I dont recommend this place terrible service, I went there last Sunday july-5- 20 for a simple speaker repair they fixed but they broke call sensor, led indicator and now I cant even unlock using my face and also they want to charge me for something they broke..

I will never go back to this place again. I took my phone there to fix the charging port. They never called me to inform me about my phone. Went back to them and I was told that I needed to replace me screen because it was broken. I said ok. It took them 5 days. Never got a call from them. Went back again, they said was my fault because I had to call them to ask about whats going on. They fixed the screen and charging port but destroyed the speaker of the phone. Went back again, they said I needed to change the whole frame of the phone but they were going to check it for me. Never called. Went back to them 4 days later and they wanted to charge me for new speakers. But the phone was never fixed. They didnt even bother to see what the problem was.

Honestly when I first arrived at this shop, I was actually skeptical since I wasnt entirely sure how the shop worked. It was my first time at this place and I had no idea what I was doing or who to ask or what to ask. The owner was extremely helpful with my experience and while it was pricey to get my phone fixed, it was very well worth the price. My phone looked as if it came straight from the T-Mobile stock room and it is still working perfectly. Furthermore, the owner was quite knowledgeable about what was wrong with my phone as well as the model in general so trust me when I say, he knows what he is talking about. If you are looking for a place to get your device fixed for a reasonable price with someone that actually knows what hes talking about, I seriously recommend this establishment. I would rate 6 stars if I could honestly.

I went in on a Saturday for a replacement battery and was attended to quickly, and professionally. I thought since my battery wouldnt charge without it being totally turned off it must have been the battery, but when I returned for an exchange they patiently explained the various causes why it might not charge and proved it was probably my charging cable. So I purchased an original manufacturer cable and charging like a champ. I appreciate the great concern they showed me.
