check to make sure everything works. If you’re not satisfied he’ll put your old parts back on and there’s no charge. 🤷🏽‍♀️ I would recommend him to anyone!

This shop does not know what he is doing nor what is he saying. This shop will tell you something on the phone and when you drive there, it will tell you something else.I wanted to fix the glass of my phone and he told me that he can fix it over the phone. When I went over there, He said that he can not fix the glass without breaking the LCD screen. Indeed, he is not liable if he break my phone.I went to the shop that next door(Cellphone Master), He, Pakistani guy, fixed the glass immediately and he was liable about fixing the phone even if they break the LCD screen. He was confident and knew what was he doing.
